We were just in tonight we had a decently good experience. Heidi there was an amazing associate, she was very courteous and helpful, she has an five star rating in my book!However the three stars review was a direct result of their product placement or more particularly their product misplacement. I had picked two items that I was very excited to be buying, but when checking out one of the items I picked was $14 more and another one I had was $5 more than it was marked on their shelves. So I asked the clerk about what would their company be willing to do to correct an issue that was there because they didnt check their product placement, I was told there would be nothing they would be willing to do to fix their stores mistake.Yall other than that the store was clean and inviting. But Id suggest that you check the actual prices yourself. Im sure if Ill return. 😕 🤔Edited: to add that even though the item was miss marked that doesnt mean that the cashier wasnt as friendly as can be!! She was very courteous to me the whole time. Even as my oldest child told me I might have been a bit of a karen. I truly hope I wasnt, but if I was I do sincerely apologize 😔 Ive also updated my star rating to its appropriate five stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really love Michaels art supplies I really want to get drawing supplies my realistic

This is one of my favorite stores! They are always clean and organized. There is always someone there when I have a question. I love earning rewards when I shop and the selection is vast but Im not so overwhelmed that Im spinning around in circles trying to decide what I want it need.

Love this place when I need to get creative, they have supplies for everything my brain decides it can do! Color a shirt or canvas tote? Paint tiny clay pots gold for centerpieces? Modeling clay? Picture frame? Cake decór? Paint in several mediums? Wrapping paper? Im sure we could name a few more. They have it all!!!!!

Clean layout, easy to find what you need. Easy going staff with comparable prices to others.

Typical, big box store experience. Ask for assistance locating something. The responce was less than help full... they asked if we had looked in specific area... which we had. But instead of helping us look, they plead ignorance.

Havent been into the store in about a year with covid. Surprised to see inventory extremely low. Not much to choose from. Phone service inside this one isnt good so they suggested snapping a picture of your coupon outside. They have gone back to printing coupons on their ad, just 20% i stead of 40.

The ladies in the frame department are the best around.

This place is super clean, sells a great variety of products, and is worth the trip to get both cheap and expensive stuff. Every time Ive bought here Ive left woth quality items. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and recognize and greet regulars. It smells great, looks great, has a great selection of products, and a great staff.

I love going to Michaels to get my crafting supplies. They dont inflate their prices to make their sales look good like another store. They tend to have a good variety of items. The only thing that I wish was different about this store in particular is having adequate staffing for check out.

I always love going to Michaels. Their organization of the clearance bins was really nice this time. Mega Clearance Event. The shelves did seem a little bare but nothing surprises me anywhere with covid and all. Still plenty to look at and shop for! Ill be back soon.

Great selection of things (loving the Halloween stuff right now) but a bit overpriced, and the sale prices are nowhere near as good as at Hobby Lobby.

Would be nice if they honored their posted signs. This is the third time something has said 50% off and they dont honor it because oh that ended yesterday or that starts tomorrow. Its not my fault the employees dont know how to make sure the correct signage is up.

Hey. If it has my name, it can only be half bad! Good place to get inexpensive frames and stock up on some yarn. Usually a good sell somewhere going on and almost always a 20% off coupon you can find online.

They have lots of things but there are no fabrics.

Theres no better place for your crafting. I crochet and I find always amazing deals on yarn and all crocheting or knitting tools. Michaels is my therapy❤.

Michaels is okay, its just too small. I take my daughter there so she can get the markers she likes, but other than that, I dont go there that often.

They need more people on the floor to help and then not make you feel stupid when you call them out on it.

Good paint supplies and yarn, just have to check for sales often because they are pretty high on their prices.

My wife loves this place. She is able to find all her craft items here.

Michaels is the place I go to for art supplies that I cannot order or when I need something as soon as possible. They have the best selection of art supplies that I want to use like Gamblin oils which previously have been hard to find. The store is better organized than Hobby Lobby and they are open on Sundays. The staff are usually friendly and they always know where to find something if Im having trouble. Michaels doesnt mix politics and religion with their business and that is refreshing. They also have a decent selection of puzzles, books and organizational items and tools. Theyve taken the pandemic very seriously and seem to take reasonable steps to protect both patrons and employees.

Found what I needed thanks to helpful staff

I bought a rolling cart in the color rose gold. The trays for the cart were bent. I went to exchange for a new one. They said they werent supposed to exchange it because the virus but PROCEEDED to exchange it anyways. What do you know? The second rolling cart is defective as well. At this point, I want my money back. I went back the next day and they told me I have to wait 90 days (or however long until the virus is over) to return the item. Virus going on or not, I want my money back and I don’t want it back in 90 days. If other stores can do returns, so can you Michaels. Lol

Lots of great things to look at, always something on sale and the app has great coupons.

Several things I purchased were nothing like they were described on the box and now I have to return them. I realize that they get their items from overseas for pennies on the dollar, but with how much they gross, youd think they could put more effort into researching the items. Not to mention, purchasing an item for full price @Michaels would be hysterical. The regular prices are to make you appreciate the sale price... When the sale price is the actual profitable price.

They were very busy. Not enough help on floor. All at registers. People were looking for help to ask questions and unable to find anyone. Found what I needed and checkout was pretty fast.

Love their selection and sales! Also that teacher discount is a huge help.

This store is my weakness. I love to explore Michaels. I love the notebooks and pens and hope they get even more in with bullet journaling becoming as popular as it is because I need some good supplies for note taking next semester. Ive been through various phases with crafting and this has been my go-to store. My kids enjoy looking through all of the stuff for sell and we all like the sticker collection.

Great place to find those hard to find items for crafts! Prices are okay, but if you have the coupons that they offer they are much better. Store is always clean and I have always been able to find help when needed. Give them a try :)

Michaels is a mix of hobby lobby and Walmart interns of crafts. They could have better sales and I dont like the limited use of most their coupons. I do like their att department but it seems to be shrinking.

I dont always have great experiences at Michaels because usually what they have on sale is not available. Today was an exception they had all items in stock and getting 70% off of seasonal items was a bonus

It pretty much like any other Michaels. Full of a wide range of craft supplies, books, and a sprinkle of home decor. The employees there are reasonably helpful. Which was great for me because I always get lost! Just be careful in the parking lot. Its right next to a DSW and Academy in the middle of a shopping zone so it can get really hectic on the weekends!

I much prefer Michaels to their competition. The store is laid out better and their staff are much more helpful. Worth going out of your way if you want a more pleasant experience than going to the lobby of hobbies.

This is my preferred Michaels in the area, have never had any issues and have mostly encountered polite staff.
