Wow. Ive got to get back there. Theyve done so much to that store. I went in there for laundry detergent and my mind was blown buy all the things that were in there. Granted the shelves werent full, but for what they did have you cant beat the prices. Excellent customer service too.

Great for those storage totes! Less expensive than Target or Walmart.

I get the best seasonal decorations there. Also, I get to stock up on cleaning supplies and snacks.

Very stable selection. Always has a stock of the same things. If you GO EARLY in the season you will get a great variation of items, but they dont seem to ever restock. If you see something seasonal you want, better snatch it up!

Lacked customer service skills. Ended up requesting a refund on a living room set that I paid for in full when I found out there was no set time of when I would receive it and there is no delivery. Did I say the customer service was horrible?

I have no idea. I do not believe I know why theyve asked me to rate this place. I may have been in the parking lot. Have a glad day!

Went here with my sister and never knew that this store was a hidden treasure for Holiday decor at very low prices. Now I know where to go in the future for holiday ideas.

This place just looks nasty as soon as you walk in. The furniture is dirty and some are damaged. I haven’t interacted personally with an employee but the conversations between them and other customers have been rude and not helpful. It’s a no-go for me.

Im a newbie at Big lots but the few times Ive been here Ive been very impressed with there inventory and seasonal selection . And they offer payment option for there furniture along with a membership reward program.

Was pleasantly surprised to find many of the gifts I couldnt find elsewhere.

Quality isnt that good. Prices are okay, but products dont last. some dishwasher safe items are not dishwasher safe. Its just stuff to get by with when youre in a pinch for money. Similar quality is at five below and five below cost less.

I found quite a few bargains. I just wish the cashiers knew how to pack a bag, instead of just putting the first thing they get their hands on, in thr bag.

The line was so slow when there was only three people in line. I had to wait 7 minutes when people in front of us didn’t have more than 5 items. Although they have good deals and nice home decor

Can usually find whatever Im looking for at a reasonable price when I go to Big Lots. Its nothing fancy but decent quality and functional.

Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Selection is limited.Store could use a good cleaning and update.

This store has recently improved. It is kept well-stocked in every department, shelves are kept orderly, and navigating through the store is a breeze as aisles are kept clear. Sales are indicated throughout the store, and inventory is generally price-marked or on a shelf that indicates the correct price. Clearance items are easy to find and also well-marked. Staff is knowledgeable of inventory and helpful.

Great finds compared to other retail stores! Best affordable pet items! If you are looking for a great gift, I highly recommend going to this store. The 20% discounts hows your to get more for your bargain!

I only went there to check out the furniture. Much bigger selection than years ago. Some Broyhill and Lane. I was pleasantly surprised.

Lines always long and only ever 1 or 2 cashiers. This is not a quick in and out store.

They had these snap together Robots controlled by your Android or IPhone/Ipad for 10 bucks and online they are at least 30 bucks.

Its a great place find alot of good deals, always empty when I go. Friends & Family day is best, 20% off whole order!

Well-stocked store with affordable items. I was surprised by the furniture section - quite a few stylish items that I wouldnt have expected, and same thing with the seasonal items. Again, were not talking top-of-the-line, but if you can afford Ethan Allen, chances are you dont even know Big Lots exists. Beyond the furniture and outdoor items, they have a well-stocked grocery section. And if you take your time and wander up and down all the Isles, youre bound to find stuff thats both useful and amusing. I have been in some Big Lots that kind of felt like a flea market, but this one is clean and well organized, and most importantly, very affordable.

Not much of a selection when it comes to clothe but they do have a lot of food to chose from.

Dont bother. The levels of stock across various items is unpredictable.

This was my first time going in there and boy was i surprised to find a little of everything there! Make sure you have time to shop because thos is not a in and out store. It could be but once you look around, thats it! Your involved and are not getting out of there soon! Its one of my favorite stores now! Im hooked!

If you are asking about my experience at Lansdale store...employee that checked us out horrible, store unorganized. I was just at Norristown Store employees there always professional and store neat and clean. One of my favorite stores is Somers Point and Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. Best of the Best!!! Unfortunately, I am only down there in the summer months! Love Big lots as a whole though.

The manager Ed does such a good job there. He handled this challenging situation with me like it was nothing. I walked out very happy and I will go back and buy again.

I was buying patio chairs, they had nothing to put them on to take them to the car & no one to help take them out. So I had to carry them out myself. Be prepared, that if you buy something heavy, you might have to carry it yourself!

Good for what it is, a variety/department store. Clean and well organized, good variety of stuff, from food to furniture to garden to tech. stuff.

The only thing I want is an extra Big Lots closer to me this is by far the best store for furniture and anything you can think of and the prices are unbelievably wonderful my couch has lasted 3 years and it still looks brand new I love this place!

I can recall this store being better the first few times Ive shopped there. The bed pillow prices are great. However their sheet sets and other bedding has gone down from what Ive purchased prior. Must say their end of seasons sales are pretty good. My biggest issue was I brought a livingroom set, a very nice set. They deal with a delivery service, dont recall their name, which delivered my set but literally placed it in my livingroom and was going to leave it without setting it out. I REFUSE to ever buy any big items from Biglots again. I guess I could have asked if their delivery people setup the merchandise for the customers but I personally have never been in that type of situation before.
