Bought a Denver Mattress brand with an adjustable frame a year and a half ago. Best bed I ever bought. High quality mattress and the frame with the remote control is worth a million bucks. I forget their name for the position on the remote but its basically a zero gravity position. Awesome if you sleep on your back. Takes the stress of your legs off of your back.

The people were very helpful. There was no rush, they said take our time to decide about a mattress. I explained we had purchased a mattress from another furniture store and 4 months later there were impressions of our bodies,1 inch deep, I have been arguing with them for 4 more months, because they told me to sleep on it until the impressions were 2 1/2 inches deep.I even got a business bureau involved, which did me no good. This wasa $999.61 mattress. Warranty was worthless. We went back to FurnitureRow because we liked them so well, when we bought a mattress (10years) ago. So if you want a good mattress go to Furniture Row. By the way thisF Row mattress cost about $500. Thank you Furniture Row.

We were in the market for a new mattress and wanted to try some out before purchasing. Denver has a very knowledgeable staff and great protocols to handle the severity of the pandemic. We tried multiple mattresses and had zero pressure to commit. We actually made multiple visits before pulling the trigger. Each time we left, our salesperson reminded us to call if we had questions and showed no ill feelings due to a lack of sale. The delivery was the same level of service. They helped move the old bed to a different room and fully installed the new bed. Th entire delivery and install took 20 minutes from ringing the bell to pulling away. I would recommend this company to family, friends, and strangers. If you are thinking about a new mattress, your search could start and end at Denver.

The Doctors Choice mattress is wonderful! I called to order one for myself after experiencing sleeping on my daughters for three nights. I went in to get a quote for 3 mattress, 3 box springs and 3 frames. The receipt showed 9 total items but the description was confusing as it was just part numbers and not a true description of what it was. When the shipment showed up it was missing the frames and they werent ordered. I asked about the 9 items on the receipt but wasnt given a decent answer. When I ordered everything I told them exactly what I needed but they clearly messed up. They took no responsibility for it and still charged me for the extra frames. Their cavalier attitude was even more frustrating. I cant believe they are actually willing to lose any future business for what little additional cost it would have been to them. Companies like this show a clear reason why so many businesses are folding up. More reason to buy local and not from big box stores.

I was searching for pillows they gave you when we bought my bed for a Christmas list. They were able to look up our purchase from several years ago and get me the updated version. Excellent service.

Good service by the representative, but when it came to finalizing the purchase, I was forced to buy a protective cover for $60.00 or I would not have any warranty. This company should build in the price of the cover in the cost of the mattress and not force People to buy it. This was a sham to add to the final cost.

My experience there was good. You need to wear a mask, the sales people did. Matt was the salesperson who assisted me. He explained the benefits of having an adjustable base, which I had planned on anyway. Its good though to have additional information. Once I made my decision, the rest was simple and fast. A couple of the items were on sale, always a plus. Best to go shortly after they open.

I called to see if they had a certain size of box spring in stock. They did, so they took my payment information over the phone and all I had to do was run in, tell them I was there to pick it up, and then pull around back for some workers to load it onto the trailer. It was super easy, and the box spring worked perfectly with my bed!

Chad Hoffman was wonderful. He’s a very good salesman. We bought a queen mattress with adjustable base (not delivered yet). Things I like are the 15 yr warranty on the mattress, the 20 yr warranty on the mattress pad, the 4 month trial period without a restocking fee, and the 90 day price match if it goes on sale. Those things and Chad sold me on this purchase today.

This was not the first time I did business with Denver Mattress and it won’t be my last. The manager of the store, Matt, assisted me with my purchase. He determined what my needs were and recommended several mattresses that would satisfy those needs. This sales technique is known as needs based selling. It’s all about the customer! It’s not about what the sales person wants to sell.
