We’d been researching mattresses online, trying to find a new bed after our memory foam one wore out. We decided to check some out in person on a whim, and were immediately greeted by the manager, Jeremy.Little did we know that mattress shopping, usually a tedious chore, turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Jeremy was so helpful in every way and went absolutely above-and-beyond in helping us get our dream bed. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. Highly recommend not buying a bed online and checking out this location as long as he’s managing it.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a mattress at this location. I have enjoyed the experience and the expertise of the sales professional. She assisted me with both of my purchases. I will definitely be a returning.

I had been trying to buy a bed for long time but was always unable to figure this out due to a time sucking job i had. Never enough personal time. One day I went in fed up w my old bed. Bought a great new bed that turned out to be just ok. But BOY was the PRICE tag out of this WORLD! I just am upset I was upsold on a more EXPENSIVE base that honestly was not a need. I paid through the NOSEEEE... Im NOT happy. THIS Happened at a closed branch not here. But yeah I will NEVER AGAIN do business with this company. At least not unless I do price shopping around even if it takes forever. Much rather get something reasonably priced from their competition. AVOID MATTRESS FIRM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR PROFIT!

Greeted by two awesome reps who were super friendly and joking around with each other, which created a great vibe in the store. They made me feel really comfortable and not pressured in the least. Great experience, I highly recommend this store.

We purchased an adjustable bed today was the reason for our trip to Mattress Firm.They have it in twin XL. Not carried by most stores.The sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable.She certainly takes ownership in her job and works with us as we were selecting the bed .Having the Mattress Firm financing was not the orginal intention but it was offered and we went with it. Happy i choose to finance right now.Bed is coming this week. Can not wait :)

2 years ago I purchased a bed for my mom from the store representative Matt at the Norridge location.Came in this year to see Matt again and he did not disappoint... I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy bc I saw it on the website. I just wanted to try it to see the feel of it. It took me not even 30 min and I was out. Experience was great. Purchased it on a Saturday, had it delivered on the following Tuesday morning.I have another mattress from them purchased 3 years ago and im very happy with it.

I went to another place before coming here and the guy was trying to force sell us a mattress, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Wanda made us comfortable, was very informative about the products and helped us pick the perfect mattress and base for our home. Best place to have a good conversation and pick up a high quality product for the best price. When i come to buy something again, I would like her to help me to be the one to help me.

My husband and I were in the need getting a bigger better supporting bed. We went to mattress firm on Harlem first to get a better feel of some mattresses we had seen online. Matt was the gentleman that greeted us and explain the difference between the mattresses we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and definitely did NOT try to push anything on us. So as many people do, my husband and I wanted to check out some other places before making a decision. Well needless to say we ended up right back with Matt at Mattress Firm. The other competitors sales people were too pushy, had no more knowledge than the one or two sentences written on the board advertising the mattresses and another was just rude and sarcastic we didn’t even bother looking at that place. But because of Matt’s genuine honesty and professionalism that had us make a return visit the very next day. We got a great deal on our king size bed and the delivery process couldn’t have gone any smoother than I’d hoped. The delivery men were just as professional and quick with set up and discarding of our old mattress set. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a good deal and professionalism to make the process easier please go see Matt at the mattress firm on Harlem!

A nice store with a lot of mattresses to check out. I went there to buy a specific mattress after researching them online. I decided that I wanted to use their 12month/0% purchase option. Thats where the problems started. But Wanda (from Mattress Firm) was very helpful and patient while we got things straightened out. The issue was with Synchrony Bank and their ineptitude and rudeness. Eventually things worked out but it took several calls to synchrony and escalation to a manager there.After the purchase was completed Wanda helped me set up a delivery day and clearly explained the details to me.
