Took my MR2-Spyder that the transmission had gone bad on. After some research it turned into a 6-Speed swap. Spoke to Eurosport about it and they agreed to do it. They allowed me to provide the parts which was great. Once all the parts arrived, they got it done in a day. I did run into an issue after picking the car up and driving it home. Called them, they asked that I bring it back and they got it taken care of the same day. Ive been driving it for almost a month now with no issues!
I will start by saying the team at Eurosport was very nice. They were polite, but their automotive service/knowledge was questionable during my experience. I took my Mercedes in because of a weird clunk I heard in the rear. I outlined exactly where the sound was coming from and how to reproduce it - I even mentioned a few things I had read were common issues for my model AMG. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby, the service advisor came and told me I needed new front brake pads/rotors, but suggested I go ahead and do them all for $1,100. I told him the issue I was having was not brake related and he told me that 4 technicians all agreed it was brakes. Roughly 5 minutes later he then came back and said he misquoted me for brakes on a Toyota Camry (previous car in service line before mine) and they never cleared their computer, so the brake replacement for my car was actually $2k. I asked if they drove it and reproduced the sound I was hearing and he said no, which made me wonder how on earth it was even diagnosed. I then had to drive a technician around for 15 minutes and once he heard it multiple times he said “oh yeah, that’s not brakes at all.” I then advised them to check my rear differential because the 4matic system is known to cause issues for AMG models. After another hour of waiting they came back with a $4k quote to replace my entire rear diff and advised I not leave without doing it. I kindly declined because I didn’t truly trust them to do it after having to practically diagnose it myself. It was quite off putting to have to pay their full diagnostic fee when they were totally wrong and I had to lead them where to look, especially when they wanted me to pay $2k for brakes when my issue never would have been solved. Again, overall they were nice, they just seemed to either have no clue how to diagnose my car or didn’t seem willing enough to try. It was frustrating to pay a $100 fee for them to tell me that what I found on Google was exactly right.
I had sent my daughter to Bavarian with my BMW 335i. It was having transmission issues. They came back with $1,800 for and oil leak and water pump w a thermostat on top. When I questioned the man he cut me off and told us to pick up the car. We did CBD went to Eurosport Motors. The experience was completely different. They diagnosed and fixed the transmission for next to nothing. It just needed fluid. They did provide me with additional estimates for other work that needs to be done (which I knew about) and worked with us on prioritizing these repairs. They will be doing these repairs for us. I trust them to not take advantage of my college student with a car problem. Highly recommend.
Chris just called and I guess there was miscommunication between the shop, him and I so he offered to do another alignment on my car at no cost for the misunderstanding which has in turn made me re-evaluate this company. For taking the time out of their day to address my concerns. Ill be going back because that is true customer service!!! Thanks Chris
I paid Eurosport to inspect a BMW 323ci I wanted to purchase. They charged a very reasonable fee and were EXTREMELY thorough. They personally called me, walking me through the most important safety items with an extremely high degree of precision and professionalism (for reference, I am a licensed professional mechanical engineer).I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have their BMW inspected!
If you dont have deep pockets, dont go here. Im giving a 4 star because they got the issue I had fixed finally and the guy I dealt with was nice but over charged me big time.
Outstanding performance & customer satisfaction. The service manager was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about completing the necessary repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Eurosport Motors & will refer them to all my friends who may need assistance
They are very professional and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and organized. All of the people that work there are kind and helpful. I will be back
We have a couple of BMWs, so I’m a repeat customer of Eurosport. Customer service is always great and I trust them to tell me if anything other than what I perceive the problem to be needs fixed - and if it requires immediate attention or if it can wait. My 528i wouldn’t start this weekend so I hooked up battery charger overnight and call Eurosport to see if they could get me in today to check out battery, and replace if needed. Battery checked out fine - we just don’t drive the car often so the battery depleted. They recommend I connect a trickle charger if we don’t drive the car very often...and, they didn’t charge anything for the battery diagnostic!
