I was pleasantly surprised that clothes in Target are of good quality for such a good price. I also wanted to buy sleepwear, but there was no sleepwear of my size and the color that I wanted. I will probably order it on website, since I saw the similar one in different color in store in person, and now I know that it will be of good quality. Also I really appreciate the use of recycled materials in the clothes I bought! Awesome! I spent almost two days looking for good quality/good price clothes in the other shopping malls in Bloomington-Normal without a car since Im international student and unexpectedly found them in Target!Also all the clothes Ive seen in Target are actually fashionable unlike in other stores!

This location doesnt care about the health and safety of its employees or guests. Refuses to enforce the covid 19 mask required by state and local mabdate.

Im having a hard time to find items to purchase and get shipped to family member. Also, I cant get anyone to pick up phone in store to find out more information.

We switched 3 lines a to Consumer Cellular, Target in Normal Il, on May 29, 2021. Were unable to get online outside of our home. Ive tried getting in touch with Target in Normal, but electronics is backed up. Of course, Consumer Cellulars call center is closed is for Memorial day. We saved money, but the aggravation isnt worth it. Target needs more help in electronics.

Prices always seemed to ring up different at the register than what is advertised, long lines for check out, and many things are out of stock. Always check your food to make sure it is not expired! I have unknowingly bought 2 food items in the past year from here that were expired, including meat.

The shoe department was pretty messy but otherwise the store looked good. Didnt really talk to any of the team members. They should fix the Target on the side of the store though. Love the umbrellas near the front door.

Our order included 2 panels of a curtain. By the time our order was filled, only 1 panel was available. Since a PAIR of curtains is needed to cover a window, we tried to return/refuse the single curtain at pickup. Instead we were told that we had to take it and make another trip back inside the store in a few days to do a return. That seems exceptionally unnecessary. If I had shopped for them myself and changed my mind in the parking lot, I could have brought them right back inside for a return.

My shopping trip took no time at and I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks Target!

I had the worst experience at this specific Target location. I arrived one hour before close and an employee followed us the entire time and very loudly discussed how awful we were for going one hour before close... WHEN THEY WERE OPEN. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel nobody should be treated the way I was. If you say you are open, you serve the public until the doors are locked.

Nice store, inefficient online ordering. Showed up early to pick up an online purchase for in stock items and was told it would be an hour before I would get them. Unable to grab the item myself without canceling my order and then re-purchasing the items.

Awesome customer service

Normal Target store does not supply clothes for slightly larger boys. Their fitting rooms are not open and dont have something to measure waist sizes ect to ensure that the clothes fit. I do not recommend to go back to school shopping there for kids.

Went to Target Normal, IL for 2 new phones. Worked with Austin for 3 hours straight to get it all done. Required several calls to Consumer Cellular, he had to stay an hour past quit time. He did an Excellent job getting this done, knowledgeable and very helpful with the many aspects of the setup and content transfer. Many Thanks to him and Target.

This was very easy and fast. The app indicated my purchases would be ready within 2 hours, however I was alerted that it was prepared in under 10 minutes! When I arrived at the store I had hardly pulled in to my parking spot when there was an employee at my door with my purchases. I expect there will be times where it takes the full two hours they indicated, but i appreciated that they obviously have someone on top of and expediting the orders.

Make your guests wear a mask please! If you aren’t holding up this order, I can’t help but wonder if you’re keeping up with extra hygienic practices as well! Almost half of the guests didn’t have one on, I’m here on an emergency visit from another state and am shocked people are getting away with this here. Disappointing.

The store is so well-organized since the renovation and the service has remained efficient and friendly. Still one of my favorite places to go. Love that they now play music on speakers throughout the store and that they price match their website. The customer service here is beyond exceptional.

The smallest Target Ive ever seen. The dollar grabs at the front has poor selection. Not a big selection of curtains I was looking for, clearance sections are minimal, and not very good clearance sales. Peoria Target is the target Im used to, large section for the dollar grabs and good clearance.

Fantastic! Was running errands with husband and he isnt a shopper! But he was more than happy for me to just pull up and have someone bring item out to vehicle. I would recommend for everyone!

I was just trying to peacefully shop and get some milk for my cookies and i heard a large group of people charging toward the back of the store. they were shouting, i saw one of them raise their hand and i called on them, they then proceeded to shoot the ceiling, i had to escape through the air vents and as i was crawling through i saw one of them unscrewing the stores air conditioner, i’m assuming they were trying to steal that too. i am not a thief so i put back my milk and got out of there as quickly as possible. peace and love, frederick eugene schwartz III

Ease of online ordering

Tried home delivery order for the first time ... was grateful for the ease of purchase and delivery.

