Such amazing service and treatment by the staff at the Norman location. Ill be referring Lincare anytime the topic of sleep comes up. They answered every question I asked and some I did not think of. Quality atmosphere and people who care. Couldnt have asked for more.

My mom was hospitalized in Norman, and was sent home with a wheelchair to use from Lincare. She turned in her wheelchair to Lincare in Sept, 2018 and Lincare is still continuing to send her bills as of March, 2019. They are still trying to charge her (and the insurance company) for a wheelchair she no longer has, and now they are threatening to take her to collections, even after repeated calls to clear up the situation. What a joke, never deal with these idiots!! This is insurance fraud, since they are still billing the insurance company.

In person when I walked in there were 4 employees, no greeting, no please sit down, no I’ll be with you in a minute. When I addressed two employees talking to each other and told them I needed cpap support, they said I needed to talk to someone else. A person came from the back (the office was a mess) and spoke to someone else and left. When I addressed that same employee, she said the person I needed to talk to had just left. All of these people were in the same room!! The management is a disaster. They obviously don’t want be bothered with c-pap business. I’m sure they make a lot more with gas supplies and equipment. Give them zero stars.

Despite all of the bad reviews I had an excellent experience with Lincare. They were thorough and friendly and did what they claimed they would do in a timely manner. Unlike the other places I called to get help with getting a new CPAP and mask they were able to take my study and prescription and do the necessary work to get me approved.They then set up an appointment with their Nurse, Marcy, who was excellent. I went in to get fitted for a mask and to learn about the CPAP machine I would be buying. All went well and I love my new CPAP machine and mask. I liked Marcy, she was very thorough and accommodating.

I called Lincare multiple times to make sure that they had everything they needed to process my cpap supplies. Twice they said they did. I called again to make sure a week later and they say they lack a form on their end that takes up to 72 hours to process. They told me this on the day I was supposed to come in and pick up my supplies. They Uniates the process the day before knowing it could take 72 hours. They require meeting with a nurse (ridiculous!) before getting the supplies. I have used a cpap for 9 years and never had even close to this much trouble. I have made it clear in plenty of time that I needed these items before the end of the year because I had met my deductible and didn’t want to pay a fortune out of pocket. I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with them. They did not care and never got me in before the end of the year. Very unprofessional and just don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Dropped off the order for my mother-in-laws rollator. Called a week later, they hadnt called Medicare yet to verify eligibility. After they did that then they needed something else from the Doctor, I told them to get on it cause he was wondering what was taking them so long. They finally ordered it after almost 2 weeks. I call to see when it will get here cause mother-in-law is a fall risk and has fallen while weve been waiting on this. He tells me it will be delivered tomorrow, I tell him have them call me first because Im in and out of the house all day. I get home and its there. My mother-in-law who has judgement/reasoning issues, impulse control issues etc hence her son and I having POA for years now has unlocked our home and let this stranger in because he had her rollator and she was too excited to get it (jugdement/reasoning issue and lack of impulse control). He also had this same judgement challenged adult sign paperwork - are you kidding me?!?!?! I called and advised them that any paperwork she signed is null and void and they can verify her issues with her doctor or I can have him send something to them. I also advise them that in the future they might do well to advise their delivery people of such issues prior to delivery. I wasnt happy with how long it took, not happy with not being called about the delivery. Will drive to Oklahoma city before I use them again

My CPAT provider no longer takes my insurance so I need to switch. I tried Lincare. My provider sent them the information twice a week apart and they still didnt get it.

I agree with the other review. The service has been terrible and the delivery people try and make my mom feel like she doesnt know what she is talking about when she has concerns.

Very rude on the phone. Have called me three times and still unsure as to what they are bringing. Have missed delivery twice now . Dont know if they think they are the only supplier, but there many more !