2nd time taking my car here after going to the dealership and like before they exceeded my expectations on figuring out the problem and having my car back to me right away. Great staff and superior attention to detail. My business will be going here from here on out.
Great experience! Chris really took of me and any issues to arise. My sportwagen now handles amazingly with brandnew coilovers and brakes
Didn’t check all the details so we have had our car in 3x in two months. Last time the car was making an awful sound so we took it to Firestone afterwards instead and it happened to be a wire Eurosport left too long and was hitting another component. Expensive and not very thorough
I have had Eurosport Motors LLC work on my BMW over the past several years including everything from simple routine maintenance to some rather involved technical repairs. All of the work was done perfectly and within the time and at the price quoted. This is a first class professionalshop and their prices are around 1/2 of the quotes I received from my BMW dealership.I would highly recommend them!
I dont know how I feel yet I will see how my car does but you know paying $550 for gasket to be replaced just a little ridiculous $80 for the actual part and you just put it in a whole Im not quite sure why its so expensive but its hard to find a fair deal so I didnt fight it but I just wish that people werent so greedy. When I called to see if it was done they said around closing and then told me that they would put the keys in my car and leave it there I said I didnt feel comfortable leaving my car unlocked and the key is in there what if someone stole it... Didnt make much sense maybe they should have a key box or something. Just paying so much over $1,500 for three services maybe next time someone could vacuum or wash the car I know theres people probably pay more it would be nice considering you have a pretty nice shop and working on European cars.
Needed a BMW oil change before moving out of town. Only place in town that carried on hand the 0W it requires, made appointment over the phone and was out the door in an hour with oil, tire rotation, fluid top ups and mileage service checks. Great service, lived here 2 years wish I knew sooner instead of driving to Edmond if I needed anything 5 ⭐️
Brought my 2013 Subaru BRZ in for an alignment. Provided the alignment specs. Very happy with the outcome. Friendly staff and got the job done fairly quickly. I was able to drop the car off first thing in the morning and pick it up once it was done.
Okay, I called around noon on a Friday. I didn’t expect to get same day service. I had this clicking noise like a lifter and I was freaked out; but it didn’t increase in speed when the RPMs raised. . . Good. The wonderful people at Eurosport immediately took my BMW X5 back and sound and it was an exhaust flange that needed tightened and it was rattling making an exhaust leak. Took care of the problem immediately and wouldn’t take my money! Simple fix. Ten minutes. I was willing to pay, but they insisted. Thanks Eurosport. I’ll be back.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff got straight to the point wasted no time in having my car fixed
Just had my 2018 Audi Q7s oil changed, tires replaced and aligned, and engine air filter replaced. Their service was timely, capable, and courteous, and the prices were reasonable. In fact, I had them order my replacement tires because they could get them for a slightly better price than my ordering online.Having gone to the local Audi dealership the last couple of times for service, I am sure they would have charged a lot more for the same service and parts. On top of that, the dealership is so unpleasant and untrustworthy.Highly recommend this local shop.
Will not recommend.
Tyler has earned my trust as an honest Service advisor and paired with the good service I have always received from Eurosport. I continue to value their services more so than the dealers.
Was not impressed. To answer your reply.Yes my 760li was in your service department (So tell the truth). Your service technician could not find what was wrong. It was something that was very simple that I found and fix myself.
