They broke my tire sensor while doing a tire change. Mechanics denying they broke anything. Managers claiming they don’t remember me from two days prior. A simple tire change turned out to be a week long ordeal. No apologies. No “thank you’s”. Employees were bickering about management in front of multiple customers. Nothing but a bunch of classless employees. Never returning to Walmart for anything ever again.

Honestly it is BAD in the regard that it is poorly run. The work is good but it takes hours to get a tire change. I went in one time to get my windshield wipers replaced and I waited for two hours, then I just left. Please put more than two employees for some shifts.

I use many Walmart auto locations. Typically I love the service and have come to prefer them for tire work, even over other mechanic shops.THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION took several hours to complete one replacement tire with absolutely no warning or mention of possible wait times. Typically at another location I am in and out.Also.After your tire is replaced it is normal for the vehicle to be driven in a figure 8. HOWEVER this location drove my vehicle wreckless, floored the gas, squeeled the tires, nearly hit a cart return AND another driver.I will NOT return to this location.I do still recommend WalMart Auto Tires with road hazard coverage but NEVER at this specific location. It was aweful.

Seems like their workers have a lot of bad days often. Save your energy and go somewhere else.

I do not give even one star. But had to. This particular auto centre in Walmart is awful. I stood at the customer service counter for 15 mins without a single soul saying a word. Then when I was helped, they had no idea how to exchange a warranteed battery. When someone who did know how to came to the counter, they were rude and completely useless. I will never do service with them again seeing this us not the first time.

At other Walmarts, Ive always been able to get my tires refilled. I asked for the same service at this Walmart and an employee that works in the auto center, an older gentleman with a beard told me that they do not refill tires and that it is first come first serve and that there would be a two-hour wait for any service. The auto center only had one car in the shop so I couldnt imagine how there could be a two-hour wait.

Its first come first serve. Came in for a oil change checked car in. Waited about 45 minutes while shopping. Came back amd car would have still been another hour and a half or more. They didnt have enough workers. And took on more than could handle. Willing to try out again for and oil change just not when they are super busy....

I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change! I dropped off my car for the standard oil change and decided to do some shopping. After about 45 minutes I came back to the auto center to check the status of my car. The manager said that all of the mechanics had left for break. I don’t understand how they could book people for oil changes when the entire garage staff had left. Shouldn’t one go on break at a time so that customers aren’t waiting all afternoon for their vehicles!? I waited another hour for them to actually get my car in the shop and change the oil. It is now 1pm and I am still waiting on my car. Horrible service and they should have warned their customers about the employees being on break and not getting to their cars right away... I WILL NOT be returning to the Walmart auto center after having to wait for over 2 hours for a simple oil change! Absurd

I came in for a flat tire. I walked in around between 10;30 and 10:40 and there was just one vehicle ahead of me. I spent first 25 minutes waiting for front desk person to pick my keys. No one showed up despite pressing the payment keypad for help. I have to call their manager line for help. After 10 minutes of her making shout for assistance on their announcement system .1 hour 10 minutes later they still didnt work on my car. They are simply working on all oil changes while keeping my car aside which requires flat tire fix.Now they tell me to wait for two more hours. So I probably end up staying in Walmart for 3 hours while my kids at home probably waiting for extra hour and half as I am supposed to carry out food for them.Thanks Walmart auto for ruining my Sunday.

Great service! I received an oil change. Once they were done the manager explained what they did in great detail. He was also very funny. I would highly recommend going to THIS Walmart Auto Center

Had them check out one of my front tires this morning as it was forming a bulge on the side. They recommended replacing it because it was only going to get worse plus would become a safety issue. They were able to get me in right away and replace both front tires(because didnt want mismatched treads on the front). All costs and options were presented to me before the work was done and clearly spelled out and no surprises when I went to pay for the work. Thanks guys!

