It’s an alright store, (I guess...)It has mostly everything you’d expect to have for a smaller hardware store in a small upbeat town.I definitely don’t recommend their key cut service.... it’s very much dog doo doo!I’ve had several..yes, several keys made here and most of them didn’t work right when I got home or stopped working a short time after..So, now I’m forced to climb through my window instead of walking through the door!

I walked in around 5 pm not knowing when the closing hour was. Just wanted to get some paintbrushes for a local business. The Women working the cash register was extremely rude to me about it being closing time. I understand it’s closing time, that’s not how you do any sort of business, lost customers from a local business today.

Filled the order quickly and the whole trip was easy and employees were wearing masks.

The price for paint is Extremely expensive. However they do have a lot of remodeling equip

I luv quaint hardware stores better than going clothes shopping ... This place has everything in North Adams MA as I cld spend hours browsing n filling my basket with stuff I really need ... Colourful Adirondack chairs in front caught my eye to come in, friendly n personable service.

Got told to move my truck by a rude employee who “didn’t care” why I stopped where I did. I wasn’t even out of my truck. That was a year ago never been back. I drive a couple of miles further to Carr Hardware for everything.
