The staff here used to be so rude. I didnt go for a long time, and meandered in on a whim yesterday. New and friendly faces. The staff I interacted with made me glad I gave them another chance. While I went for planner accessories and stickers, I found the sticker aisle barren. I hope theyre just rearranging! They did have plenty of those books of stickers near the planners though, so I left happy! This store is great, you can find deals left and right. They have SO much!

It always seems as though this store is not completely stocked. They are always out if items and never seem to have the inventory needed. Whomever does their ordering needs to pick up the pace as that is quite a loss of money for the store.Other than that they have $5 grab bags that are well worth it!

Being an artist myself, I frequent Michaels for all of my supplies. If you become a member, you earn rewards incredibly fast and they take a significant amount of money off your total. They always have an excellent supply of a vast array of categories to choose from. Im here atleast once a week.

Im not really a craft guy, but my roommate is. So I came along to check it out. Has that really outdated look: faded white walls, warehouse feel, dimly lit with fluorescent lighting, dirty floors. Decent selection of craft stuff, if you are into that.

I am just getting into making small beaded bracelets, the bead selection is fantastic, I was able to spend right around $35.00 to stock up on a variety of beads and a case that holds 36 different beads. Its always a fun & exciting time when I go, because everythings so pretty.

Needed pearl white paint and some Easter basket goodies. Fast, quick, and easy to find!!

Not much to say about this one. They have all the craft supplies you could need at reasonable prices. Theres always a coupon for like 20% off if you look online. I once got thrown out of a Barnes and Noble for shaving in the restrooms. Nice people working here.

A little more of a specialty store for crafts. We shop here for specific paints or drawing supplies. Prices are good, selection can be spotty but overall a good store.

I understand a lot of places are doing pickup because of the virus. But pickup took forever at michaels. It took like 4 days for it to be ready.And I bet a lot of the workers there are great! But there was an older lady at the curbside pickup that was doing the orders. Very rude! Things like that make you not want to shop there again...

Great Place for Crafters!!The staff are always helpful. The store in Normal has a great selection for all types of crafts. I love Michaels for staying open extra late during the holidays! Michaels often offers great coupons and in store deals all year long. Weekend craft workshops are awesome for the kids!! The frame department works hard to get your custom frame order just perfect! If you havent tried Michaels, your missing out!!

I scheduled to pick up an order in store. I went previously the day before to see if they could just process the order earlier. They were rude to me and told me no. Wanted to pick up my order the next day just to be told no and that I had to try to process my own refund. I will never go to this store simply because the employees are rude and they dont care! They deserve no stars!

The staff was not very polite. The frame purchased was mildly scratched but the last one available so chose to purchase it anyway. When it was mentioned to the check out staff, they were indifferent to the damage and made no offer to discount the product which was disappointing. It is a nice clean store with a good selection but I believe Hobby Lobby in Normal has a more robust selection of products and items.

Michaels is definitely a good stop for what its there for. It has most everything I ever find myself needing as far as crafting supplies go, though I feel like their layout is not the most self explanatory layout in the world. Most of the time I have to ask someone to help me find something. On the bright side the staff is always very helpful in that regard, though I feel like I only ever see one or two people working at a time, which becomes a hassle not only for the patrons but for the employees when things get busy.

This is a very large craft and hobby supply store. They also carry a lot of seasonal and holiday items of this nature and the pricing is reasonable and they have some good sales. The employees have always been helpful and friendly when I have shopped at this location. Ive never had to wait very long in a line to check out.

Love Michaels in general, but live out of town. Every time i call to see if they have something, they say no without looking. Then I usually wind up going anyway and find it myself. Would be helpful if their employees knew where things were located and willing to help their customers.

Great selection, 40% if coupon weekly if you have the app, friendly cashiers. The one drawback I can say is that they usually dont have enough help working at any given time.
