Thought I had a great experience leaving with a good deal. Turns out I was charged almost twice as much as my last phone bill. Told the guy to not add the insurance or other services… still shows up on my bill for $55 a month. These people are clearly trying to maximize sales at the expense of the customer. Never going back again

My girlfriend and I went to the North Andover AT&T store to add her to my plan and get a new phone. Usually a troublesome task but Eli made it an absolute pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend going there and seeing him if you need anything.

I am very satisfied with in person customer service with AT&T. I had multiple questions regarding my account and bills which customer representative had fully took care of it. I will continue using AT&T now.

I was passing by here and decided to pull in to see if these guys could be any better help than Rockingham Mall’s AT&T or the Apple store. I had both Eliza & Ram helping me. They actually went into my settings to check things out. It turns out my VPN that was keeping me from getting service at my workplace. The guys at the mall (both places) told me I’d have to reset my brand new phone that I just got a week ago. This is the difference between caring about the customer and just wanting to make a sale!

The new management here is excellent. I was given all my options and they saved me money on my bill.

Kind of a sad excuse of a store. Came in to pay my bill, and the what I’d assume to be a manager was giving a lot of attitude to the employee who was clearly trying to learn something new on the computer. Just letting you know sir that people don’t learn by you being rude to them (: your tone was unacceptable and unnecessary to an employee asking you a simple question, coming from someone who worked in management. Also was told I couldn’t pay in cash because the systems were down, instead of reaching out to HR or whoever could help with the systems higher up they just sent me away and told me to come back later. Don’t come here, save your time and go to a store that will want to help you and has good customer service.

I was made to feel very welcome. I was able to play my music in the store. Everything was explained in great detail. Maxwell absolutely knew what he was doing.

I went into the store today to pick up an online order of a new iPhone. The store was extremely clean. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting Ram, who was unbelievably kind and was very helpful in choosing accessories that I was unsure of. No pressure and he was very honest about both the pros and cons without trying to lead me to the “biggest and best”. Kindness goes a long way, I highly recommend asking for Ram! Awesome dude!

I came to the store to replace my phone after dropping it. Alex was great. Asked me what I was looking for in a phone, how much a month I was interested in paying, confirmed I had passwords to do upgrade and also went through added AT&T services available. Very patient and thorough.

I walked in around lunchtime on a Monday and got immediate service. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. They reviewed and adjusted my plan, set me up with a new phone and I walked out with a lower qmonthly bill!!! They also did the complete change over and made everything seamless for me. I could have done all of my business online. I did however decide to take a trip to my local AT&T wireless store, and I am very glad we did. The store Clerk was extremely helpful with picking out a new phone, She was also helpful in overhauling my entire AT&T account. That is something I would not of had the ability to do myself.

I’ve been to this retail store a few times now and have found multiple of the staff very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Steven and Moises both assisted me when my screen had broken completely. I would highly recommend this store to a friend or relative which I have.

It started off great but 4 months in everything is soooo screwed up i am constantly be lied to. No one will get back to you and at this point this store has cost me thousands and that is no exaggeration. Now i am stuck in a plan that is costing me $150 a month more than i should and i dont have any of the services i wanted and asked for. I have proof of all this texts from salesman and manger. If the owner reads this please contact me i would love to straighten this out some how. The initial service was great not sure where stuff went wrong.

I do not recommend this AT&T store! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s disapoonting because I know AT&T to hold high standards with their customer service. I was in the store for about an hour and three representatives never looked up from their phones. One representive was trying to take care of myself and another customer. They had messed up my order of the two phones I was trying to purchase. The rep ended up telling me to call customer service for help. I will be going to a different store to make the order. This is not a bad comment on AT&T but this store has definitely lost my service.
