My one year old VW Atlas had a pretty bad scrape along the side and North Andover Auto Body did an excellent job repainting with touch-up paint. Price was extremely reasonable, and under the estimate, and the work done was immaculate. Cannot tell there was ever a scrape on the car. Would highly recommend this shop for both their reasonable prices and the high quality of their work.

I was reccomended to North Andover Auto body last year by Doherty Insurance. They worked on my car last year and it looked brand new and they did excellent work. I was impressed by the customer service during the initial estimate and Im happy I chose them to repair my tailgate. Jeff and his staff were helpful dealing with the insurance company and letting me know what to expect. Easy location to get in and out of and they follow strict protocols to keep safe during the pandemic. They repaired my tailgate and it looks as nice as it did when I first bought my truck!

Jeff met me at my car and looked over the damage. I thought the insurance adjuster had found too many repairs that werent really necessary. Jeff explained to me in detail the amount of damage that had actually been done. He also explained to me that the maker of my car had other requirements that he had to follow, which might actually increase the cost. He gave me a time frame for doing the work and I actually got my car back 2 days earlier than promised. Again, Jeff accompanied me to my car and went over everything. This is my second experience with North Andover Auto Body and I have only good things to say about the way I was treated and the repairs they did on my car. It came back looking like a new car.

I am not one to write reviews but the service I received from start to finish exceeded any expectations I had. With that said, I felt compelled to let people know of my experience. I was involved in a front end collision in November. I had the car brought to North Andover Auto Body after reading reviews on local businesses. From the start, both Jeff and Anthony walked me through the process, gave realistic expectations on the time frame in which the work could be done and offered to take care of the small details for me (insurance quotes and rental car pick-up). Throughout the process the office staff kept me updated on where we stood with repair. Ive had the unfortunate luck of getting into two accidents this year. The only bright light in this situation was working with the folks at North Andover Auto Body. Jeff never makes you feel like a number - he takes the time to talk things through, answer questions and give you honest options. After my first accident, not only was my car as good as new, it was also the cleanest it had been in some time! Now as Im going through my second accident, it was a no brainer who my first call was. Place isn’t very good not only did they ever get back to me with an estimate, but the lady who looked at my car had no clue in hell what she was talking about. She threw out numbers that were literally illogical. I went to Body Works in North Andover... that’s the place to go for people who actually know what they are talking about and give honest prices.
