So disappointed again with staples printing department. Their cutting machine wasn’t working so they couldn’t complete my order which I get is out of their control. The best they could do was send the order out which doesn’t help me at all. I needed the materials by the end of the day. So I asked then to send it to another location and guess what, their cutting machine was down too. What!!!! So I asked to send it to a third location but the printing department was only open until 2pm and they already had a few other orders to put through. This is so inconvenient. I’ll have to take my printing business to a professional business company and not an office department store.

Got ripped off and taken advantage of.Went there to buy myself an office chair for my gaming pc. I am very happy with my new chair however, out of curiosity i checked the price of the chair online it was $149.99. I checked my receipt and it said the chair costed $149.99 but i got charged an extra $19.99 for a 3 year protection plan without my knowledge so i ended up paying $169.99 plus taxes. Funny thing is he never asked if i wanted the protection plan or it was optional he just charged me for it. Im gonna go there next week again to see if i can get my $19.99 back. Please guys make sure to always check your receipt after buying something here.

Just wanted to ask how to find the street Lang ave was the reason I entered. Turns out it was Long ave and I wanted be free of a park called Chopin Park. Customer service was great by the way so they guided me. Pretty much headed to the Forest Preserve. More about guidance than help these days.

I originally went to Fedex Office and was so frustrated and upset by the experience that I left that store crying and decided to go to Staples instead for my printing needs.Immediately upon arriving I was greeted and noticed the two staff members working in the printing area were friendly and kind to the customers they were helping (Anthony and Alina were the two staff members working when I was there).I was having trouble emailing the file to them because of how large it was and they were both helpful and patient while we tried different options and eventually they were able to download it to print. Anthony did the actual printing, laminating and binding for me. He was knowledgeable about the paper, careful to do it to my specifications, and was just an overall joy to work with because of how friendly he was. Alina and Anthony both seemed to care about providing not just good products but good customer service as well.Im very pleased with the outcome of my project. It was a little more expensive than what it would have cost at Fedex Office but the experience was stellar, even with the store being rather busy, and that is worth the extra couple of dollars I spent. It really turned my afternoon around after the terrible experience I had at their competitor. Will definitely be going to them first in the future for any print projects that I need!

It is the end of the semester for school and with so many projects and other assignments due I was in a hurry to get all my work done and printed Anthony was able to help me out quickly and efficiently.

Have had a couple of experiences with the copy center and both have been great. Diana really helped me with my files and the results (banners one occasion & poster another) were better than anticipated. Tried doing online and it wasnt allowing me to print at a location so she told me to bring my file to the store. Small business can be frustrating and she made it easier for me. Will definately be coming back to this location because of her!

I had the pleasure of going to this Staples to order some toner from their kisok. They were very helpful and courteous. They assisted me with my order and assured that it would be shipped on Tuesday. This is my new to go store for all my office needs. I was in and out on about 10 minutes. Excellent staff.

Poor customer service for printing.

I’m a Landscape Designer and I frequently need enlargements and oversized copies made. The folks at the Norridge Staples are always so helpful. Leslie and Diana, in the copy department in particular, are always cheerful and willing to help. There is rarely a line for copies and I can typically be in and out in less than 15 minutes with my copies in hand. I have tried Office Depot because of their locations but I always come back to Staples. I just wish there were more stores in the Chicago area.

I was in town for a summit and needed to print flyers last minute. Ive never had anything printed at a Staples before so I wasnt sure what I was getting into but it was great! Eric in the printing center was very helpful and an overall nice person to work with on a Friday night. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back for any printing needs while in Chicago.

Back to school, like construction, is a season. Time to review supplies. Go through the drawers and toss the short pencils, the long dead pens. See if Avery labels still stick. I try to make lists, since I always forget something. Write down index cards, fat markers, strapping tape. Great place to wander. Then allow serendipity to take over. Look around, be surprised. Realize I could stick an LED lamp in the dark corner that always irritates me. A corkboard for the wierd New Yorker cartoons. Maybe fit in one more bookcase. Its all here. Printer paper. A box at a time. It lasts.They have computers, printers but for me its all about the supplies. Cleaning, food, computer, office, school. Nestles Purified Water. Printing and marketing services? Never used them.I come here for all the other stuff. I dont need the biggest Staples. This has what I need. Never crowded. Big parking lot. Non-intrusive staff. Serves my purposes.

Ok. As my brother was Getting his business cards. I ask Paola if I could print a file. As she proceed to open the document. She started complaining and saying are you serious. And started with smart remarks like im going to charge u for the minute, oh my God this is to much. I told her I ask if I could print a file and you said yes . Then she said I know but this is too much. And you said a file not alot of documents. I told her its a file is all in one. Anywas then the superviso Diana jumps in and started saying the same thing and that it wont be able to be ready for today cause she will have to stop doing it to take care of the customers... Wait a min there was no customer in the print shop but me and my brother. I said forget it dnt need them if you all going to keep complaining bout doing your job. I spoke to a manager and he wanted me to going back and talk to these 2 lazy females. I said no cause i will curse them out. Whats the point of working at a printshop if you going to complain... I will never go back to any staples...

As of late I noticed the sales people are way too pushy trying to make sales. They’re obviously making commission to come off as so desperate. Last two times I was there it’s like I was literally getting begged to buy or sign into something. Terrible experience.

I always thought Staples stores are here to sell stuff. Apparently I am wrong. Staples stores are in fact showrooms. I wanted to buy a chair today. I found a nice $300 Lazyboy on display. I waited like 5-10 minutes for someone to bother to show up, so that I could ask for the chair. Bad luck, the one chair that I wanted is not in stock. Why do you people bother putting a chair on display, if you cant sell it? Whats wrong with you? If you cant sell it, then dont show it. This is not the first time I left the store empty handed actually. I tried to buy like 3 chairs in the past year, and only once I got lucky there. Same story - the chair is on display, but they are sorry they cant sell it. Funny.

I received absolutely horrible customer service at the Staples store at 7000 Forest Preserve Drive in Norridge Illinois.I went into the store on Thursday October 12th 2017 @ 2:45 p.m. to pick up an order.While I was there, I went over to the copy center to get an estimate on mounting a one-page document on foam core board. I had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to even talk to me. When the young man behind the counter, Eric, finally did talk to me, he was very impatient & almost angry. When my adult daughter explain that I am hard of hearing & couldnt hear him, he proceeded to roll his eyes in front of both of us, & continued to mumble. He did manage to give me an estimate on the mounting, & when I told him I wanted to print out the document, he stared at me for 5 to 10 seconds before pointing me to the work station where I would have to pay by the minute in order to print out my document. I finally walked out in absolute disgust. I will not go back. FedEx/Kinkos now have my business.