I would like to share a fair review, the place is nice and the manager is a great guy for sure, very patient! My 2010 BMW 750 Li has no audio problem, they took it in and coded the amp, that’s the right procedure to do, but the audio is still not working after coding. So they ask for more time to work on it to take out the head unit, which is reasonable. At the end of the day, they called me and told me they couldn’t find out the problem, and they need to add more time to take off door panels to check out the wires to the speakers, and it’s going to be pricy. I believed that they did a great job, but they misdiagnosed the problem since the beginning, a BMW mechanic should be able to read fault codes correctly, I have 4 fault codes saying that all speakers output leads circuit open, 2 fault codes saying CIC coding is not plausible/ not released. It seems the mechanics there are not familiar with BMW or don’t have enough experience with these problems, I don’t know. This is my second time I brought my BMW there and they never diagnosed it correctly. I am just sharing my thoughts, very objective, and misdiagnosis happens, they’re probably good at other kinds of cars but if you have a BMW, and having some complicated issue, read your fault codes first and decide where you should go. Eventually my car was fixed within 5 minutes by a BMW specialist, 40 dollars. What disappointed me was they charged me 200 dollars for nothing and gave me a wrong direction to work on. If I let them work on it for a few days to take off all the door panel, and spend over a thousand dollars, I would still get nothing out of it.
Overall great service. Volvos are pricey to repair so if you plan on keeping one for a while an extended warranty is a smart bet. Eurosport was more than happy to coordinate and get approval for my warranty. They work with Reynolds for a rental and will pick you up at Eurosport and you can leave it at Eurosport when you are finished.
I take my BMW there for service because of the convenience. If its too hard for them they have me go to Jackie Cooper up in Edmond, but thats taking a while day off from work. Eurosport has done a very good job of taking care of my car.
I absolutely recommend using Eurosport Motors. They are always so accommodating and friendly. I know that they will take good care of my car.
I had a problem with my car battery. I went to Eurosport Motor in Norman today, Such an amazing experience, Caitlyn was friendly answered my questions and gave me some estimates on additional work if needed that may need my attention. Chris the manager was courteous and friendly.I appreciate the fantastic customer service today.Sebastian
I can always count on Eurosport for quality repairs and great customer service. They are excellent at communicating just exactly what has been found and what needs to be done, same dealer services at a cheaper price. Another win, they have an in ground alignment rack suitable for anyone with a lower car. Highly recommended!
The service is second to none and professional service that keeps me coming back time after time. Thank you Chris Anderson for all that you do.Gregory Avery
Exceptional service with fair pricing. My 2006 Porsche Boxster developed a “slightly grinding whine” around 1,800-3000 rpm. Moreover, the fog lights and front trunk light were inoperative.Chris took the time to ride with me and genuinely cared to try and resolve the issues. He explained what could be the whining issue and we decided to replace the water pump. It worked! The fog lights and front trunk lights are more challenging to diagnose - possible control module etc...They promised work would be done by Friday. To my surprise all work was done a day earlier and Chris even showed me the bearing on the old water pump that was failing.I came away with an assurance that “Eurosport cares about your investment” Thank you Chris and your team for an admirable job.Bottom line- Car sounds and runs perfect.I will be back- Mike
The preferred service provider for my used Mercedes. Certified and experienced technicians in a beautiful, immaculate facility, that charge less than the competition. Highly recommended!
Phenomenal service. Very fair pricing and knowledgeable mechanics. Ive had periodic service on my 2013 BMW 328i performed there in the past, and their pricing is about 60% that of Jackie Cooper. Additionally, I have a Jetta that was making a clunking noise. I brought it to Eurosport and the mechanic noticed a loose bolt. They fixed it without charging me anything. Really appreciate this place; will keep bringing my cars here.
The staff is extremely friendly and reliable. They always get me in and out very quickly. They explain in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and what they did to repair it. I trust them 100% with my vehicle and future vehicles.
Always a pleasure dealing with Eurosport! Great service, expertise and more importantly communication throughout the process.
These guys are great. They are honest, professional, and they produce quality work. Its hard to find good mechanics in Oklahoma, and I dont like to leave my car with guys who prefer joy riding over fixing the issue. Eurosport has great facilities, and their hourly rate is surprisingly cheap given the quality of their facilities and their mechanics.
Cant say enough good about these guys. Had a new front differential installed on my Land Rover. New differential and installation was way cheaper than what Bob Moore Land Rover wanted for the part alone. Drove it away and never had another problem. They have always done a great job on my vehicles and its a nice clean place to wait and have a cup of coffee. I would chalk any bad reviews the shop has are from people you wouldnt make happy no matter what.
