Does not seem to be 24 hours. Went at 11pm and lights are off but machines are working so tried to fill gas, got charged like 50 cents and nothing came out…

This is easily the worst Shell I have been to. The fuel stations are broken all the time. The software in the working ones are extremely slow and unresponsive. At least one station keeps restarting after getting your card. Getting fuel which should take couple of minutes can go up to 10-15 minutes. At least, the people in the shop is friendly.

Really great staff and clean facility.

Went in the other day and Shelby acted like she hated her life and didn’t say a word the whole transaction. Very unpleasant experience.

I live 30 mins away but I stop here about once every two weeks because it’s on my way to my cousins. The pumps are AWFUL. Every single one. My card takes forever to be authorized or can’t be read. I would stop at Mobil across the street but I like to use rewards.

Just went there to fill up in the freezing cold took over 5 mins to authorize the pump so I went inside and apparently they only prepay now which is a lie then proceeded to tell me they dont know cuz they are new meanwhile there were 3 employees at the register .. . Shouldnt take that long to authorize a pump when its below freezing outside
