Target employees are very friendly and super helpful .The stores are always clean and organized

The staff is very polite and greet you when entering or exiting. The cashiers strike up a conversation with the customers. They are friendly and are a delight to be around.

Their customer service is on another level of trash. I’ve been on the phone with them for 15 mins and no one has helped me. I know that this target isn’t understaffed yet they even end called me after I was patiently waiting.

TARGET WON’T TAKE MANUFACTURERS COUPONS.Atleast that’s what the cashier supervisor Lisa said. She said the manufacturers coupons are already built in to your circle savings. Which is odd because per targets website it said you can use circle offers and coupons in conjunction.

The Norman store had Great selections and the store was very clean.

I shop here a couple times a month. I live closer to Moore but this store gets my shop done all in one place! Their vegan selection has improved (refrigerated, frozen, and ready to bake sweets) and everything is always tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful which I find makes a big difference in the over all pride in the way the store is managed. Normally I shop early mornings on the weekends and at this time I see them stocking up and the shelves are full. A few weeks ago a specific item in the pet section was out of stock and as I looked high and low an associate walking by popped over to see if he could help. He disappeared for about five minutes and came back with a pallet for the cat aisle... with my item on it too!While this store may not be for everyone and their needs and tastes, I find it to be a one stop shop everytime which is what like. And a plus is you are always welcomed in and a lovely day.

My Major boy and I LOVE this store! Were here probably 4 times a week at least because I like getting the best deals. The employees really love Major and we always feel welcome unlike some other stores weve been into which is great because I rarely go anywhere without him 🙂 #majorthefrenchie1

Waited 25 mins in line for $60 worth of product. Back to school week in a college town and at 7PM you had 2 physical cashiers and the self checkout line open, ONLY. Lines 12+ people deep.

The Convenience have not having to go into store during this pandemic

I like Targets selection and the staff are very helpful and kind. Almost every time I am shopping there I am proactively approached by a staff member to ask if I need assistance.

The self checkout monitor guy was FANTASTIC and super nice -- he could read eyes (its hard to do really) and he could pick up on peoples mood and was such an encouraging guy. This is a very large Super Target. Very friendly and helpful employees. The grocery area just shines its always full of great stuff. The other really neat thing was there were some paper bags at the self checkout, with handles!! Classy, looked sharp, perfect size. I love a great bag. Nice!!

It was some times hard if not impossible to find certain items, ex: ginger root. Otherwise the store was organized and clean.

Drastically reduced inventory and choice in past few years.When this store opened, I could do my weekly grocery shopping as well as find a delightful salad for lunch. Over the years my favorite items have been discontinued - salmon on a fresh salad, egg salad sandwich, tuna sandwich, plus many grocery labels.This store no longer feels like a Super Target, just a regular ol Target. So disappointing.

Our cashier, Layne, was unprofessional and slow. We had one item and that girl was still slow. I will not be returning. Not only that, she didn’t value my grandfather’s tax exemption. She spoke in this low voice and my grandfather CANNOT hear well. What disrespect. Your stores are shameful.

Produce section is a disgusting joke. Rotten fruits and veggies everywhere you look. Im talking piles of moldy oranges, spinach that is well beyond wilted, and so much more. And the decent stuff you mange to find goes bad well before its expiration date. Nothing fresh about it! Whoever is in charge of this section should be fired!

The order pick up people have crushed my bags of tortilla chips for the last two times. And when I tried to call the store and speak to a manager the electronic moat they keep in front of their customers dumps your call with no opportunity to speak to a human being..

Great target location. It has groceries as well. Great and very organized during Black Friday sale.

Every single person I saw in Target today, from customers to staff, were wearing masks and keeping appropriate distance from everyone else. The cashiers were wiping down the PIN pad between each customer. The store was clean and well-stocked. Kudos, Norman Target.

I love coming to Target!! They always have what I need. Today, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks and both workers behind the counter were so helpful and patient with me as I am not familiar with their coffee selections. I didn’t catch the girl’s name but the young man’s name was Will. Five stars to them!!!! The store is always fresh and clean and everyone is so friendly!! You are doing something right, Target! I will continue to brag to friends and family about this location. ☺️

The rest of the store was perfect. i bought a snack off the shelf ate half and realized it expired over a month ago yuck.

Selection and quality of food products, especially natural and organic. I really appreciate the Target food brands. The clothing is stylish and pretty affordable. And I really appreciate the marketing changes that are showing up everywhere. The diversity of models in race, size and ableism is very important to me.

I dont normally grocery shop at Target but my experience today was very good in light of the current covid-19 situation. Employees were actively sanitizing shopping carts and checkout surface and the store was stocked with everything I wanted to buy, including yeast! This was probably the most pleasant grocery shopping experience Ive had in the last month and a half.

I am always pleased with the atmosphere and aesthetic of my super target. There are many times however things are not in stock.

This store doesnt enforce people to wear masks once theyre inside walking around. Seen several people wearing theirs around their chin, even when associates are near them.

Target is very organized and quick to get orders filled.

The customer service. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from when I walked in the door until I checked out.

Everything is pretty, clean, and bright. It’s a happy place.

