The manager (CAROL) is an award winner! She is so good she manages 2 stores!!! The staff is excellent and friendly. Go there and find out. Save money see better!

Had a eye examination there three times. They couldnt get my prescription righ Each time. I had to make a appointment at another Optometrist. Seems like the Optometrists at Walmarts. Received their education from a fake school. So be aware. I would not recommend Walmarts version center at the Tropper location to anyone.

Was very pleased very helpful and very nice and caring I would say I was worried because of the previous reviews but they were absolutely not accurate the service here I definitely will be coming back love the staff and the doctors and everything is at a reasonable price. -S. Do not go there!!!! The staff is not friendly and very slow moving. We selected a pair of glasses within 5 minutes but waited for an hour for the one and only staff to be done with her customer. Then we were told we were third in line. What?!!!! Wish we had known that earlier!!!!! All that wait for nothing....what a disappointment!

Dr. Deluca was extremely friendly and professional throughout my entire eye exam. My vision is now the best its ever been thanks to the options and knowledge Dr. Deluca provided. I am the type of person that asks a lot of questions and she was there to give me thorough explanations on each question that I had. The entire staff was exceptional and I highly recommend this location.

Service USED TO BE great. Its at the point where I would recommend looking elsewhere.

So I came in to ask a question the two ladies totally ignored me and served the lady that was behind me. She LITERALLY walked passed me as I was standing at the counter. Maybe their racist who knows. Btw this Walmart has gone down hill! It became dirty and rusty and selling expired products. Now I dont mind traveling to King of Prussia location, much nicer people and very clean and a SELF CHECKOUT! Very organized. Please upgrade norristown ! Your manager probably dont do a damn thing here!
