I purchased a clean refrigerator for a fair price. They also delivered it and their technician also installed my prior fridge icemaker in the purchased box. He also hauled my old box away for recycling. I would do business with these ladies again.

We bought a small fridge and they did deliver it and then it quit working about a week a later. They sent a technician right out and he changed a part and fixed it. It works great now and they have sure gained our business! Thank you Appliance Girls!

Everyone I’ve dealt with was super nice and knowledgeable! I was shopping around for appliances and furniture to prepare to move into a new place and I felt the most comfortable here. The cord for the dryer was too short for where I wanted the dryer so they’re currently getting me a new one and will deliver it once it’s in! Awesome place!

I bought a dryer 2 months ago and I love it

I would just like to share my experience with appliance girls. My sons dryer quite working. I called the appliance girls and they were very helpful. They had a dryer at a very fair price then delivered when it was convenient for us. When they get there after moving all the appliances to install the dryer, they found out that the dryer that they installed wasn’t working either. We ended up having a breaker that had tripped and only suppling 1/2 voltage. They could have very easily told us that our dryer was bad. They are very honest people and let us know that our dryer was good after all. I know of very few people that are this honest in the days we live. I am so happy with my service from the appliance girls! My washer was broken, so first Richard came out to assess it. He determined that some parts needed to be ordered before he could fix my dishwasher. Christal was very timely in keeping me updated on when the parts would come in. There was no delay from when the parts came in, and Richard came back to install them. Christal followed up after Richard came to ask me how my washer was doing. Richard and Christal are very friendly and are dedicated to doing a great job. They dont take shortcuts and want to do the job right! I will forever be a customer! Thank you again Appliance Girls!

We took our washing machine to the former appliance Guys and was told it was junk and not fixable, but they would sell me a good used washer to replace mine since mine was junk. Something in my heart told me to get a second opinion on my junk washer so I took it to see Christal & Richard at the Appliance Girls. While in the loving hands of Richard he not only proved the other shop was full of bull$&@ he brought Ol faithful back to life and shes running like a dream once again! The entire time my washing machine was in the shop Christal kept me up to date on what was going on and seemed happy to answer any and all of my questions! Christal and Richard know what they are doing and wont feed you a bunch of bull$?!$ like other appliance shops in Norman will. Their prices for repair and used appliances is very responsible.
