In a few simple words I was totally dreading the whole car buyingexperience because of past experiences but as soon as my wife and I met Ryan Banks that all changed.He made us feel totally at ease and there was never a time where we felt like we had to buy a car, it was by far my wife and Is best car buying experience ever.

We were stranded 40 miles away from there and they sent a shuttle to get 5 of us on this rainy day after Thanksgiving. They had the parts and fixed the car the next day. Excellent service!

Do yourself a favor and go to Jim Norton Toyota. Let me tell you a story about why. My interactions with Fowler started out great, they had good prices and I was able to negotiate a great deal over the phone on a new Tacoma. The manger signed off and I was told to expect a call from the back office within the hour. Well, 3 hours pass and I finally get a call from the manager telling me that they cannot honor the price we had previously agreed upon because they new information that they wouldnt be getting new trucks for 30-60 days due to COVID-19 they offered to sell the truck to me for $3k more than previously agreed upon! I ended up speaking with the Regional Sales Manager, Tre, and should of walkedthen but agreed to pay $500 more than the original agreed price for the truck....The next day I get a call from the back office guys and get the process started so I could sign the paperwork and drive home the following weekend. Well, I get a call from a different sales guy who proceeds to explain to me that they sold the truck I had a signed purchase agreement for and asked if he could help me find something else....Yes, these guys found someone who was willing to pay more for the truck and sold it from under me. They said they would try and do a dealer swap for a matching truck, but after 3 days they told me they were sorry and couldnt find one.....Then these guys had the audacity to try and sell me an upgraded model with less of negotiated discount because it had more features....If you like shady business and want to pull your hair out, buy from these guys. If you want a pleasant and enjoyable experience go to Jim Norton Toyota across town and ask for Brandon.
