I walked into this store today, the black gentleman with long dreds told me immediately that a mask was required to be inside the store amd if I needed one that they are given away at Hot Topic and Spencers.... WHICH I AM 100% OK WITH .. except for the fact that there were 6 other people inside the store who were not wearing any masks either... and they were not told anything. I will not be shopping here anymore. They lost 2 very long time customers due to unpoor regulation of their own company policies.

Sure would be nice if you opened on time. Suppose to open at 11am, it is now 11:16 am.

Went in tonight at 7:56 and the gate was halfway down. Didnt know they were closing at 8:00, so I waited outside thinking the gate was a way for them to limit customers. After waiting a minute to be let in, I ducked into the store, at this point it was 7:57. The woman working said, Were fixin to close, thats why I had the gate half way and Im going to help these people that have already been in here. I asked, So I cant buy a gift card? She paused like she was going to say something then just straight up ignored me while I stood there awkwardly. I eventually left. I only came to the mall to buy a gift card for my nephew from Lids. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. I understand it was close to closing time, but they werent actually closed yet and the way she handled the situation was very rude. Hard pass.

Always closing early and never open when the mall is open. Never answers phones either.

The guy working was very helpful, friendly, and patient with my stepson since he couldnt decide on a hat. When he finished putting his name on it called so we could pick it and even met us at the door with them! I would recommend this place!

Worked here over the 2018 Christmas Season. Loved the staff and my boss was amazing. Would definitely recommend coming in!!!

I know they arent known for their customer service, but this Lids is by far the least helpful Lids Ive ever been to. The one employee there kept her headphones in while she helped me. Of corse that help, was more of a brush off. There are better Lids in the region.

Had done some hats for my husband and they were great. They just had a little problem with the register but nothing that couldnt handle. We loved their work. Will come back soon!!!!

Went in today to get a monogrammed hat. The guy working kept starring at the game that was on t.v. instead of helping anyone in the store. After I stood right in front of him while he starred aimlessly into the t.v. like hed never seen one before I had to get his attention to even helped, then he informed me he couldnt do the monogramming... this place is a joke every time it gets worse and worse. Just plain laziness..
