Pleasant lady that helped and checked us out. A very fun place with lots of great & affordable prices
I sure hope they’ve turned things around at this store. One persons with multiple complaints pretty much harassing people and being rude. I’m thinking about stopping by for the first time just hope they got rid of the crazy employee lady thats rude to everyone
This is the WORST thrift store to shop at. Not only do they never have anything worth buying, but the employees are RUDE. The store is dirty and the employees loudly discuss politics while others are trying to peacefully shop. If you’re wanting to go to Outreach, I’d recommend the one on 12th Ave. MWC location is nice as well.
I enjoy shopping at this Thrift store and they Always play the positive and uplifting Christian music while Im shopping. I usually find some great bargains and very affordable prices and the times I dont is because I cant find my size in clothes and shoes 😊. The customer service is wonderful and always have a kind personality with a smile. This is how to have a successful business 🤗
I really like the store as far as selection, etc. However, the lady that works at the cash register is very rude. Maybe she was just having an off day? But Im hesitant to go back because of her attitude.
I love this place! We always find beautiful clothes and kitchen stuff! The employees are always so nice and the place is SUPER clean!
Most expensive thrift store Ive ever been to. Plates and glassware at full retail.
You never know what you will find at this store. Absolutely fantastic, every single time.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Didnt have what I was looking for but youre rolling the dice with any thrift store when it comes to inventory.
I am a gadget guy and couldnt find anything there. It is still good to go and you might find that diamond in the rough.
Very nice people. I have never left empty handed. Their prices are good and they are always having specials going.
Great selections &Prices. Affordable good quality apparels! Friendly staff!!!!
The past couple times I’ve been to this store there has been one employee who has either not worn her mask correctly or completely taken it off. It makes me feel slightly unsafe and seeing as you take costumer safety and comfort seriously I would think the issue would be solved by now. The rest of my experience is quite enjoyable. Every time I visit I am able to find something I enjoy.
Stopped in for the first time and found a few things but the lady running the cashier was so rude and condescending towards us and every other customer that we decided to put our items back and leave. We won’t be back.
They had what I needed. Water shoes.
Will never come back here, cashier at counter and some random customer both jokingly yelled at my husband for having his mask down for a moment while adjusting it and said he was harassing her by following too closely while he was trying to just walk towards me, all the while the employee had *no* mask on whatsoever and the customer has hers not even fitted on her face properly. 0.04% death rate, ladies, and BTW cloth masks provide zero protection. Way to lose service over fear mongering & unprofessionalism.
My absolute favorite thrift store in all of Norman :)
Love this store. The staff is very friendly and they have awesome stuff.
Very organized and clean, wide selection of womens, small selection of mens. Certainly would come back.
I walked in with my friend and the woman at the counter was rude right off the bat and we both left in under a minute. I don’t understand and she wasn’t even wearing a mask. Won’t be back.
Just looked around.
Ive been here 4-5 times and I kid you not I find exactly what I am looking for every time. The owner is super nice and helpful. If you are looking for a specific item they will write your name on a list and text you a photo of the item (if they get it In) which is incredible. I was looking for a Sarls car bike rack and just gone to 2 bike stores where they were 170 and also backordered . I walked into outreach and found one for 24 bucks! My fav thrift store in the state!
Found a lot of great clothes for amazing prices and the customer service was outstanding! My sister and I didnt realize they had closed while we were trying on clothes and they didnt even mention it. When we noticed it was past 7, we apologized and tried to hurry and they were so polite and kind! Told us not to worry, to take our time and enjoy ourselves! We still tried to hurry out of respect but it was so very sweet of them! We left with lots of goodies and also found out that all colored tags are 50% off on the 1st Wednesday of every month so well definetly be back next week!! Thanks Again Outreach, yall are awesome!
Shop owners are helpful, engaging and wonderful people. The store is very organized and items are clean and reasonably priced. Its a gem.
Called around 5pm and specifically asked if store hours would be affected by the July 4th holiday and whoever answered assured me they would be open until 7pm today. It is 6pm now and they are closed for the day.
Awful! The older lady with glasses up atthe register is very rude and very unprofessional. Stopped by for the first time because I love thrift shopping but won’t ever be back here. I only lasted 2 mins in the store before my experience with her made me leave....
Store seemed ok but saleslady not wearing mask and giving the eye to those who do. Dont go if you prefer people following the mask ordinance.
Clean and organized, easy to shop unlike other places.
This is the best thrift store Ive ever been to. Its super clean, very organized. Lots of interesting and freaky clothes. The owner is very friendly and I really like shopping there.
Very nice, clean, well organized shop! The clothes are on good hangers that they dont fall off every time you touch them. The staff was friendly also.
Clean great price and friendly staff
The employees are super nice... Prices are quite high, but found some decent stuff. It has more of a flea market or consignment shop feel.
This is my favorite thrift store in Oklahoma. The employees are lovely people, always upbeat and kind. Also, they have great prices.
Thank you so very much for the help that you have given me and my friend
Great place to shop or donate clothes. Clean and well organized.
Ok so I bought a chair on the 25th of October for my brother. Told the lady behind the counter that I would pick it up on Sunday. She was very pleasant. Well after showing the pictures of the chair to my brother he didnt want it. So I went back to the store on the 27th of October and I guess it was the owner behind the counter. Not a very nice man. I explained the situation to him oh and I also had the receipt. After explaining to him he said all sales were final. So I explained again also the chair never left the store. He answer was I said all sales were final so incase you dont understand thats a no. Very rudely by way. So I explained again and he got a bigger attitude and slammed the money on the counter and said here take it and get out of my store. I was just really surprised at the way the owner of all people would act and treat there customers. I used to go to this store alot and I know it wont put them out of business but I will never return to this store again.
They have some dearly unique items here. They Really very organized.
Very nice staff, clean business, and decent prices.
We found alot of great things at prices you can afford
Well organized gently-used items. Adequate service
Lots to look at. Polite cashier. Free boxed food for hungry people.
Its very organized and clean, and the prices are great.
A huge selection of clothing and great prices.
Very friendly staff and nice selection of clothing
Wanted stop by while in town but youre closed on Saturdays..?!?
Great place
Pricey for a thrift shop.
Very pricey for a thrift store...
The day I went customer service seemed grouchy. No smiles. No greeting. Nothing.
Low prices
