We are fairly new pool owners and the people at Spartan are wonderful about answering my many questions. We’ve used them for some repairs, cleaning filters, and winterizing a pool feature. They were also able to get a rust stain off the bottom of our pool after my kids left a toy with batteries in the pool. They have been quick to get out here for repairs and make sure the job is done right. They are definitely a 5 star company.

I had my pool shark repaired again…absolutely not their fault… the same part failed…. I think because I run it 24/7. I don’t know but it was no fault of their own… he refused to let me pay for it..fixed it as I waited… again would not let me pay for parts or labor I literally felt guilty when I left.. absolutely five stars I drive almost an hour when I need something and think nothing of it when there are other places 20 minutes away

I am a new pool owner and they were very helpful in teaching me everything you need to know to maintain your pool. They always answer the phone and give me advise quickly. I used them to replace the heater and filter and was very pleased both times. I’ve never used another company because my interactions with them has been so well!

I havent even begun the construction on my pool yet but felt compelled to write this review. Recently, a catastrophic weather event happened in my area and I was needing some flexibility in the start time of our pool construction. I called Jordan and he was so accommodating and understanding with what we were facing and its been the easiest call Ive made since this whole thing happened. When COVID hit, the pool industry became very busy but after meeting Jordan, I knew Spartan was the right fit for our family even if that meant waiting longer than we wanted to. Now this has just reaffirmed our decision in working with Spartan and I cant wait until were able to get our project started!

I bought a house recently with no clue on how to use or maintain the equipment. Spartan Pools offered a pool school and came by to show me the ins and outs of my equipment, how to clean it, what to look out for, and how to make sure I dont break it. Not only that, they were the nicest people to work with and I will DEFINITELY continue to use them for all my pool servicing needs it the future. Highly recommended!!

Spartan came out to do some scheduled repairs which was done on time and quickly. They also came out two other times without an appointment to repair so damage after the storm. Theyre very knowledgeable and helpful! Wouldnt use anyone else!

Spartan recently repaired damage to our pool equipment caused by a hailstorm. They have remodeled our pool in the past. They are always on-time, professional, and fair-priced. Paul was in touch via text and phone at every chance, was on-time for repairs, made sure the repairs fit our schedule and checked back with us to ensure everything was working perfectly. Awesome staff! Very honest. Has a great selection of the heavy-duty outdoor furniture made from recycled plastic bottles. Very heavy and wont fly away in the wind.

Spartan pool has been the most responsive, professional pool maintenance company I have ever used to help with my pool. Aiden, one of the technicians did an outstanding job a few weeks ago figuring out an issue with our salt generator. He was thorough and patient and was able to fix it for a quarter of what I thought it was going to cost.he communicated with us every step of the way and was very professional and responsive. My family has gone to this pool store for 34 years (when it was called Thompsons). They offer unparalleled service at a time when that is rare. They know you by name, they know your pool, and they will do whatever it takes to give great customer service. The name change has brought a more polished look to the store, but otherwise, it is the same wonderful place it has always been. I would give them more stars if I could!

Spartan Pools and Ponds has been maintaining my pool since Summer of 2014. They are highly knowledgeable about pools and maintenance. Every time Ive had an issue, they are quick to respond and are always punctual. If they say they will show up, they will show up. Great people and consistent quality service.I gave them 5 stars 2 years ago. They deserve another 5 starts.I had Thompson convert our pool to a salt system. Others online were cheaper but Thompson promised a 5 year full warranty on the system. Well the system crashed 2 years into the service. With Thompson just selling to Spartan I was a bit anxious on how the warranty would be handled... wow! One call and without hesitation Spartan said they are honoring the Thompson warranty! Thats the way service should be. Always a great team and outfit you are running over there congrats on the transition to Spartan. You are nailing it.

Web site said Sat hours 9-4. I drove 15 miles to get there and they were closed at 315p.

As a first time pool owner they have been extremely helpful in educating us on what we need to do and when with our pool. When we would bring our water sample into the store the first couple months they were friendly, informative and we never felt pressured to purchase products. When we do purchase chemicals, usually a case, they load it in our truck with a smile.I will not go to the national pool chain store as long as Mike and his team continue to lead in customer service. If only other businesses had the same high standard.

We had our pool resurfaced this spring. Spartan did a great job from initial inspection to the final touch-ups. Great customer service too - I had many questions during the process, and Sam always took the time to answer them thoroughly and was reassuring about everything. We are very satisfied with the final product and would use them ahain in the future!

Spartan came to my rescue. I live in Colorado and inherited a house in Norman with a neglected pool. I explained my situation and they sent someone right out. They had to replace just about everything. The price was right and they are wonderful. I trust them so much they have a key to my home to do service, clean and add chemicals, on a regular basis. I highly recommend, they really helped me out.

I called three times and sent messages over FB and never got a response. Thats about all I can say, so I hired Tranquil Waters and have been very happy.

I have used three pool maintenance services since we put in our pool 9 years ago. Spartan Pools and Ponds in the most recent and the better of the three. They come out weekly during the season, test the water, add chemicals when needed, clean the skimmers and vacuum any debris that my pool sweep has missed. When needed, they backwash my DE filter system. They do a very good job cleaning the pool, and maintaining the water quality, and Cory is very knowledgeable when it comes to system repairs. In the winter, I leave the pool open, and Spartan works with me to partially winterize the more problematic parts of the system and either suspend the weekly service or drop back to once or twice a month, as requested. They do a good job for me, and I recommend them.

Looked all over town for pool pump parts getting a lot of run around from other places. I brought my pump in looked at it said they would get a replacement. Within 2 hours they called me had the pump ready I took it home and installed. Great service. Thanks for taking care of my pool pump needs.

We have an inground, concrete pool at our house built in 1992. Last summer, it was in need of resurfacing, including tile replacement, as well as updating the coping, and replacing some of the filtration equipment. After contacting and getting quotes and advice from several pool contractors, I signed a contract with Spartan, who happened to be the first one I had contacted. I determined that they were the most knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy of all of the contractors I spoke with. After the job was completed, I was sure I had made the right decision and only regretted not contracting with them from day one.Everything about my experience with Spartan was outstanding. Sam worked with our budget to help us make informed decisions about the materials and extent of our pool rehab. There is a broad range of options for resurfacing and pool upgrades and he was respectful of our spending limitations and helped us get the best possible outcome within our budget. We paid 50% up front and were given a start date a few weeks out. The crew started on time and finished on time and did a great job of managing their construction and cleanup along the way. By July 4, we were enjoying our new pool. It would have been much sooner had I went with Spartan on the first consultation.There were no hidden costs or extra fees. Sam was in frequent contact with us before, during and after each phase of the remodel. He and his staff and crew were professional and highly competent. Im convinced we got the best product at the best value. Well be enjoying our remodeled pool for years to come and I know if I have any problems, Spartan will be happy to stand behind their work. The pool looks great and has enhanced our enjoyment of our home as well as its value. It could not have been a better experience.

This is the worst pool service company Ever. I have been waiting well over six weeks for a service call. I even talked to a service tech who was doing a service call across the street and he told me he was the brother of the owner, I asked him to have his brother call me. NOTHEN!