Used to somewhat admire the manager here and his call to customer service. A year into going here though, his true colors came out. Same Ole run around, how much money can I physically sick out of you! Oh yeah, your engine cover? Nope never saw it, must have walked off!🤔🤯😳💩
I live out of the state. Its nice to know there is a trustworthy repair shop that I feel comfortable about, that they wont try and rip you off. The service my daughter has received at Eurosport has been great. The customer service my daughter and I have receive has also been great. .
I would like to say that Chris Anderson might be the friendliest person I have met in the Automotive industry in a LONG TIME! I called just to talk with him about something that he certainly did not have to chat with me about. He answered all my questions and seemed interested in talking with me. I certainly know where to take my vehicle in for service when I am in town. I also know where my daughter, that will be attending OU, can take her vehicle in the fall. Thanks Chris!
Eurosport always treats me with respect and will go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. They are honest and upfront about any needs and help me to prioritize repairs as needed. Its never fun to take your car to the shop, but with these guys, I know Im getting just what I need (and nothing more).
Chris was awesome! Have a 2006 BMW 330i that needed a rear window regulator. Part/repair was covered under warranty, and he made sure warranty company honored it! Took him 3-4 calls to warranty company, which he didnt have to do, but his persistence made it happen. I plan to use Eurosport for my vehicle(s) for years to come.
Eurosport has serviced my two vehicles; a 2007 Volvo and a 1995 BMW 5 Series since the opening of the business. I have been extremely pleased with the courteous and professional service. Communication regarding needed repairs has always been outstanding as Chris Anderson and the mechanic staff have always been available and clear in the needed repair and estimated cost.I have recommended Eurosport to neighbors for their automobile service.
These folks worked I dont know how many hours to diagnose and replace or fix a bunch of really tricky stuff I had let go with my Mazdaspeed 3. Always a great experience with Eurosport. When I have Gremlins or just need an oil change, Eurosport has my back.
After a poor service and outrageous prices at Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City I found Eurosport. The staff was friendly and very professional with reasonable pricing. From now on Eurosport is the only place i trust to service any of my vehicles. Since my first visit i have recommended many of the people in my firm and all have been more than satisfied.
Beautiful and clean waiting area, friendly and professional staff, and I spoke with a nice woman in the waiting area at length about the good fortune shes had dealing with Chris over the years. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
First of all their techs are top notch. I trusted this shop more than the dealership. Their waiting area was very clean plus they have TV and refreshments while you wait.
I personally dont trust this place for some reasons:-The prices are just as much as dealer where in dealer you can have 2 years warranty any BMW dealer you go in the United States.-They charged for diagnose the car where they said they dont. The person was supper mad for having a discussion of proof the problem.Dealers at least provide you with a loaner and treat you well. Basically it worth the $100 difference and the treatment.I promise I have been there before and for different issues and he was trying to charge me more than a dealer and I do have both dealer and his quote but sometimes they just think we drive BMW that means we are ----just going to pay and he does not know that we work hard for our money.I paid the $100 and left because trust was not earned.
Its nice to have someone servicing your car whos as passionate about cars as you.The team at Eurosport is always looking out for the customer. They always offer a solution thats fair, economical and fast.
Face it, driving expensive cars has always come with the tag line, “you have to pay to play”. Some take that to mean that to mean saving up your hard earned money to purchase that car on your bedroom poster. People that already own these cars know it to mean that, repair bills are going to hurt.If you own one of those cars that has been featured in a magazine, and are hesitant to drive it because the closest dealership for service is a $1200 flatbed ride. I have wonderful news for you; it is a place called Eurosport. My experience was spearheaded by Kayli, who listened (patiently) as I rambled over the phone about parts that the dealership wanted to change on my BMW 750i. She said she would call back after consulting with some of the technicians in the back. I got a call back with a quote that was nearly a third of what the dealership wanted. In addition, the appointment for a complete analysis was the next day. Chris talked spoke about some of the things that he would suggest and we were still far under the dealership quote.Let me be clear, this is not a shade tree operation. I am sure you can find someone on craigslist that says he can fix this and that for a $75 and six pack, but do you want to trust your “baby” to a tarp and someone carport? Even worse, if you have a problem with the repair does the guy/girl come with a warranty? Eurosport is not a fly by night operation. Step into their lounge and the first impression is that you and your prize are safe. You will get top tier service, with a top tier result that will leave your wallet feeling very satisfied.
