These folks have serviced our cars (Subarus) for literal decades. Always pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Scheduling tends to be tight in May when everyone gets snow tires off, but other than that Ive generally gotten appointments same-week. Always been very happy with the work done.

Bob at Braytonville is an honest, hardworking mechanic who will tell you what you actually need done not what he thinks he can get away with charging you for. He saved me over $1k, by taking a second look at my car after I had gotten a pricey estimate from another garage where they wanted to fix the wrong things. Ill be happily returning to Braytonville time and time again.

We got a flat coming down the mountain. We were most fortunate to land right in front of the Braytonville Garage. The gentleman could not have been more accommodating, since we obviously did not have an appointment. He changed the tire in record time and we were on our way. We do not live in the area, but if you did, I highly recommend them. They were very kind to help us, on the spur of the moment. 👍👍👍👍👍

Pretty disappointed. In all fairness I didnt go back to this shop, but instead Ive decided to leave a bad review instead of going down there with a bad attitude and probably getting overly angry : -/My car leaked coolant so I brought it to this shop. I was worried about overheating and a headgasket. These guys told me the headgasket was fine, that the car needed a thermostat housing, that it had melted and thats why it had leaked coolant. They replaced the housing, they replaced the thermostat too.... the battery, charged me $400, told me they ran it for 45m and that it was good to go. I didnt think this made sense because why would the thermostat housing just have melted without reason? So I asked if it was overheating and they said no. I was grateful and excited.I got the car back and things just didnt seem right; then it just pissed coolant everywhere all over again and overheated without even leaving the driveway. The car does not tell you its overheating on the dash. I realize now that the radiator fans have not been coming on; ME though, not the mechanic who supposedly worked on my car for hours and gave it back to me as not overheating, for $400, when it was indeed still running too hot, but just didnt happen to say so on the dash.So I guess the question to beg before you decide to take your car here, is, do you bring your car to a place that cant identify a problem if it isnt already on the instrument cluster? Do they have to have an alert to see that the radiator fan isnt coming on to know that it isnt coming on? Aye, is this where we are in the age of engineering?
