Seamless, from start to finish. Even without the insurance, ( no coll. on my 91 miata ), I will be back to Safelite for repair on my other windshield.

I had a great experience. After something fell on the windshield and cracked it, the replacement was covered by my insurance with just a deductible. They replaced the entire windshield and even changed the wipers and stuck on my EZ pass. Service was quick and professional. The waiting area was nice and clean. They are appropriately social distancing. They even wiped off my key prior to handing it back. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Second time here. This time, I had a large crack in the windshield and they handled the insurance claim and had me back in the road in just a few hours for a complete replacement. Great service! Highly recommend if you need your car glass fixed or replaced.

This place was utterly AMAZING! I had to get my windshield replaced on my 2016 Corolla (something Ive never had to do in my 20+ years of driving) and they literally got it done in 38 minutes and 37 seconds. Yes I kept a stop watch on my phone running. Also, the fact that they have text messaging keeping you up-to-date and was able to pay ahead of time was just way too convenient its almost insane🙂 Highly recommend this place in the unfortunate event you need a new windshield.

Safelite have great tv ads but do not live up to their name, they have deplorable customer service. They have a monopoly and behave like that. They had my car for a day which was scheduled in advance ( norristown ). They never did the replacement, I organized to get the repair done at my dealer and I paid out of pocket after been told by Safelite to forward the invoice, they act on behalf of my insurance co and get paid for their service. They have not paid me snd it is impossible to contact them. Go anywhere else. Do not use Safelite.

I went in to repair my windshield because a branch broke through it, took my car in and the got it fixed the workers there told me I had to replace the windshield whippers because there was very fine pieces of glass in it huh weird I would think a place that replaces the glass would have some to replace but I guess not, they also didn’t tell me about not placing my front stickers on, so I had to to my mechanic to one get new windshield whispers and to get new stickers put in overall my first experience didn’t make much sense.

So my windshield was fixed really quick, I was happy about that. The car came with sensors in the glass somehow so when it rains it automatically goes on. Unfortunately since the installation it seems like that is no longer a feature?? I called and they said bring it right in and they will check it out! Ill save my real review once they get it corrected. I hope it can be fixed, I was charged for that feature!!!

To be honest I was skeptical going here because there are some pretty bad reviews but after my experience I feel like the reviews are written by people that are just never pleased. Everything went like clockwork. The 3 individuals I had contact with were all as professional as anyone could expect and the windshield looks great with no issues as of yet and its been about a week. There was a customer there that arrived same time as I did and their work was completed minutes before mine was and they complained that they werent happy. I saw the windshield and them nickle and dimeing the tech trying to get a discount but their windshield was clearly done as well as mine. I will certainly be coming here for any potential future glass work. Only complaint is they were completely out of sugar in their otherwise well stocked coffee and tea center in the waiting area but I can look past that since the windshield replacement barely took an hour.

I like SafeLite windshield glass service for my car Honda Accord. Its easy to take an appointment online. Sms service is available, you will receive sms for starting and finish service, so its easy for you to know when to pick up your vehicle. They also provide wipers, in case required.There is additional fee for Glass recycling or disposal and taxes, which doesnt appear in quote but will be visible before taking appointment. Overall work was satisfactory. After I got glass replaced, I was hearing some sound while driving from glass like it is not properly fixed but that got fixed automatically after 2 hours.

Unfortunately, I had my windshield replaced. 3 days later it rained both outside and inside my truck. I immediately drove right to the location in the rain. The acknowledged my leak was from the first attempt and within 10 minutes, my truck was inside the shop and they replaced my windshield again. No leaks now.

Staff seemed disorganized and not sure. I thought the quote for my windshield replacement was too high and I got a second opinion. Seems that I could get the same windshield for $150 less than what I was quoted. Tried to call and cancel the appointment could not get through because the automated system kept hanging up on me stating that appointments are not taken or scheduled over the phone. Do not go here. The automatic telephone system will not allow you to talk to a live person.

