Nice people, great coffee, very good ice cream from Highlawn Farm (rich, smooth, flavorful, way better than SoCo in Great Barrington).

The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have fantastic coffee. My personal favorite is the iced mocha, its the best in the county. They also have these bomb chocolate chip cookies which are the perfect combination of soft and chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Everyone needs to try the chocolate chip coconut macaroon yummy 🤤

So I was not impressed by the service that I received at this tunnel city coffee. My girlfriend and I went on a coffee run for the doctors and nurses of the BMC emergency room in North Adams. On Oct. 26 2020 at 2 oclock when the order was placed they accidentally put medium coffees instead of larges into the system which is fine mistakes happen but when we told them that we wanted larges they just shrugged it off. Now everyone who ordered now has to get through the rest of the day with less coffee than they were expecting. While its not a huge deal its bad customer service and we would have paid the difference, that was no object. Overall poor experience and I wont recommend this place to the patrons of Hotel on North (my place of business) until someone reaches out to speak with me on this issue.

Seemingly small place, feel like its easy to drive by and miss. But its well worth a stop. Delicious breakfast food and amazingly kind staff. They made me feel like a regular. Would strongly recommend.I should mention they had more than breakfast options, that was just what I happened to order.

This place is great, espresso was amazing as was the americano. As someone who has traveled and loves caffeine, I was happily surpirsed. The espresso was smooth and velvety, the crema on the americano was golden. When i work in the area ill be back

Way up north, about 150 miles north of NYC, deep in the Berkshires of Mass, is a small town of North Adams. Today, this historic old town is home to two landmarks dear to me: The Porches, an upscale hotel, and a gem of a contemporary art venue...MassMoCa.And right there, on the campus of MassMoCa sits Tunnrel City Coffee, a comfortable coffee shop serving an outstanding cup of their roasted coffee.So... if you are every rolling through the Berkshires and find yourself near North Adams, do make a special trip to MassMoCa and grab a couple of cups of outstanding coffee at Tunnel City.Oh, Tunnel City sells their fresh roasted beans by the bag, so one can buy a couple of bags of coffee beans to enjoy back home.Ill be back up in the spring, perhaps well see each other.