Target is my twilight zone. I go there for one thing and come out with a bunch of other stuff I didnt know I needed. Then I would remember that I didnt buy the thing I went there for. Which gives me an excuse to go back to target!

I thought I did curbside pickup but I did in store pickup. The worker that came out to help me was very nice. She showed me what I did wrong and she then went in to get my order. I dont know her name but whoever she was needs a raise. She also was wearing her mask correctly and stayed 6ft away to talk to me. Bc of her Ill shop at Target again.

This is my go to store! Nicer than Walmart but still affordable. Could have better produce section but overall 9/10

It was setup beautifully and very comfortable. You can lose your self in this particular store just strolling until you look at your watch or phone and realize you been in Target far longer than attended. Just browsing.

Dirty, piles of clothes with no common sizes, shelves bare and disorganized.Ive been to cleaner Dollar Trees.

Our sweet cashier Wen was killing it today. She has the “new member” tag on and was so sweet and respectful, even to the rude older woman who was in front of us. I just wanted to make a comment and say that she’s doing awesome! Keep up the good work and attitude :)

Staff and store seem very conscientious about trying to keep covid19 virus in check. Staff has group of carts available for customers that have been wiped down. Self checkout is kept in good condition and wiped down between customers. Staff all wear masks. Several local stores do not do any of this.

Honestly, I liked this store better before they changed it around a year or two ago (changed the clothing side). I was looking for a birthday cake on this trip, and almost got one, but something told me to keep looking. You can special order cakes here, like at most similar stores. I did get a nice medium weight coat here a year ago. I think what I actually like best about this store is the little cafe up front where I can get a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza, and an Icee. For those who like Starbucks, they have that too.

Great Target. Sometimes the shelves are not full though. Cashiers are nice.

My latest shopping trip will be my last at this location. Poor customer service, merchandising is unimaginative and a turn off, the atmosphere has went from fun to being a drag. But mostly cs is driving me away, people dont get where their paychecks come from apparently.

Nice place, cool. But DO NOT BUT TARGET BRAND TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS! I was unwrapping them and I realized that there were 4 INDIVIDUAL wrappers in a package of 8. Way too much plastic! Even though the other brands are more expensive, buy them and save the turtles. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Very discourteous human beings working in the electronic department, and the manager on shift. Called for an item thats in stock and was told to get there within an hour to grab it. Got there in 30 minutes and its gone! Seems like the person I spoke to bought it! You have to be very inconsiderate to allow someone drive 20 miles to your store only for you to say sorry, theres nothing we can do about it. No atom of empathy in their tone. Shouldve just told me not to come in the first place.

I have turned into a target lover. There was a storm a few weeks/months ago (what is time??) that knocked out power for a lot of Norman, including Walmart which was my go-to store, so I ended up going to target that day. It was the best shopping experience I had in a loooong time. The vast majority of customers wear their masks (with the exception of a few looney toons), the workers are always friendly and very helpful when I was struggling with the app for the first time at self checkout, the prices are usually only a couple cents more expensive than Walmart with the exception of a couple things I buy regularly (Ive actually even found some things cheaper at target!), and the target circle offers are fantastic. I am still trying to get used to the layout, but its just because I never used to come here to shop so I dont know where things are! I even discovered a tea brand by accident here (Harney and Sons) which I have absolutely fallen in love with. It is the best tea Ive ever had. Could I say that Target changed my life for the better? Oh yes, absolutely.

The store representative, Lance was very professional and helpful. He helped honor a promotion that ended yesterday and was unavailable yesterday due to the target system being down. The availability of plant based products and health items at Target supercede the other retail and online competition.

Ive been in many different Targets across the country, and this is my favorite. Its always clean, bright, and well-stocked. I love the large childrens book section and the womens clothing section in particular!

I like Target and wish i didnt have to come so far, but when i can i will or i will buy online. Your quality is so much better than Walmart and your prices. My son and i went to Sams and some of the merchandise there is even higher than yours.

I tried calling the store, no option to speak to a live person, and if you press 3 for pharmacy, you get the same long recording in english and then you get to listen to the same long recording a second time in Spanish. The language should be an option. I was not given the option to speak to a pharmacist. Target has added to the already high levels of frustration, and anger this scamdemic is causing and for this, I will not shop here anymore.

Had the best experience ever with Target this evening. I had been on the hunt looking for the Super Colossal T-Rex and not only did they have it (everywhere else was sold out) they sorta held it for me til I got there. Customer Service gal was very friendly. Overall was some of the best customer service that I have received from Target. I will definitely continue to shop there.

Went to Target in Norman, OK to look at Clock/Radios. Employees were helpful and considerate when asked questions. Nice shopping environment. Fun just to walk around and look at odds and ends. Much more fun than shopping online! 😆

The savings offered with cartwheel and using my Red Card is always a plus, and the help by the employees & customer service is great! Having Starbucks inside makes it even better and the employees there are so nice, they even remember me and my order! I love this store!

