Very nice and patient lady when I walked in with 9 boxes. Asked for a cart and some help and she gladly gave me a cart however she couldnt help she was alone with no customers. However a cashier at customer service of Meijers gladly helped me. I would have gladly gave them a 5 star rating but when I waited in line and my turn just to have someone come behind me and she took her first after I waited 20 mins already kinda rude I thought especially since I was spending well over $200 for shipping.

I was so grateful when a UPS store opened on this side of town, as I use their services frequently. But even better, the couple who own this place (and the only employees I’ve personally come into contact with here) are truly some of the nicest, most friendly, helpful people I’ve met. Our brief interactions are always a highlight of my day. This store is truly a blessing!!

I reached at the closing time and staff was cleaning before closing but looking at me he quickly accepted my boxes and completed the process even though one barcode was not properly printed. At other location I would definitely have returned without work done. Thank you, I’ll always recommend this store.

I am so happy these people opened up their UPS store. They are so friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in there Im greeted with a smile and when I leave I am thanked for coming by (even when Im only using an online stores returns.) I hope they stay!!! Thank you :-)

Edit: While I did have a poor experience here the first time, I was impressed with the management reaching out to me in order to make things right. I was definitely satisfied after that and would now recommend this UPS store going forward.Went to mail a simple package and to include a return label. Gave the girl at the counter 30 minutes and she could not get it done. Ended up having to wait even longer to get a refund of half of my shipping.

I felt like have to write an honest review on this store, management and customer service, they really care about their business and customers, no one is left unhappy here, i recommend this location, the only great one in Bloomington / normal area.

After going to the other ups store in Bloomington and having them tell me they were going to charge to tape my label and box shut. I came to this ups store and was treated so wonderful the lady asked how my day was and taped my box and label on no problem didn’t try to charge me for tape !!! This ups store rocks !!

The staff knew exactly how to help me quickly. Took about five minutes, and he packed my package up for me for free. Ill definitely be back to this location.
