I’m here to leave a positive review about Don! He was so helpful and helped me execute several issues in just a couple of mins! I’m pretty sure he’s helped me before. Very welcoming. On and Back to business for me! That was great, thanks! 👍🏾
Love it! trent was so helpful and kind! definitely recommend🕺
I wanted to share my experience earlier..i wish i got his name..and i hope he sees this if not hope someone tells him..i went in the Staples in North Andover around 1:00 p.m. May 26th to have a copy made..the young man behind the counter was so very nice which is hard to come across these days..i want to THANK HIM!!!.. And i hope this gets back to him with me providing the date and time..again Thank you!!!
Ordered my business cards here, turned out pretty good. I need to stop by another location to update my business cards. Pricing was reasonable too.
William in the print and copy department is the best!!
This location has bad customer service. I went to purchase some paper (May 15th) and was trying to pay with my card. I inserted it twice and got error messages both times so I ended up paying with cash. I noticed that the transactions appeared in my account. I called the store and they said they should disappear by Monday. Monday came and the 2 transactions processed so I called the store and they told me to come in with the receipt to refund me the money. I go to the store to get my money back and all I got was complete disrespect. The operations manager Chet tried to humiliate me by talking down at me and yelling. He told me that those transactions were the responsibility of the bank and I left (without no refund). He really needs to take Customer Service for Dummies 101, he would learn a lot from it.
This is a great resource for office supplies and printer cartridges. Its going to be pretty much like any Staples youve been in before.I have found the staff to be kind of slow about things in my visits...not particularly engaging during checkout and difficult to find in the floor for questions. But if you know what you want and dont go during a busy time, none of that matters too much. They have printing services here.
I’d like to acknowledge Luz, at the N. Andover Staples. She has helped me several times and I’ve always had a positive experience with Luz. She has a great smile and always has something nice to say. Thank you.
They arent kidding when they say that Staples has everything you need. We usually shop here for back-to-school items as well as paper and ink for our printer and other office accessories. More recently, we discovered that you can get holiday cards here for a very attractive price; you go online, load your photos, and they will have them ready within a day or two. As for this location, the staff is friendly and courteous and the facility is clean and well-maintained. There is plenty of parking but getting in and out of the lot is a little odd; you cannot exit without going behind the store and up to another parking lot.
The tech section guys were helpful when I needed a new computer and gadgets, other parts of the store could use some work
Big location with a full-service print-center. You can mail packages here and such as well. Ask for help if you are looking for something specific because it is not the easiest to follow the signage at this location. I always check the clearance section. For such a big location, I am always surprised there are not more employees meandering about the store.
Nate is awesome! He helped us with printing out my science report when we were having difficulties. He was really patient and helped us through the whole process. 🙂
I like the store the staff is super friendly and their customer service is awesome. They obviously have a lot of cool stuff and gadgets for the office plus Furniture in cookies🍪
Nice people!
The UPS shipping and easy location make this an indispensable business tool in our area. Good selection of everything else a business needs just as you would expect.
Great items but hung in wrong place displayed wrong price. Low inventory. Slow at register. Fault is system not employees they try real hard to get it right with what they got. Not there fault
This is a great place to buy anything. I love it m
I am disappointed with the print/copy center; the woman running the print/copy center was quite rude. She was not at all helpful, and kept waiting on other customers instead of finishing with me. She was unable to find my emails that I sent 5 hours prior, and made zero effort to help me. It seemed that I was bothering her. When I had been waiting for 15 minutes for 3 simple copies, and she was across the center talking with a new customer, I let the front staff know how I was treated. The woman there just stared at me, so I left. Very poor customer service. Never returning.
Staffs from copy and print area need to be more helpful they come to work they need to focus more on their job.
This place is really strange, so hot and cold. But I really felt I needed to write something. I have been doing jobs for my business here for years. I would say every single time I had to hound and call beforehand to make sure jobs were done well and right and most of the time they werent. That being said it really seems like the MGMT of the shop is the worst part of it, such as HR/timing. Some of the young women there are very competent and others are just terrible both in training, production & customer service. The woman who I always see there is so nice to my kids but seems very passive aggressive and scattered. I just get the impression there is a whole host of problems here and I can never rely on it. I will be going to Minuteman press in andover from now on. I like to people chances but especially when they are so nice to my kiddos and giving them stickers, but if the jobs not done I cant rely on it. Too much work!
Ive been a staples rewards member for many years and use their services all over the country for business purposes. Ive had great experiences with all the locations, North Andover was not that way. My experience today was the worst Ive had.
Printshop staff careless, if you need printing, scanning, copying stay away from this store. I needed to receive some documents from a client and she had documents scanned at this stre and emailed to me, when I opened the email the documents were missing parts, badly scanned, it was not the first time it happened, it is a problem at this store. I talked to the manager ( Nancy ) she tried to convince me that it was my fault, she asked me to send her the docs so could take a look at it but after I emailed it to her I asked if she could confirm that she got the email, she said she was on her way out, she took my cell# and promised to call me back on the issue, still waiting for her call back. I had to have my customer to go back to the store, very unfortunate. Take a look at the picture and you can decide if you want to use their service or not, but my advice is for anyone reading this review... Stay away from this store.