The people who work here are literally the most wonderful human beings they got my whole replacement and recalibration done in ~2 hours which was faster than I’d been told to expect and then when my card got declined and I had to sit on the phone with the bank they were so nice about it. Honestly turned what’s normally a frustrating chore to get your car fixed into a nice experience.

They do not seal windows correctly. Prepare for water in your vehicle and then not contacting you to fix there mistake.

I had the SMALLEST chip (~1 mm big) in my windshield from a small pebble that cracked my windshield on the highway. Someone from Safelite came to my home to fix it and ended up leaving an even BIGGER crack (~1.5-2 inches long). I now have to replace the whole windshield since the integrity of the glass is compromised and you simply cannot repair a repair. If I knew that I was going to get even more damage to my windshield, I wouldve never called to get it fixed. I am so so so upset.

Ive used Safelite before and was always happy with their service, but now Im totally frustrated with their phone system. I finally got to speak with a person and I unfortunately had reach my appt and had to stop scheduling the appt and now I call back and get their lengthy automation system.....I would like to speak to a person....and schedule and appt....I dont want to do online and rewrite everything you already have in your system as a prior customer....you dont even have a place on your website to have someone call you back.....Not happy with your system...will try one more time....

The whole event was pretty benign to me. My vehicle was at the service station for PA State inspection, and Safelite came there, replaced the windshield and the service station technician was able to complete my inspection. I picked my vehicle up that night just as I would have if I hadnt had an issue. VERY pleased.

The technician they sent (William) was a total pro, courteous and quick. I set up the appointment through the website easily and was very happy with the price. Its never a good time when you have to shell out money unexpectedly for a cracked windshield, but my experience with Safelite eased the pain. Honest people work here - True story, I had an issue with the Windshield molding and trim for my Honda Odyssey minivan, where the frame was exposed and need professional attention. I was initially given a $150 quote estimate by the Honda Service Center just for the labor only, because I already prepaid for the parts. When it came time to repair at the Honda Service Ctr, they said they could not do the work because it involved extra work removing the windshield from the frame. I was disappointed and they referred me to any venue specialized in AutoGlass repair. I came to Safelite AutoGlass (in West Norriton area off Germantown Pike), and showed them my problem. They immediately had a better, but non-invasive solution without taking out the windshield. 20minutes later, they fixed the entire moulding & trim. The work was professional & polished and I was happy. When I asked how much for the repair... they said, it was an easy fix and wouldnt charge. I was shocked and later insisted to offer cash as a tip for their time, they wouldnt even accept $20 or even a simple $5 bill. I was very appreciative and wanted to pay, but they didnt accept it because they typically dont have anything in the system that tells them how to charge for that type of work. Needless to say I was surprised. A very honest company with employees that are very ethical and professional, to not even take a side tip. I was impressed with theirvethics. You can feel assured that these people wont nickle and dime you. I have extreme confidence to bring any future business here and you will too. I know the next time I need auto glass work, this place has earned my loyalty.I rarely ever write reviews and these people didnt even ask me to write one, I did it so others would know how honest and professional these people work at this SafeLite location in West Norriton.

February 14, 2018I was, oh so, apprehensive to have my windshield replaced in my relatively new Lexus! And after vetting several vendors, I settled on Safelite, as the best choice--but I was still apprehensive, none-the-less! :-/ My fears were gradually diminished after talking to the Manager (Dave) and then having the initial inspection of my vehicle with Kingsley! He, and a host of 5 other technicians were there to work on my Lexus--assuring me that my vehicle would be returned to me in far better shape than it was at the moment! So I adjourned to the very comfortable waiting room, and let them do their thing! In about an hour, I was told the vehicle was ready, and to my total satisfaction, I, indeed, found the vehicle looking like new with the interior vacuumed out; all the windows thoroughly cleaned, and the windshield looking just like it came out of a showroom! Faith restored. If you have a similar unfortunate need to have a windshield replaced, you can have full confidence that at least in this particular Safelite facility, you will be more thanhappy with the result! Kudos to Dave, Kingsley, and all of your technicians!

