They were very helpful with my order. I placed an order for a low tack adhesive vinyl decal to be used for a paint mask on a classic car project. The stencils worked great on the car. They left sharp lines and was easy to peel off without leaving any residue or damage on the paint. I needed one additional decal stencil. When I went to install it on the car, I realized that it was made from the wrong material. But when I went back to Signs Now, they quickly replaced it with a new one from the correct material. They had the replacement ready that same day so I was able to stay on schedule which is very important when you are in the middle of a two stage paint job! I will be back. Thanks again! Todd

Caleb Isam is a lifesaver. I spent 2-3 days looking for a sign shop to make reusable stencils of my business logo. I was almost immediately told ‘no’ from every shop I reached out to, due to the fact that the Victorian font was “too difficult” therefore, “couldn’t be done.” I called Caleb, where he was not only professional, but also warm and patient when we were speaking. He listened without interrupting me and in turn, explained to me exactly what could be done. I go into the office where he further goes out of his way to ease my anxiety about all the things I have to do for my small business, along with the receptionist, Courtney. She was so helpful, too! They also made sure I had plenty of sanitizing wipes because I’ve been extra cautious about Covid lol. Caleb showed me what he was doing to do to get the mission accomplished and even showed me the machine he would be using. Long story short, he got the stencils finished for me in less than 24 hours.
