We really loved the ideal. The product was modern and sleak and the service component was genius. The water/ Ice dispenser did not work the entire time! We constantly requested servicing. They would come only after several attempts. They would come and “fix” and then it would begin leaking within 24 hours. The dispenser caused so much damage because it constantly clogged and leaked to no avail. We actually never had a working machine yet the company still continued to bill us for non working machine. Even the service repair man who came out every single time admitted to us EVERY TIME that it was not right. We will never get over this service.
I wouldnt recommend. There was customer service scheduling inconsistencies with my first install. Then the first cooler wasnt working completely. Took another 2 weeks to get the second cooler installed. But they still billed me for that time period and ignored my request to update the start date. I was also not informed prior to install that they bill in advance in 3 month increments (versus 1 month). Then the pandemic hits and Im still paying each month for when my business is closed - fine. But then I need to shut down my business permanently, so I email them to request the unit is picked up. No response. So I call again and ask that someone comes asap. The tech arrives and is clearly irritated at the scheduling inconvenience. He leaves and Im immediately billed for another $400+ dollars and have to ask for invoice copies to verify what the charges are for. They made sure to still charge me to pick-up the unit and for the remaining 3 months of the contract despite my business shutting down. I understand its a contract and they are legally in the right. Just be prepared that this company will likely show no flexibility, bill you for every penny, and the customer service may be rough.UPDATE: Nothing was done on my account despite the owners response below. They called me once, I called back, then nothing. Now 2 months later I have been charged another $300. They havent closed my account. This is so criminal. I called for assistance, received no apology and was told that someone MIGHT get back to me in a week IF they confirm the charge is in error. I asked to speak to anyone who could make that decision and was told thats not possible. This is hands down the worst company I have ever interacted with. Im going to have to hire a lawyer to get them to stop billing me.