Store received a refresh recently. Always clean and rarely out of stock on items. Finally got a Starbucks inside!

They had the product I was looking for and the check out person was friendly and kind.

The procedure was quick, easy, and trouble free.

It is clear that this store does not care if they get others sick. I went in during high risk hours as my disability could mean life or death for me if I catch COVID. Not only were the workers not covering their nose and face, but the face mask policy that the store is SUPPOSED to be adhering to was not enforced as many people were not wearing them while they shopped during HIGH RISK hours. Will be reporting this store and avoiding it like the plague it is.

Felt ashamed/embarrassed, also felt like I was doing something wrong which I was not, just because I was using coupons and paying little out of pocket. Manufacturers coupons are like cash and target gets reimbursed for it. I was paying for my items, I was not stealing. I Could hear the workers in the background whispering about me because I was using coupons. Its a shame becaue I come to this target at least twice a week! Since this is where I always buy all my familys clothes/shoes/toys!

Fast checkout but associate did not pay attention to my redcard wallet. So I had to get the items rerung.

I placed the order online. The commitment was about two hours to be ready for pick up but I received a text that it was ready in less then an hour. Customer service had no waiting and brought the package out in less then 2 minutes. Definitely a great way to shop!

I returned a chromebook I bought yesterday had receipt and my card but had to get gift card I am out 370 and dont know what to do. I dont shop here an now probably never will. Anyone want to buy a gift card I wont use.

Worst pickup ever. How did they get our order so wrong? Got home and not only were we missing $40 in merchandise.. what we did receive over half of it was wrong!The lady who gave us our pickup order was not customer friendly. Then when we had to call and complain, they can’t even process a refund over the phone. You have to go back into the store to complain and get a refund... 24 hours later. Never doing a pickup order from them again.

I frequent this Target multiple times a week and usually find it ok. The selection is less than other locations because it’s a smaller store, and they too often have carts and palettes of merchandise on the floor during business hours, but the staff is usually pretty kind (excluding clothing workers.) however, I’ve been twice this week and had a big issue with the amount of gossiping and inappropriate conversations I heard going down. Management needs to teach their employees what is and isn’t ok on the work floor. I don’t need or want to hear about other employees’ issues while shopping. I’ve even seen some people I always assumed were management gossiping. Get it together people! On my visit tonight the check lanes were a mess. Employees congregating around guest services and no bags at self checkout. What a disappointment!

There are not enough employees working the registers. when I shop at a brick and mortar store, I want to receive service from humans. They should NOT be expecting me to use self-check

I love Target for the quality, selection and prices.

One of the worst Target’s I have ever been to in terms of store size, amenities, and selection. The staff has always been pleasant. However, the store is much on the smaller side for Target. There is no Starbucks in store, they have the old snack shop that I never see anyone at. The selection can be limited because it is a smaller store. Clientele (as someone else offered their opinion of) are rude. I have been harassed by teenagers and run over by entitled middle-aged women while trying to shop. I shop here because it’s the only one in town. If East Peoria was closer, I would for sure be going to that store.

Never before have I been in such a poorly run Target. It is crowded, cramped and disorganized. Clothing is scattered from fallen hangers, they seem to never restock the toddler clothes and the shoe section looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff is sour and often congragate in the walkways to laugh and joke during busy weekend shopping hours. Long lines are a common occurrence and the bathrooms tend to be disgusting.

Great Target run tonight. I found almost everything I was looking for at great prices and had paper and cartwheel coupons too. Icing on tbe cake is checking out with Towanna at the end. She is amazingly fast and friendly and knows everything!!

It’s truly a shame that I can’t rate this store higher. They have a great selection of product, not nearly as much as big stores but it’s enough for me. Unfortunately the employees are horrible!! Especially in the clothing department later in the day. There was an older women who had a very strong accent that was being so rude to the other employees yelling telling them what to do, following us around to every department we went to and gossiping with the other employees about us right where we could hear it!! When I went to ask for a manager to inform them what happened they said they would take care of it but on multiple occasions late at night I have had the same issue with the same employees. This makes me not want to shop at this Target

I love Target in general, and this location has good service. BUT it is severely needing a bigger building. I am afraid that with the remodeling and including a larger food section that there will be even less selection on all other products.

I like Target - this is a small store - not like the one in Peoria. It is a nice alternative to Walmart. They have good prices but like I said this store is not that big.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TARGET!!!! I ordered a comforter from them on the 5th of January I still have not received it, there is no tracking information. Targets website said it would arrive by the 17th that is today, and it hasnt. Absolutely terrible customer service giving no help in regards to my order. I am very unsatisfied and will plan to use any other retailer from here on out.