I took my 2008 Mercedes in with the convertible top not working and was stuck in near closed position. Chris said it would be 200 to 300 dollars for diagnostic and close the top. They called and said it needed a rear window regulator which would cost 1700 dollars installed. And may be additional damaged parts which could run into who knows what. I declined the repair. I picked up the car and it was $329 for diagnostic and closing the top. I called Mercedes and the cost to replace the regulator is 1382 dollars labor and parts. The dealer said the diagnostic would be included in the repair cost. Go to the dealer it is cheaper.
The guys at Eurosport installed a new transmission on my Honda, and Im very satisfied. Also had tire /alignment work done before that. I drive almost 40 miles to use these guys for almost everything.thanks Chris!
These guys are pros. They dont screw you or lead you on and are about 15% less than your dealer. Theyll shuttle you around if needed. Nice building and waiting area. Id like to note that I dont have to pour boatloads of cash for these guys to do a good job. They generally listen to your issues and try to fix whats wrong. They also balance their schedule very well.
These guys did excellent work on my new 2014 4Runner. Service was second to none. Had a 3 lift and 33 tires installed and originally took it to a Firestone in Edmond for an alignment. 3 tries and worse results each time I ended up with a terrible right pull. I brought it down to Eurosport and they took care of everything. It took them 2 hours to fix all of Firestones mistakes, but it drives dead straight and they actually set the caster numbers to what I requested, unlike Firestone. Ill never take my truck anywhere else for an alignment again. Well worth the 45 minute drive from Edmond. The guys who work here are actual car guys too and didnt mind me hanging around out back with them while they worked. Some people may be intimidated by the luxury name and branding, but prices were right on par and work was outstanding.
Excellent auto services, I wouldnt take my Porsche boxster S to anyone else. That includes the dealership! You just cant beat the prices
Loved the service on my Benz & the people are GREAT
Pricing is competitive with local repair shops, yet more professional than the dealer. These guys are awesome.
Great service, excellent prices and a staff that is beyond knowledgeable. This is the only place Ive let touch my last 3 cars and will continue to be.
So disappointing. I paid for an oil change and was charged for an oil change with an oil filter change. They did not change the oil filter. I know because I just changed the oil myself. Shame on your business. Nobody can be trusted in Norman. They are unethical and lazy.
I made a call to leave a message on a Sunday when they are not open, somebody answered my call, heard my issue and was able to set me up with an appointment. Already highly impressed.
The technicians are great and prices are very reasonable!
Chris Andersen is very professional and knowledgeable. When I have questions regarding my Infiniti JX he is the first person I call. I would recommend Eurosport to anyone who needs exceptional service.
Best service for my 2012 BMW. Faster and more cost effective when compared to Jackie Cooper
They have been taking care of my wifes Mercedes for 4 years now, and the service has always been super. You can trust these guys with your fine car.
Eurosport Motors has given me excellent service from oil changes to major repairs. They have my complete trust.
The folks over at Eurosport were able to find and fix the problem after 3 other shops were unable to (including the dealer). Thanks Eurosport!
The only place I take my truck for service.
Nice facilities and friendly service.
I brought my beetle in to get fixed. I bring it home and it has the same problem. Don’t come to Eurosport if you want your car to work
I havent had any repairs, but they helped me verify an extremely poor mechanic.
Friendly staff, the kind of place youll want to return to. Virgil is quite friendly as well.
Professional service
Great work!!
Too pricey
