If you’re in a company truck, eating on the company time, you should probably be a little more aware of your surroundings. It’s kind of like “would you put your shopping basket away if no one was around to see you?” Not to mention they are rude to the wait staff and messy. Personal Character. You should work on that. You’re in the customer service business.

These guys broke my existing door by putting on the wrong spring on, probably random inventory sitting around. Didn’t even measure my door right! Use Big Red out of Moore. He was great and honest. Don’t get left with damages from Norman Garage Door.

I have used Norman Garage Door for several years and wouldn’t use anyone else! They are reasonable, friendly installers and get the job done quick. I also like that they use top of the line door openers. One hundred percent satisfied!

Came home from TX, late and the garage door would not shut.The OWNER came out on a Sunday at 9PM, spent over an hour fixing the door so it would close and did something to it where its not as loud. Highly recommend this company for their customer service, professionalism and efficiency.

Awesome service. James came out to give a quote, it was a good price and he was able to immediately fix the door. Very happy with everything about my experience and I highly recommend them. Cant think of a way this could have been a better experience.

We had a broken garage door for over a month. We rented the duplex we are in with the garage door needing to be pulled down and pushed up by hand as the motor had quit working. After the storms and neighbor kids messing with our door it had fallen off the tracks and the cables came off on one side of the door so we could no longer close it. I believe the man who came to fix it was James, and he was incredibly nice and professional. The whole process took less than an hour, he even reinforced some areas where the bottom of the door was showing age and fixed where the door was getting caught stopping the motor from moving it. It works great, doesn’t squeak anymore, is much much sturdier feeling, AND we now have a fully working motorized garage door after manually shutting it for a year. I wish we would have known how quick and inexpensive it would have been a year ago. The cost was literally a fifth of what we expected- we waited a month expecting a huge bill. Should have just called the day the door broke. I don’t expect any problems at all from the door- it’s working great. But if another accident happens or a crazy storm blows by I am definitely calling James back lol. Thanks guys!

This is the second time Ive used Norman Garage Door. James came out and got my door working. But instead of just leaving, he persisted in trying it to see if he could recreate the problem I told him I was having. Sure enough, it stopped working! Unfortunately, they dont deal with the opener I have so he could not fix it. He apologized....and left without charging me!! It is so great to have found a business with caring employees who put the customer first!!!!

They came out not even an hour after we called them, when they got here they replaced the part that needed replacing and that was that. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them for any garage door issues.