UPDATED: I was contacted by the manager (who was not working they day I got my oil change). He offered me an apology and compensation to make up for my bad experience. I appreciate being contacted and will give them another chance.It took forever to get my oil change done, and I was the first person there. Other than me, there was literally only one other person there. We both had to wait a really long time. I was waiting in the waiting room, so I saw when my truck got done, but they didnt notify me in any way. I went to pay and get my key, which took another few minutes of waiting. There were about 4-5 people waiting. One of the service technicians came and said through the window, Are they gonna come move their car or what?? The cashier said, IM gonna come move their car, or what! They service technician was incredibly ride, and in front of a lot of customers. The wait was long. And in addition, my receipt says they didnt vacuum my vehicle because it was declined, but they never even asked my if I wanted my truck vacuumed! I would have! This whole experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and frustrating! Youre honestly better off going anywhere else!

Had 4 new tires put on and noticed my brakes didnt work right after. Asked to talk to the person who worked on it if he noticed anything and he wouldnt talk to me after waiting for him to get done with the next vehicle. Took it to the nearest auto repair and found out my brake line was severed. Im not sure how my brake line was altered in any way considering it was just a tire change but it wasnt damaged before they handled my car. At the very least they could have told me my brakes werent working when they pulled it out of the shop but I was told nothing.

Worst place ever to get any kind of service here. Never have enough people working. Hard to find someone at counter. Every time I go there is a minimum of 2 hours of wait and even after that there is something wrong with it. Recently I went there and wanted had requested the oil change service and even though I saw what other services are included with it I asked the person on counter to confirm and they said that yes we do those services with it and when I received my car after 3 hours of wait the car hadn’t been vacuumed at all which they promised and also printed on the receipt that the car was vacuumed. I didn’t want to go back there and waste more time so I left and I am never ever going there or recommending others to go there. This was not the first time that had happened to me and I don’t write these reviews and stuff but after been treated like trash almost all the time I had to. And recently I had been getting the worst service so I figured I must write a review to help others.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I’ve never had a good experience here but I needed my oil changed quickly and cheaply. Took my car in this morning around 9:30 and the woman behind the counter told me it would take about 30-45 mins because there was a car in front of me. No problem. I walked around Walmart for about an hour and finally came back and the woman told me they hadn’t gotten to my car yet. It had been about an HOUR. When I asked why she said “most of the technicians went out to lunch we only have one tech in there and he’s been fixing a flat tire.” I asked how long it would take to get my car in and she said about another half hour. I told her I had to be at work in 30 mins so she said “hang on.” She went into the shop and came back about 3 minutes later with my keys. I asked if my car was done and she said, “No, you said you had to go to work.” and handed me my keys. I said, “Well I am never coming back here again. Thank you.” And left.I don’t care how much more expensive other places are, I will NEVER get my oil changed at a walmart again. Unprofessional, rude, sexist (not this particular walmart auto centers but other ones), and no respect for customers. Don’t waste your time.

They were rather disorganized, wasnt attended for 15 minutes and then they never followed up on my request. Manager was there and left the employees with the throng of people saying You made this mess, not me. To an employee that was curt with all the customers as he walked out. My request? I wanted to know if my tires were still under warranty because one popped.

Went to Walmart auto center for an oil change. It took 40 mins on Sunday. The one place that does auto repairs/works on Sundays. Staff was friendly.

I was told it was gonna be 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change so i walked around store for an hour and went to check if my car was done. They said they couldnt do oil change because they didnt have right tools they didnt call me. So, i wasted an hour of my time for nothing.

It takes a little longer than speed lube .. but im ok with that becuase i know from experience that walmart makes their techs go through many check lists before sending a car out, they also do more than just change your oil .. they top off fluids and check other parts of car and make notes ...making it way less likely that a problem will go un noticed before its sent out . Trust them ..Also howie the counter guy is very friendly... and the shop manager Gary is very knowledgeable.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I had the same problem as the other guy commenting below: went there for just a simple oil change, and they ruined my brakes. Worse than that, they would tell me it was all a coincidence, that my car was old, etc., always refusing to admit that some idiot inside the shop ruined my breaks.They told me to go to a repair shop and have a report on the car, which I did, and the guys there showed me very clearly that some stupid guy at Walmart probably had hit the brake booster by removing the oil filter. I took pictures of it, and filed the report. Recently I went back to the Auto Center to talk to manager and check the status of my situation, but it was a new guy (it seems their turnover rate is very high - you guess why), who did not have a clue and even then kept trying to argue me over the brakes problem.AGAIN: NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! Only if you want to waste your time, your money, and, last not least, ruin your car.
