This is our go-to meat shop - great steaks, ground sirloin, chicken thighs, Faroe Island salmon, specialty cuts (try the sandwich sliced rib eyes). Always go home with a ‘highlight’ meal and a smile - cuz the staff is so friendly and helpful. Their selection of frozen items is a real treat - Soups, Italian meals, dinner rolls. Fresh Amish turkeys for the holidays! This place is a real gem - so happy they are close by!!

Love College Hills Meat Shop have been going there since I was young with my parents and now the last 25 yrs as an adult. The ground chuck bundles are great theyre already broken up in 1lb packages, and fry up with hardly any grease. The ham salad, breaded mushrooms, soups and deli yellow american cheese is so smooth and creamy sliced however you like . The staff is beyond friendly a place that will forever have my business . And a a place where they still treat customers like they matter. Thank you for your great presence in our Community.

I was sold a 3.4 lbs of flank steak for $40 but when I went home to weight it for what I was cooking it turned out to be only 1.6 lbs. I cooked dinner with what I had and went back the next day with the receipt. The cashier promptly asked if Id like enough meat to compensate for what I had payed for and gave me more than I expected free of charge. In general the stickers on the packages run 0.1-0.2 lbs heavier than what the meat is but the service more than makes up for it.

This place is absolutely awesome. Its really easy to tell that the owner/butcher is doing what he loves and is a complete expert. Its also easy to tell that they are focused on the customer. We got our Thanksgiving Turkey from them last year and happened to chat with the owner. It came up and so we asked and learned that it had been many a Thanksgiving since he enjoyed one of there amazing fresh turkeys. Why? Turns out that instead of saying were out, he always ends up giving his families away to his customers. Who wouldnt want this guy for their butcher! The real deal!

Meat looks to be of decent quality. Read the fine print on the pricing. They price per half pound (everywhere else Ive been to prices by the pound).Not a bad price, but a but surprising when it costs twice as much as youre expecting when you go to the register.

Best place in town for custom orders. Plus, quality is unmatched. The only place I can find prime grade brisket (which is sooo worth the additional expense). Staff is friendly and service is great. Prices are competitive.

Loved to go here. I havent been here in a while, but they have just about anything youd ever want to throw on a grill. Depending on what you like, it can be quite pricey. I happen to like fillets, which can be an expensive visit to the meat shop.
