Got to experience OnCue and it was great. Loved the coffee and the ice cream. When I come back to OKC I will be stopping in for a fresh cup of coffee.

They have some of the rudest cashiers I have encountered. No hi how are you or good morning or have a nice day not even is there anything else for you. The only phrase that I get from the cashiers is $4.98 and Im supposed to want to come back to shop at this place?

Staff were more concerned with talk amongst themselves as opposed to waiting on customers waiting to pay. Also, a simple thank you doesn’t seem to be asking too much. I have shopped at many Oncue’s and this is the only time the service has been horrible.

They do not wear their masks often or enforce it ever, despite the sign on the door. I left a complaint and instead of just addressing it to THE ENTIRE STORE because it was the entire store, they want me to remember a specific employee. I went to the one by my house the next day and it was the same issue.

Do not use the drive thru!! We have been waiting in this line for 20 minutes and are still four cars back. Only three have gone since we got here. This drive thru is always slow and allowing people to buy things that should be purchased inside.

I had to wait about 5 minutes for an employee to stop talking to a co-worker and block the icy machine. I made eye contact with the employee twice while holding an empty cup and waiting for access to the machine directly behind him. He just looked me up and down and continued to talk. Did not move at all. In addition, the gas pump handles were greasy and extremely dirty. (like noticeably dirty, not just basic, run of the mill gas pump dirty). This store also had a limited selection of snacks which I thought was strange since On Cue is usually a great store. I am not impressed with this location and have been there 3 times now and will not be back.

They still charged me for the free soda I was suppose to receive.

Always clean. The staff are friendly and fast. The air pumps are free and they always work! Great place to stop going in or out of town.

Id rather just get gas and go home, the store on Flood and Tech road invited the protesters (Saturday 8/1). Its fine for them but next time Id just go to to 7 /11 to avoid the drama ya know?!?

My favorite store for gas and sweet tea. Employees have always been very nice. My only complaint would be that their coke icy machine is always broken. Its been that way for the last 3 days. Hope they can get it fixed soon. Overall, great store!!

👂The drive-thru guy & older man w/glasses gave good customer service, the thick boy had a Tiny attitude problem when i asked for a spoon. ..sorry, i use eating utensils frequently.

They don’t ever seem to say anything when walking in the store and sometimes a greeting is nice to hear throughout the day

Several customers not wearing masks, there was even a vendor and a store employee not wearing a mask. Masks are required in Norman now, so at least the vendors and store employees should be wearing masks. Also several of the frozen yogurt flavors werent working; but there was a couple without masks breathing all over them anyway

Great place to fill up, grab a snack, and get cash from the ATM. One thing I love about OnCue is the continuous cover from the pumps to the building. You dont have to bake in the sun or walk over a radiating concrete parking lot to get inside from the pumps. Place is always immaculately clean. Staff are always very pleasant at OnCue.

They have grade E-10 gas along with diesel and the other 3 grades of gas. Clean and cheerful environment, very attractive to the eye and they offer a frozen yogurt station. They have a drive threw to pick up foods prepared by OnCue, not a different fast food establishment which I found to be quite creative considering the variety if foods that OnCue prepare are very good!

Just wow. I mean... Have you seen them? The hot dogs I mean. They are 100% beef but no onions... maybe they have onions. I didnt get any but I did overload on Sour Tout! Got a nice refreshing ice one too. Bathrooms are alittle small though.

Great place to buy fuel, drinks, and nachos. :) Friendly employee’s and clean restrooms.

I love this place, its very clean and almost all the people that work there are very friendly.But today I felt helpless, I made a call and ask to talk to my husband (he works there) & Nadia (I am not familiar with the last name) I believe the manager, answer the phone and in a very rude way she said no because he was busy, I waited to call again and she answer with the same rude attitude, I told her it was and emergency and she did not care and hang up the phone on me. When my husband gets home I come to find out this whole time he was on break while I was trying to talk to him, I understand 100% if they are busy and cant talk but this was an emergency and I really needed to talk to him, I do not like doing this review thing but I felt like I really needed to say something.

Love love Oncues but pump 3 Diesel Hose Got Diesel on the side of my truck when I slung the hose over and when it auto stopped!! Holds extra fluid or something unusual, Needs Attention for an review update; I fill up here ALOT!

Dear Norman OnCue! I will drive across Norman on fumes to get gas here. The quick shop has tons of selection and the cleanest restrooms in Oklahoma. I also LOVE, LOVE the drive thru. Nothing like being able to grab a big bag of chips and donuts at 8 pm..... Dressed in my jammies and flip-flops.

Great staff and wide selection. Coffee & donuts, soda & hot dogs, or frozen yogurt - they have it. If youre feeling lazy they even have a drive thru. The store is usually very clean. Gas is typically cheap here as well!

I paid for drinks and gas. Told her 35.00 she set for 45.00. Had my receipt went back in for 3.50 in change, she wanted my debit card. Said tired of walking back and forth. She said sorry. I let her dumb as keep it. Have a nice break on me. Idiots!!

Ive never been humiliated by a cashier in front of other customers before, but I guess theres a first time for everything.

Solicited by bum outside the store. Stepped in gum outside the store that was hidden in a bunch of trash that was strewn about like we were in the middle of the hood. Pump was too filthy to use. No squeegee or paper towels. Hmmm Phillips 66 torch bearer???.... what an example of a 90 per center!

Derive thru. Ethanol free gas. Diesel. Frozen yogurt bar. Coffee bar. Icee bar. Very clean and well light.

One of the newest and best gas stations in Norman to visit great coffee and fresh donuts good quality gasoline and friendly staff!

I am turned off by my recent experience. I was checking out and had been standing in line for a few minutes behind another customer. Once the cashier (Nadia) was done with the customer in front of me. She ignored me walked off and proceeded to start another line and helped other customers. If the cashier that was helping customers in another line had not noticed I would have still standing at the register and wouldnt have been helped.

This has a non-ethanol option, lots of pumps, and always gives receipts at the pump 👍👍

Plenty of pumps, drive through, multiple entrances/exists. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff.
