Was such a nice and clean store. I just bought my new iPhone 12 here and the staff was extremely kind and helpful with all of my questions. The young woman helping me even helped me transfer all of my information over so I was able to leave the store with a new device ready in hand! I was very pleased and will surely be telling my co workers and family to come here from now on :)

Stopped into this location because I needed advice on what phone would be best for me. Allison was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She even showed me a few tricks or two on the iPhone. I would highly recommend stopping by to see her if you need help!

Bought 2 expensive items. I returned to pick up my watch. The young lady working didnt know how to process the sale, she called the manager, who walked her through the process. I arrived home followed all instruction and found the watch to not be functioning correctly. I returned to the store only to be told that the products were apple and they as a Verizon store had nothing to do with it. I told her to take the product back. She became very emotionally unstable and began raising her voice telling me well, your going to pay the restocking fee to which I replied no Im not, I just picked this up. She became increasingly emotional, told me that it was user error and told me to leave and began threatening me. I left the store, found a number for Verizon support and called. I was told by Verizon that the associate did not activate the watch. This associate is incompetent., psychologically unstable and should not be working with people.

Been working with bonnie and Allison for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. They are super friendly and actually know what they are doing. They always make sure to go above and beyond to help their customers, and they are always extremely nice whenever Im there.

I couldnt get my Samsung S10 to recognize an external flash drive. They discovered that I had failed to fully insert the flash drive into the USB adapter. It was a really tight connection.

Brett was very helpful when I went in to get a cover and protective glass for my sons phone. He was great about putting it all on for us. I also bought a new glass for my husbands phone too. Brett said if he brought it in he could replace it for him, so I ran home to retrieve the phone. I just wish they had a new glass for my Galaxy 5. I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE! My wife got a new phone at this store. She was repeatedly assured by staff that all of her photos were backed up to iCloud, and they wiped her old phone. They later realized that a period of photos from 2015-2018 was never backed up, and we have lost these photos permanently.

This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees are rude and dont want to work. I waited in the store for over an hour before someone asked me if I needed help. Then I waited another 30 minutes while they got there act together. I decided to leave and come back on a Monday. Worst idea ever because there was only one guy working who literally spent an hour and a half talking with one couple about buying products at Walmart. Im really confused how this place stays open or services people because they are the worst will never ever go back there again ok better off figuring it out myself

I have been using this business to purchase my phone for years and have always had a great experience. Purchasing a phone can be time consuming, and you may end up in a queue, but when I have needed something the people here have worked to answer my questions or do the necessary research to find me a solution. The staff here also listen to my likes and dislikes before offering me my options and they do not try to upsell me to the most expensive device or plan. Their sales pitch is based on my patterns of living, not on their need to sell.

I will always give full credit to Verizon so long as they keep treating their longtime customers with respect and like they appreciate the brand loyalty. They have hooked me up with special preferred customer deals multiple times throughout the past 10 years, and they lower my monthly (prepaid) plan cost every chance they get. They even offered me another $10 off/month just to setup autopay, which would make my unlimited min/text plan only $25/mo! I dont know of any other big guys who offer a plan that low, especially with unlimited anything. They also give me extra data constantly, and my data rolls-over each month. Being that Im on wifi 99% of my time, I have lots of saved data. I will be staying with VZ!

I am a native of Williamstown / North Adams. Usually salt of the earth type people in Western MA. Having Verizon store in North Adams is convienent. Just be sure to double check the terms of your contract before you leave... (if you know what I mean).

I had poor custom service here trying to return a defective Samsung Note 6, you know, the type that might explode.Though Samsung messaged me saying that all we needed to do was return the phone to the point of purchase to receive a refund, the manager would not honor Samsungs terms.I recommend against doing business with this location.

I am the manager of a motel in Florida, MA. I currently have 20 plus tradesmen stay with me long term working on two local projects. More than two thirds are Verizon wireless users. In order to help alleviate the problem I contacted the local Verizon store for suggestions. I was informed by Bonnie about the Samsung extender and that they were in stock. I travelled down the mountain to purchase one. I waited in line at the store and finally called up, only to be informed that I would have to talk to Bonnie, who was working with another customer. I finally sat down with Bonnie to transact the purchase only to be delayed again because the product had not been entered into their system. After paying in cash, at no time during the purchase was I informed about a restocking fee, if returned, nor did I sign anything to that fact. I returned to the motel to install only to find that the users manual was missing from the package. I went online to find the manual and was successful. I completed the installation and went back to the website to troubleshoot. I learned by reading the reviews that you may have to register the product with Verizon. On the first call, the baffled CSR put me on hold and never returned. On the second call the equally baffled CSR had no clue about the equipment I was working with and ended the call. I went to the Verizon store the next day to return the item. After waiting in line for 45 minutes I was once again called up only to be told that I would have to do the transaction with Bonnie. Fifteen minutes later he called me back up and said he could handle it. He checked out the item and reviewed my receipt. I am now informed that they dont have 318.74 in cash to pay me. Im told that I will be called tonight if they get the money in or a courier from another store will bring it in the morning. No call that night so I called the store in the morning and spoke to Bonnie. She states that they did not have the cash in the store so she would have a courier bring it in the morning. I told her that I was told the night before that you would have a courier this morning. She tells me to call back later. I call back at approx. 3:00 pm and informed they have the money. I arrive at the store 30 minutes later wait another 45 minutes in line to be seen again. Rob calls me up to his counter to transact the return. During the transaction he tells me there is going to be a 65.00 restocking fee. I explained to him that the item didnt work, couldnt get tech support from Verizon, and the product had already been opened and missing the user manual. There is no way I am paying a 65.00 restocking fee. He spent about another 15 minutes supposedly texting his boss, the owner Keith and again informed that I would have to pay a restocking fee. I took my receipt and the extender and left. When the crews returned from work I repeated the trials of the day. They agreed that if this isnt resolved that they would all cancel their Verizon accounts and switch to ATT which works up here. I called Bonnie to inform her of this and she didnt seem the least bit concerned. I hope that not all Verizon stores operate in this manner.. P.S. The store manager corrected the issues and a heads up to Tyler who vas very professional and courteous during the transaction.