The store was very clean and organized. I really liked the large in aisle displays they had for the toys and sports teams. I only interacted with one employee though I saw and walked by many. She was friendly and willing to help if I needed anything. Being my first visit I wasnt familiar with the layout and I did have a hard time determining where the girls section was for a specific age range. Its possible I just couldnt see age specific signage from where I was. Otherwise it was very nice.

We feel safer at Target because of the precautions you are taking with COVID-19

The cashier was so nice and friendly. At the MWC location the cashiers are not friendly and seem a little “stuck up”...

They have now remodeled the store and it is really nice. You will have to look for things if you are used the old store, but it is really worth the walk around the familiarize yourself with the new layout. It is clean, bright, and well organized. I love the up brand if you are trying to save money and I use the Target cartwheel app for additional discounts and looking up registries! The produce is good and love their selection of groceries. Would highly recommend and if you havent been there since they have remodeled definitely go and see the great change!

First time in this store. The store workers at exchange desk were very nice and helpful, then I needed help again in the baby ile an to workers I tried to get there attention an they ignored me I said wow, then I prayed an the first worker I met up front was passing by and he help me, then I had two more worker help me. So my first experience in your store was Happy, disappointed to Happy again.

I love going to Target, I think what I enjoy most about the location in Norman is the snack court that they have added. They still have personal pan Pizza Hut pizzas and they also have some inexpensive snack options like a grilled cheese or a pretzel. They only had two checkers open, which is annoying bc I would rather have gone to a person but the lines were long. Sometimes they are pricey but it’s the atmosphere you’re paying for.

Worst Customer Service Ever!I bought a product online, they promised to delivery it, charged my credit card and after 10 days they just told me that they sold more than they actually had in stock! Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous. I will never go back to this low level place again!

I called Target to see if they had fresh flowers because I needed some to take to my friend in the hospital. Yes they do have fresh-cut flowers, but they do not have any that are already arranged in a vase. I did however find some cards that were only $0.99 and in the clearance section I found large bottles of Purell for only a little over $3. I guess I should have asked the operator if the flowers came in a vase, but I also feel like she should have maybe explained that to me when I called.

I always receive excellent customer service at target! There is always someone asking if I need help or asking how my day was. The employees are always smiling and happy and are always so kind. I won’t shop anywhere else!

I got overheated and sick. Pulled into Target and went inside to cool off. The staff that helped me were friendly, approachable and genuinely care about the well being of their customers. The manager went to get me a glass of ice water and some paper towels to clean up. I asked to speak to a manager to give the staff a compliment. Turns out it was the manager who was helping me. SETL Jonathan & Devyn were the best customer service employees I have encountered in a very long time. If you are ever in the neighborhood, this Target is clean and has very friendly staff. Would recommend this location.

The management at this Target Store is unmatched. I called to speak with a manager about an experience at this store and he was PHENOMENAL. I wish all managers would strive to be more like Mark! He was not only extremely professional, he took the time out of his day to listen to a concerned customer. He immediately took action on my concern by asking me in detail (time, date, etc) of the incident. When I could remember the exact moment he gave me his personal cell number further showing me how serious he was not only about his job, but about this store. This is the reason I will continue to shop at this Target location. Mark, (kicking myself for not getting his last name) you are awesome! Can not say how appreciative I am for the treatment I received when speaking with you and every time I shop at Target.

Bad store. Bad employees. Bad everything.

I like their tea but the employees need to inform the customer that they might have to wait for their order a little longer than the other customers because they had to get more tea cups. When I noticed people getting their orders before me I finally spoke up and asked about my order. The guy working behind the counter got slightly snippy and said they had run out of cups and that they were very busy. I get that but maybe you should tell the customer that they are going to have to wait longer. Simple good customer service 101.

I tried the drive up service for the first time on Monday. It is back to school time and because work has been hectic I didnt have time to shop for school supplies. This saved me. I thought my child would have to wait until the end of the week when I had time to get her supplies. She started school on Tuesday with supplies in hand. I will definitely be taking advantage of this service. They fufill you shopping list within 2 hours.

I really like the feel of Target but I wish they would carry more standard sizes...like mediums. I know this sounds weird but when Im looking and all I can find are XXL or XS its kind of frustrating.

Every time I go to the customer service desk, the workers are always happy to help me. I know that they sometimes get to deal with the complaints/problems from shoppers but they always have a smile on their face and are ready to help the best way they can. I love this quality of customer service from the Target Customer Service Desk.

Always low on grocery inventory.

Place is a horrible mess right now with construction. Not enough carts in store. Porta potty is more clean than that customer restroom. Only lines open self checkout ...had some cashiers ..I think. but no lights on..weird.

I was almost content to start shopping here after ditching walmart for so many obvious reasons, however, the last few times I shopped there, the checkout girls were so completely unacceptable in behavior and speech, that it sent a chill down my spine. While target has a nice store, I cannot and will not accept crazy, attention deficit, employees to serve me. The last checkout girl even had a posse of trashy friends sitting off on the sidelines hooting and hollering their homage to this crazy, overly talkative, girl who was just trying to gather some brownie points or something and was annoying beyond belief. Really? If you hire trash, and it sings a trashy song all day long....teach it some better manners!!! Please make my shopping experience happy, Target, so I can come back!
