They took the time to make sure everything was working properly and walked me through how to use everything. They were fast, detailed and very helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else-absolute best experience.

Great experience. They were recommended to me by 128 Plumbing. I emailed them and set an appt. and Wayne came by today. It was super easy he was in and out in and hour and fridge was back to working like expected.

My refrigerator was not keeping its temperature. They came and serviced it, fixed the problem and the refrigerator is running great. Great service and great result. I highly recommend them-

At 6:30 AM I realized my refrigerator was not working properly and thought the motor might be gone. At 8:30 AM I was at A & M Appliance to purchase a new one. I saw Wayne and explained the problem. He was on his way out but said hed swing by. Expecting I would be needing a new fridge I shopped the new showroom with Jonathan. Jonathan was well informed of the different models and with his guidance I had my choice made, should I need to make a purchase. Wayne was at my door by 9:30, diagnosed the problem, replaced two parts, and was gone by 9:45. I have bought my appliances exclusively from A & M for twenty-five years, as have many other people I know do too. I have never heard a single complaint from anyone of them. Not. One. Complaint. How can you complain about prompt service, knowledge of product, and comparable prices? Thank you A & M.

A & M did an outstanding job repairing my 18-year-old Whirlpool gas dryer this week. On Tuesday, Jonathan diagnosed the problem correctly (a new gas valve was needed) and today Wayne installed the part and the dryer is working better than it has in years.Jean, who works in the office, coordinated the work perfectly.I realize now that the heat level has not been what it should have been for years. Its like new. The replacement part was a genuine Whirlpool replacement, not a cheap aftermarket part.I will use A & M for all future appliance purchases and repairs. No one could be better.

The interactions I had with Company employees were good. They were professional and courteous. My refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. The serviceman came, checked out the unit, could not locate a problem. He recommended putting Vaseline on the seal, and adjusted the unit to sit level. I was charged $92 for the service call. The problem persisted. Untrained in appliance repair, I looked at the problem myself and identified the problem as a cracked drip tray (that catches condensation). I used silicone to repair the tray. The price of the service call is unreasonable and the repairman was unable handle what turned out to be a fairly simple diagnosis and repair. I was very disappointed.

A&M Appliances has been amazing to work with. They are knowledgeable, reliable and straight forward. I highly recommend A&M for your repair needs!

The serviceman, John, was prompt, courteous and so knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem with my GE Profile dishwasher immediately, fixed it and was done quickly. The price was more than reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. I believe they sell and service many brands, so I will be calling them in the future whenever we need service or want to buy an appliance.
