Woman at register was rude. There are usually two young men working in the store. Both are always nice and helpful but the woman this evening was unfriendly and rude.

Both times that I attempted to retrieve my daughters prescription, this pharmacist, although attractive, did everything but his actual job!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Pharmacist thinks that he’s some big shot, and Has a lack of compassion for people who are ill.

I came in looking for one item. I searched the store, could not find it, so I asked the cashier. She was extremely rude, acted like I was bothering her even though no one was in line and she was leaning against the counter staring off into space. I asked a simple question and due to the response will no longer frequent this location. My visit was 3/3 at 11:30am.

This is like any other CVS Pharmacy, with a friendly and helpful staff, a large selection of over-the-counter items, and other shopping opportunities. They fill your prescriptions accurately and quickly, and it is a place you can trust. My family loves to go here.

Ive been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and they are always courteous and fill my prescriptions quickly. They are much faster than the store on Robinson but also have shorter hours.

This location is one of the newer CVS in town. It is a handy place to get stuff and it has late hours. The store is clean and the workers are friendly. The pharmacy will give flu shots but there is not a Minute Clinic inside.

Prescription refill texts are horrible! They dont make sense half the time, and I have received messages twice now stating that I have a prescription to pick up when I dont. Then I go into the pharmacy to ask about what is going on, and they aret helpful at all and also rude! I shouldnt have to apologize to the staff for asking questions about why I keet getting texts from them that are incorrect. I was told that technology screws up every now and then, and they werent responsible for that. I understand, but watch the attitude!

This is a very clean store and the people are always very friendly and helpful.

Manager Cole (bald with glasses) walked away when I approached the counter to check out. He is very rude and unprofessional. Im in this store weekly and he is never friendly but today was an exception, WOW! Be prepared to be ignored and treated like you are a bother to the store staff.

Had a horrible experience with this pharmacy. If it was possible to give zero stars, thats what I would rate them. I had a prescription change approximately 6 weeks ago, where the dosage was changed from 125 mg to 150 mg. I went to my Doctor for the persisting problem and was told that it isnt getting any better. Upon reviewing my prescription, the Pharmacist had kept it on a recurring order and not changed my dosage. I went into the Pharmacy today and asked why this was never checked. They said, Your problem is very common and we have many customers with this issue, what do you want me to do, check every prescription? An unpleasant argument ensued about professional obligations which were ignored by the pharmacist Veronica. So if you dont care about having your prescription checked and/or being correctly filled then this is the pharmacy for you.

Very expensive- won’t even match their own online prices!

Poor pharmacy staff.
