So I’ve only gone to this place one other time and it was to get a curly hair cut. The first time I went, it was fantastic. This last time? HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wanted a trim, and to cut off some old color, and to really make my hair even and all one length. After styling it at home, the right side of my hair was cut so short it created a mullet look!! I’m so sad and mortified!! I don’t even want to post the pictures! But the first is the right side of my hair and second is the left side!!! This the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Curly girls BEWARE. I asked for a DevaCut and got a mullet instead.

I get my hair and nails done here. Sabrina is an artist when it comes to nail desine and Brianna makes me look amazing ahead she colors my hair Brianna and Kayla do the couples pedicure for my husband and I. Have been going here over a decade. Love this place.

What a lovely facility. From reception to check out was excellent. Making my appointment online was fast and simple. The cost was more then reasonable. The team members were professional and very nice. All sanitary measures were followed, and the whole facility was very clean. I would highly recommend Beauty Brands to family and friends.

I went there to get a perm. It was a 10 at first but then before I left it looked like they used a curling iron on it. I had to pay 85 dollars for something that didn’t satisfy me in any way. It looked super bad and I hated it. I don’t recommend at all

She is kind, calming, very knowledgeable at her craft and will leave you feeling like you got 8 hours of sleep and your skin will be glowing. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive and they sell products for you to maintain your skin care at home.

Ive had three services: waxing, nails, and facial. Yaya has done my eyebrows twice, and Ive never had such great definition and perfect arch. Sabrina is so talented and artistic; my nails were beautiful and have lasted a long time.Ive had facials before, but not like this one. It was relaxing, but most importantly Jen was knowledgeable. She gave me a brief lesson on my skin type, why it was important to use certain products, and she used several devices to analyze my skin. My face has felt smooth, and no more oily and dry patches.

Always greeted as soon as I walk in. Great customer service. Always leave with a great new haircut/style. Prices are decent. The online appointment booking system doesnt always reflect all of their open time slots, I suggest calling the store to book an appointment.

Walked in the store, one associate was putting her make-up on, near the front door. No acknowledgement.Walked around all the make-up counters. Looking for one product I didnt see.2 more associates were talking about how to arrange a product in the store. Neither one asked Do you need help I had to ask them where to find the product.I will never again go into that store.If you are to busy to ask a customer what they need. Then I might as well use the internet. SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER!!!

They have decent products, but a lot of it is pretty pricey. Unhappy with their customer service. I wanted to exchange a lotion that wasnt open for a different scent and I was turned down because I didnt have a receipt. It was a scent that was still in stock, so I dont see why this wouldve been a problem. Ive worked in customer service a long time, so I was pretty disappointed.

I’m very disappointed with the way that the Master Michael and the Manager treat me the last time that I went to do my hair. I told them that I didn’t like at all my hair done, and to top it off “overcharged “ :/. Both the manager and the Master (Michael)were very disrespectful and very very rude with me, they couldn’t handle “at all” my simple and fear claim. I think the manager doesn’t have the enough experience for this kind Of simple situation and was more easy for them being rude with me. So now I’m here with an ugly color (orange) of hair and terrible work that every day that I see my hair I get very disappointed, but apparently for the manager and the stylist Michael is more important the money that a happy and loyalty customer. I would be more than happy to pay (even overcharged ) for a good job, But is ok in this life (soon or late) everyone get their pay back. I feel ripped off :/ and my hair reminds me daily.
