I had my head unit installed by another company. It was shutting off and finally quit. I called extreme audio and they got me in that same day and fixed in about an hour. Frank was awesome to talk to and Ralph did quick work. Highly recommend

Called them in the morning asking about getting my windows tinted on my car and they answered all the questions I had and got me in to get my car done the same day. Went in and picked up my car in the afternoon and they went above and beyond to make my car look amazing. 100% recommend!

Had a remote start put on my truck . The guys were awsome. It was around new years eve and they were busy but still managed to get my truck in and get it installed. They could have easily had me make an appointment for a later date but got me fixed up any way. And for a really good price. Thanks to the guys who stayed and fixed my truck .

Everytime i enter this building, i am greeted and throw a simple question, what brings you in today? And if i am needing something installed its done right and rather quickly, i took 2 vehicles to get subs installed and a radio installed in one and i had 0 problems with both. This place will forever get 5 stars and more if i could.

I drive an 04 Lincoln Town Car and I called this place about getting my windows tinted and they said that my car was too old! To me thats bad business. Why would you turn down money and the purpose of having your business? I shouldnt be surprised that their name is Extreme Auto Options because they do have the option of being picky.

I had a sub and amp installed here. I was told it would fit behind my seat. It didn’t, so they left it just sitting in the back of my truck.Traded that truck to come in and see if I could upgrade a different cars system. I’m not sure the dude wanted to help me. Maybe I expected too much from Extreme, but they certainly aren’t what they used to be in Norman back in 2005.I remember everyone had stickers with Extreme Audio because it was the place to go. I’m not sure anymore. Appears to be a one man show working out of a tote the note lot.If you’re looking for personal service. Go to Best Buy or try another joint. Dude didn’t even come out and show me how to use my $800 worth of gadgets or ask if I liked the product.

I was ripped off by this company. Bought a new pioneer audio GPS in late 2019 but today I found out that I was sold a 2014 unit thats too old for map updates so now I have a new GPS which I paid over $1,000 for that has outdated maps and Im unable to update it. If you buy something from this company make sure theyre not selling you old inventory !!!

Wish I could rate these folks higher. Every single other place I called wanted to sell me a brand new system for $1,000+ dollars. Extreme Auto quotes me far less, took one look at my system and informed that Bose would replace the amp for free. They did not have to do this, I was well prepared to pay them $300 dollars for the fix. Instead, they promptly took care of the issue for us and wound up charging us around $50 in total. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by in the auto business, but you can absolutely trust these guys.

Never dealt with them until I made the mistake of getting a dui and needing an interlock...these guys have always treated me well and have gone out of their way and not charged me at times when they had every right too. Good guys down to earth and I plan on having my windows tinted soon they are my first choice!

These guys are the best! I’ve had some odd electrical issues with my radio/speakers and they have not let me down! They are super patient in finding the diagnosis & fixing what I have instead of pushing a sale for a new system like other places. You can usually be seen within 24 hours, if not the same day. Absolutely trust these guys!

When my power window stopped working, they took the time to get the right parts based on my cars make and model to guarantee the fit and to work properly. The cost of the labor was fraction of the price had I taken it somewhere else around town in the Norman area. They saved me a ton of money and they were done in no time fixing my powered window!! The nicest and honest people ever!! I highly recommend these guys to anyone!

I have had my windows tented and several sound systems installed! Had a touch screen installed did a awesome job and my electric antennae that wasnt working and they fixed it! I wont take my vehicles anywhere else

I brought in my 2016 Mazda CX-3 today to get a keyless entry & remote start system installed after a wonderful experience with Extreme Auto Options tinting my windows a few months ago. Once again, I had great customer service, the installation time was very reasonable, and the price was affordable. I tell my coworkers and friends about this place all the time because Ive had a good experience coming to Extreme Auto. I highly recommend going there for window tint, electric window repair, remote start system, and they even have a car lot if youre in the market to buy a car. Check these guys out!!! I have had my Husbands 2 trucks accessorized here. I have used them at least 3 times. They installed a remote start, window tinting, window vents, and a TonnoCover. They were helpful, and VERY customer Friendly! I will definitely use them again!!

Ive been in this store twice in my life and had the worst experience because of the customer service. I will never step foot in this store for the rest of my life. I was spoke to in the most unprofessional way any business has ever did. Not only that but got mad when I didnt want to pay them 2500 dollars for something that I got done for half the price. So much so that I was harassed by phone at my home on two occasions because I gave my business to someone who actually walked me through a better option. This establishment even went as far as to call the other place I spent my money at and for what reason I have no idea. These people need to get off their high horse and and go learn some people skills

I was ignored for 20 minutes by the owner with no one else in the store and then given a quote for a product that was 3 times as high as found online. I am always prepared to pay more at brick and mortar versus online because I like to support local business but after the long wait it struck me the wrong way. Theyer speaker systems are great I Miss itI would reccomend it i had some issues but they repaired the issues or covered it under the warrantyI would buy a system from them againI had a jvc dvd installed it broke and the manufacturer warranty covered itit wasnt old. so they replaced that.which i was happy about butsome guys blew my first 12 they had put in, and then i paid to have it replaced.thinking it was a fluke.and then i listen to some loud dubstep today and the speaker or speakers blew.the speakers they sold me seem inadquate for the amp. and or wrongso essentially i paid upwords of 150 for something that would blow when listened to loud.which doesnt make sensei feel unhappy about my purchase and wouldnt recommend them

I had a new head unit, amp + sub installed by these guys. my particular unit supported android auto and carplay via different usb ports. unbeknownst to me, the manufacturer of the head unit didnt include enough to hook up both, I didnt find it out until after I brought the car home. I brought it back the next day with an additional cable and they installed it free of charge. I cant fault them for not knowing about the AA/CP usb ports since it was my own equipment and i didnt specify how I wanted it installed. all of the other functions worked properly. labor prices were competitive and the atmosphere was more relaxed than other audio shops Ive been in.