I was over charged and when I reached out to management they never made any adjustments. My Sirius antenna is falling off on the new windshield. This was never an issue on my cracked windshield. I had to kick out additional money for my inspection stickers to be replaced which was not raised up prior to removing my windshield. I also lost my Lexus logo with this replacement windshield. I was supposed to get new wipers (never happened) . They stated they would send me a check for the difference. I am still waiting on that. This company have rude workers and dont respect customers . They keep refusing to give me corporate contact information. Please see this review and stay away from this Safelite. That would be the only real Safe advice.

I have waited 8 weeks and they STILL havent completed the work. They replaced my back windshield and did it wrong, so the panel above it flew off on the highway. I was lucky it didnt kill someone. They came out to fix that, but did not have the correct part. 3 weeks late we went in to have it fixed again. But they didnt realize that the top panel also connected to the light. The part has been discontinued. They had the nerve to demand that WE find the part THEY damaged, which not OUR responsibility since THEY damaged the vehicle, which will not pass inspection without this part. So basically, they totaled my car and wont fix it.

I had a problem due to my insurance company which effected my claim with safe lite auto. And whenever dealing with this stuff in the past it always seems to never get accomplished quick but after calling and speaking to the manager Andrey over at Safelite, Andrey was so quick to resolve my problem I was very impressed and taken by words. He was so professional and efficient yet at the same time very understanding and such a kind sweet guy! We definitely need more people like him in this world. He made sure before we hung up that all my worries and questions were answered to the T and definitely got the job done plus more and went over the top just to make sure it wasnt a stressful process and I was more then satisfied. Because of him I will definitely be coming back in the future if a situation arises and will definitely recommend Safelite Auto in Norristown to all my friends and family because there worth it! I opted to use the mobile service. A nice man came out name Bunheng. He was here when he said he would be. He explained evrything warned me about possible issues. He is very knowledgable! He was done in less then a hour to! This is the second time we used safelight in a year now both our cars have a warranty we trust!!!!

The came to my job and replaced my windshield on my truck and about a month ago replaced the windshield on my wifes truck after a rock hit it and the did the work well and in a timely manner.

This is by far the worst Safelite that I have ever dealt with. I had our vehicles windshield scheduled to be replaced 4 times. The first visit they ordered and had the wrong windshield, the second time they never showed up. The third time they said the windshield would not fit in their vehicle?? Are you kidding me? We finally had to take our vehicle to them, and waited over an hour past the scheduled time to have the work done. I paid a guy 3 hours to sit and wait for the work. Total waste of time. Get some new managers that know how to run a business and treat their customers.

Tried to repair very small dent on windshield. First time technician came out without proper tools and left. Three days later another guy came over, cracked windshield and left and send report that job complete. I called the office and they said that will replace windshield but I have to bring car to them. I called them and asked to leave keys in the car so we can pick it up after hours. They forgot. I had to drive back home to get spare keys with my wife and kid. Will never use them again

Had safelite out to replace two windshields. They didn’t seal the one on my car properly and it leaked and destroyed my headliner. Called to have the windshield fixed and headliner repaired. They fixed the windshield but my headliner is still damaged. I have called often and they keep saying someone will be giving me a call. this is three weeks now and with no response. WTH This is not acceptable customer service

I took my car into Safelite to have my windshield replaced the guy cracked my Dash then covered it up and lied about it and Ive been getting the runaround for 2 weeks now they still have not refix my Dash or replaced it or reimburse me I will never take my car there again I will put plastic on my window before I take my car there again they lied and coerced me into signing a release of liability so I would be able to get anything done and they lied about that 2 so every technician will tell you one thing different than what the next technician or the next representative will tell you and with the last one told you is irrelevant even though the conversations are recorded and monitored just dont trust them

I had a terrible experience with this Safelite. They installed a damaged windshield. When they came to replace the damaged one they damaged my vehicle. I do not recommend them.

Had a warranty issue, and to my surprise the warranty dept handled it quickly professionally and pleasantly .!