9/29/17 2:30pm Literally fuming as Im typing this review immediately following yet another horrible experience that I was subjected to at this location. The staff at the copy/print desk are totally unhelpful, not knowledgeable whatsoever, and the woman who was supposedly running that area was completely RUDE. They could not open a simple pdf file containing the image I wanted for a 2x4 ft banner which I needed for an exposition the next day. They told me I had to create and submit the order online. I get back to my office and proceeded to create the order. BTW: Good luck trying to use Staples banner creation software which is horrible and NOT user-friendly whatsoever. After toiling with the creation software, I tried to submit the order with pick up at store option and it would not let me submit as I was paying in cash at the store upon pickup (which they said I could do). I called the store and the woman told me that I was using the wrong Internet browser and needed to use another version. (They could have forewarned me about this at the store) Using another browser, I repeated the tedious creation process and low and behold-no option to submit order. I called yet again, and the woman proceeded to tell me you better submit the order within 5 minutes because a large order just came in Thats it, Ive had it with this store and with STAPLES all together. They did away with USPS shipping, the print and create website is horrible, and the print staff are useless and rude. All done with Staples and that taboo-laden No. Andover dump. Amazon, Target, Best Buy, even Wal-Mart offers better service!
Great store! Also you can recycle your old equipment here.
I have had repeated poor customer service from Linda in the copy and print center on multiple occasions. I did speak with the GM, Eden and let him know that we will not be using Staples in Andover going forward. I am pulling all future jobs from Staples and Andover and sourcing them to Minute Man Press. They are pleasant to work with and can accommodate the business.
Easy to find whatever you need because its very organized store. My kids and I like to come there.
Clean and well organized. Frendley staff and helpful.
Such a helpful sales manager, Nancy. Saved an otherwise trying afternoon!
I cant say enough about this store, particularly Lacy and Nancy in the Copy Shop. For my daughters wedding, I went in with a prototype of escort cards, just to see how they would come out. A few weeks later I had them print and cut 80 escort cards on heavy card stock. They also printed and cut 140 menus for me on heavy card stock. I called ahead to make sure they werent too busy. They gave me the royal treatment and couldnt have been more helpful and patient. They took a lot of stress off of me with this project.
Absolute worst copy and print experience ever. They didnt even offer to help me when I was standing at their counter until I specifically asked for assistance. Then They refused to help me make business cards in store. Apparently it had to be done online. The reading staples helps me make them all the time. For someone who finds the website confusing, this requirement is ridiculous. Do your self a favor and go to the staples in reading, much more polite, helpful and knowledgable. The staples in North Andover seriously needs to reconsider their copy and print management.
I have been ordering business cards for a while. There have been multiple problems. I had to speak to a manager at least twice. The last order produced an off center card.I got a email a while back that they were out out of paper. Silence.I waited and waited. I called today and was told that they were ready. That their obligation is one call. I neither received the call or a voice mail or email.Totally unapologetic and totally unacceptable. The latest is once again. 2.5 years ago, I ordered business card. No call. No cards. It seems to be a disgusting patter filled with promise, and very short on delivery. Even speaking to managers is fruitless.Poor customer service. Its a shame because the people are so nice.Once again I did my origin my my business cards and the result was completely and ability different than the original card that I gave them. I had asked to send me a demo. But the sales person Said it wasnt necessary. It was necessary if you look at the product. So now I have to make more trips to Staples and speak to the manager again and waste my time. I simply dont understand why my instructions are not followed. My English is extremely articulate and my demands are extremely clear. I am disgusted at this once again similar problem that Ive had before for less few years. Its nice that the manager was able to take control over it and that they will probably fix it but not after causing me a needless anguish. The print shop screwed my business cards. The manager who agreed with me before, changed her tune. I never got the call I requested. The design department and the manager hit a new low:. Incomplete and total stupidity. Both should be replaced. The printing shop only gets worse. I ordered the replacement cards yesterday. I specifically asked how long it would take and ask that Id be cold as soon as they were finished. That was supposed to be at 2:00 p.m. . No one called. So I called about 6:00 p.m. and there was no explanation about the failure to do what they promised. I drove over there picked up the cards And Ill have to check them. When I was about to pay i noticed, that the man did not ask me about I reward card and when I was there earlier the same thing happened with a different person. As I thought about it, I realize that this was not unusual. This is poor customer service.I like the manager, but the employees are not doing their jobs. As I said before they need new employees and better training.I also went to the printers And I spoke to an employee. He had no clue because he took me to the ink section and when I asked him but particular printer, It was as if I was talking to a wall. The place is not all bad. It is convenient for me. I just dont understand why there are so many bad apples there when there are some very good apples or employees working at Staples.Just when I thought they couldnt screw up anymore, I was completely wrong. Ive been a customer for many years and spent thousands of dollars. every time Ive gone through the last half a dozen times they couldnt find my prime rewards card. Today he just disappeared. And they looked at me with empty eyes as if there was something wrong with me. No. There was something wrong with this company. So I had to sign up with a new rewards card. Customer should not have to put up with this nonsense. Im starting to believe that Staples is losing touch and if it wasnt the only store with kind it would probably go out of business. And its a shame because they do have some good things going for them. But to suffer the check out counter and do something that takes 30 seconds take over 10 minutes and I had to get a manager. I really think that somebody should do an audit of this place so they can get their act together.I must say that the last few times Ive been there I was treated very well.
Large, clean store. Lots of products with a good inventory.
Shecwas very helpful.. With my copys
Very logical layout, pretty good prices as well
Friendly associates, decent prices
Tried to print something for school, tried two different printers, wouldnt work.
Great store good prices.
Copy and print center a joke. Where is the customer service when you need one. Store manager should be at front of store greeting at all times! Other staples make this place look like a joke! Get your act together guys/gals!
Nice place nice employees
Good service... good choice
Lots of office supplies. Confusing layout. Ok help.
I dont like Staples. Everything is much more expensive compare to Target or Walmart... And not necessarily better
Customer service was fast
Great staff and fully stocked and clean
Good office supply selection
They had what I needed however its another business that if you are white you go last.
Print center employees are horrible. Would not offer help and when asked they just point to printers
