Very caring company. My truck broke down and I needed a ride to the rental car place. Everything was shutdown and I really needed help. They went out of their way to get me across the entire city.

Had to tow truck with a huge coolant leak on Sunday night. Monday morning service department was very prompt to take a look and repair it. Didn’t notice any sign of trying to rip “arm and leg” off ( having experience with other dealers taking enormous advantage when they see out of town truck was towed in). Was done by 1 pm same day. Huge thanks to service department!

I had a small issue with a previous repair that they did for me. There was some confusion about the parts but after speaking with the service manager, everything was sorted out and CIT went through the trouble of making it right.

It was terrible. I usually get great service and reasonable prices. Today it took five and a half hours to get PM service and have a seat replaced. Then have them try and over charge me $400. Totally unexceptable.

Excellent service!! Traveling solo to Normal IL (unfamiliar state) on a business matter, on a whim I reached out to CTI for some advice. A gentleman by the name of Adam thoroughly assisted me with my last minute situation for which I was on a time crunch and had no appointment prior to stopping in it’s also during the Covid pandemic. I experienced stellar service from Adam in a clean friendly environment nothing short of professional!! Great place to get your truck repaired! Drivers lounge is set up with recliners, a big TV, free soda, and free shower as,well for those longer repairs. Never had a problem with their shop either, and,ive been bringing my truck there for about three years now

This place is waste of time. I have been here couple of times but they never figure out whats wrong with my truck. Once they told me free estimate but at the end they charge me $325 for the estimate. I will suggest to avoid this place if you had a choice. Thanks

From the office staff to the technicians the service was fast,efficient, and friendly. The tech diagnosed and quickly fixed the issue I was experiencing with my truck.The building and driver waiting area were very clean and the recliners were actually comfortable.An experienced driver entering a business for the first time can get a feel for the quality of service just by listening to the drivers that were already there talk. Every driver that was in the waiting area were positive without any negative comments made.I would highly recommend this shop to fleet owners and owner operators to bring their equipment here for service. You wont go broke waiting for the core issue to be found or hear alot of guesses.

I like these guys. Had a lot of work done here in the past. They have some excellent mechanics. Communication to the customer on options of repair could be better.

If you are interested in buying a Kenworth, purchase with confidence at C.I.T. truck center. My salesman for the last 15 years has been Dustin Neeley and he knows Kenworth specs and options like the back of his hand. C.I.T. does a lot of custom work as well and the quality of the custom work they do is second to none. Their facility is impressive! Ultimate professionals!

Was directed to them by Local TA after an hour of waiting! said we dont do anything with turbos explained to them Im not sure but its not a turbo my turbo is new, they wouldnt even look at truck because i said turbo! Pulled up to CIT @ 1am Parked truck walked in threw doors and Robert who was sitting at desk in back immediately said to me Sounds like you have a boost leak I walked back out shaking my head came back in and said Im sorry but thank God we still have competent people working on trucks, told him what I could which wasnt much before I could even try and explain told him year and make he diagnosed exactly what was wrong and told me volvo was prone, went to look at truck and it was exactly as he said, had part fixed me up fast just had to wait on computer to check out was only delay. 2 weeks later truck and part doing good, had to tell my story was very impressed by Robert and CIT 5 stars.

I have to say the service was pretty good! The people did seem pretty nice, I had a problem they got me in and got me out the same day I cannot complain.

We broke down in Normal Illinois, had our International towed to Cit Trucks there. They didnt fix ANYTHING on the truck, they decided it needed to be towed to the International place up the road from them. But they STILL charged almost $300.00!!!! Bethany was very nice and tried to help- she said she talked to the service manager- but he refused to adjust the bill. We arent asking for something for nothing, i just feel like almost $300.00 for NOT fixing it or doing ANYTHING to it is ridiculous.... I will be posting anywhere i can about them!!!!

Had body work done they did a great job but my new head lights the rightside parking light says open circuit I called didnt like the response I got havent called back

I was at shop on 11/20/2017. The experience was really bad.I brought my truck for repair for SCR performance low for my Volvo truck. They charged $5362.53 for Replaced DEF doser, R.R. crossover pipe, EGR cooler. After I left the shop and drove my truck few miles the signs came back and my problem was not fixed. When called back the shop the service manager, said to bring truck back and still there is no guarantee that the truck will be fixed. I had to take my truck back 3 times. But they never repaired my truck. This caused a lot of problem for me. My time was wasted. They never solved my problem.

Installed a starter in our truck, 6 months later our truck wouldnt start it had to be towed to the nearest repair shop it cost us over $200. The problem was the new started hadnt been properly tightened down and was about to fall off the truck. I cant recommend a place that cant properly tighten a bolt