Inexperienced technician. Clueless on how to open BMW X5 hood to get the windshield out. Snapped the cable release on the hood after trying to yank it up and cost me $375 to replace the cable. Company would not cover the cost of the damage their technician caused. Save yourself the trouble and call anyone but Safelight!

Their call center stinks. I made appointments for 3 vans. They got 2 out of 3 wrong.They were supposed to call me when the first one was done, I never got a call. When I called back I got the Arizona Call Center. Nora N. was argumentative and interrupted me constantly.It was 2 minutes after 5pm and all I wanted her to do was call the location in Norristown PA to make sure they leave the van outside so I can pick it up tonight. She wasted so much time with useless conversation, 17 minutes, Im sure she lost the chance to contact them.Now Im a cylinder wrapped in an inclined plane.

We own and operate a business that relies on pickup and delivery trucks. We contacted Safe Lite Auto Glass to come out and replace own broken windshield. It took a week for someone to come out. The tech they sent could not perform the job when they knew what vehicle it was before coming out. So then another week passes and they sent the same tech back out. He says I can now handle the job Takes our old windshield out of our company delivery truck and refuses to put a new one in due to RUST! So now we have a business truck with no windshield in it. So i hired another company to come out and the same day the job was done no issue.....This is unacceptable for a Commercial account to be treated like this 3 weeks time and a truck with no windshield was the result from Safe Lite Auto Glass!!!!

My windshield was replaced in about an hour, and I ended up paying less than expected.I wasnt able to use an insurance claim because the crack in my windshield was too big.I was disappointed that the Norristown location did not offer free wi-fi. Other Safelite locations have it, so this is something the Norristown spot should think about adding.

We called the general customer service number to arrange an appointment. The call was disconnected towards the end of the call. We did not get a call back so we called again and were connected with the Norristown office. We made it a very important point to advise the rep, Nicole, that we want the OEM dealer part. She assured us that the part will be ordered and that we will get a call when it arrives. She also stated that the original appointment date will be canceled because the appropriate windshield was not in stock.A few days later (the day of original appt) a technician, Marc, called us to say he was on his way. We explained that we never got a call and only wanted the OEM. Marc came anyway to verify our VIN. He was very apologetic about the scheduling mishap and the fact that he was sent with a plain windshield (not only was it NOT OEM but it didnt have ANY of the features our current windshield has). He assured us that he would forward the information and help rectify the miscommunication. We respectfully asked Marc to ensure us that not only would we get the right part next time but that they ONLY send him back.We called back after scheduling an appointment for the OEM glass just to verify that the right part and technician was scheduled. A couple of days later, we received a phone call regarding a scheduling mistake. Marc was scheduled off for the day that we called and already VERIFIED. We rescheduled. A few days later, we received a message saying that a technician by the name of Armondo was scheduled to come out that day. We called back immediately and advised that we only wanted Marc to do the work. The rep apologized and said there was in fact a note on the order stating that only Marc should be sent for this particular job and could not tell us why they dispatched Armondo even though the order was properly notated.A few days later (now a couple of weeks of having to drive with a broken windshield), Marc gave us a heads up and came to do the work. He did a phenomenal job, however, I had to clean up some urythane that oozed into and onto the pillar covers. I called Marc and asked him to come back with something that I can trim it off and clean it with. He came back after a long day and helped me with cleaning things up. He went above and beyond.As far as grading our technician, we give him a perfect 10. He is professional and has great work ethic. I hope that he is compensated appropriately for his hard work. I have had friends and family who have had terrible experiences with Safelite. Their cars were either butchered or had a hard time trying to get the right products out to them.With the exception of Marc, we are extremely dissatisfied with Safelite and if we can help it, we would recommend that our friends and family NOT get any work done by this company. One would think that a company this big, would have their stuff together. Our safety was compromised for a prolonged period of time because of poor communication with your company. Never again.

Safelite quoted $429 for a new windshield. Arrow Auto Glass installed my new windshield for $238. Came to my office, removal and install, took about 45 minutes! Arrow is the way to go!

They got me right together ...
