I highly recommend Twomey and Legare Contracting! Doug and his crew built an attached garage to my house. The location made the foundation work a bit of a challenge. Doug kept me updated every step of the way. The end result is a quality built beautiful garage. The entire crew was professional, friendly and proficient. I would hire them again!

We hired Doug to add on a multi-purpose four season sunroom / entry way with a deck off the back of the house. Its honestly been everything we were envisioning when we first drew it up on a paper towel. With schedules being busy and there being a lot of details to cover, Doug was great giving us lead time on some of the decisions we needed to make along to way to ensure everything lined up as we hoped. The space, light, and quality have added a ton of value and enjoyment to our home for many years to come.Additionally, my wife and kids really enjoyed the professional and good humored folks working and on the addition on a daily basis. It was a pleasure talking with them about the great progress they were making along the way.I have had no hesitation recommending Doug to friends looking to do work on their homes. I also look forward to meeting with Doug again when we look to modernize our kitchen.

They just installed our SunSetter awning. Great experience from purchase to installation. Very professional. Courteous and focused on excellent service and customer satisfaction.

We had significant exterior maintenance done on our house, as well as removal and replacement of several skylights, in preparation for a new roof and paint. Doug and his team did a great job. It was a long process, and they respectfully listened to all our requests and concerns along the way. Were confident that our house will be in great shape for many years to come, and highly recommend them.

They finished our basement into a beautiful usable space, renovated our kitchen including knocking down a wall and putting in an island and they renovated our half bath. They are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with this company 3 times and their work is excellent. They have completed a 900sqft addition, a kitchen remodel and a basement build out. Each project went smoothly and they were responsive when we had questions and wanted to make adjustments during the project. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their home.

I have recently renovated and opened a new salon in North Andover, Doug and his team made sure that the quality of their work came out amazing, Doug walked me through each step of the way as this was a completely new build out! I was nervous opening a new business, but Doug was efficient and went above and beyond to be sure things were getting done! I would totally use him again and again for future projects!

Do not use this contracting company! They do not back their products. They installed a Sunsetter awning last summer. This summer the led lights are not working. The Suneteer company sent a replace set of led light. I have tried several time to contact Twomey and Legarre and they are not calling back. It has been three weeks. Maybe I could take them to small claims and have them take back the entire darn shade.
