Franchise is run by Draper family. I love how they give me best deals up front. And how helpful, friendly, knowledgeable they are on my questions. And they dont just tell me what shelf its on. They go get it for me.Todays example, I wanted the multi pack daily vitamins WITH mineral supplements for MEN 50 plus. Its a 6 pill assortment already in a single daily packet, super convenient.Right away he said they got a BOGO Half off. And he said I dont need my keychain tag anymore. Just my phone #. Wow! AND this store is right next door to Starbucks, AND to Chipotle. Ill be BACK.

The workers there are fantastic, Prashant in particular, he always has a smile on his face and is ready to help me as soon as I walk in the door. His knowledge of the products makes it easy to find what I’m looking for even when I don’t know and always does an excellent job!

Sales people need to read people better. If you ask me questions about what brings me in and I say just looking and Im short with you, means I am not in need of help at that time. So you coming back 3 more times and trying to sell me something, while Im trying to read what the product does, gets you my ass. I apologize, but when I say I cant talk and read at the same time this means I dont need you bothering me with todays specials or this or that product. Again I appreciate that you greeted me but read your customer.

Just love the GNC off Robinson in Norman, OK because they are family owned. They didnt have the Total Lean Burn shakes my husband likes, but they had my chocolate Total Lean shakes in stock. The young man working there was super helpful and pleasant - he even carried my purchases to my truck for me. Ive never received such thoughtful service from ANY other GNC store. I will be back!!

When I went here the first couple of times it was okay. But, I knew what I wanted. Today (4/27/2017) I called asking about any supplements that help with breaking down protein. The guy not only was clueless but was also incredibly rude in a passive way. He seemed as if I was bugging him just to ask these questions. I will NEVER go to this GNC again! Just for the record, last time I spent almost $200 so I am a serious customer. At this point I am almost completely put off by GNC altogether.
