They fixed my Dyson vacuum very quickly and for a phenomenal price. The gentleman was friendly and professional, and I will ALWAYS go here first for repairs - take the time to see what they do!! Quite varied in what they can accomplish for people.

Im glad to have a local shop to run to when I need something for a project. Its pretty messy, and a bit crowded in there, but the customer service is good, and willing to help you find anything you need.

Always love shopping here, the owner is always smiling and extremely helpful. I try to go here first for home repair needs. The owner has also ordered some items for me that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere. They are fabulous.

Like that other person said, this must be one of the last small hardware stores. The owner’s really nice, and it’s great to be able to buy just the needed amount of something unlike the box stores that will only sell you a package of 100 when you just need a couple screws. This place is really great and they have just about everything.

I have purchased brake cleaners, light bulbs and mouse traps, and made keys here. Im satisfied with all my purchases.Update May 2019: I continue to purchase my light fixtures and lamps here. The incentives from the MassSaves program allow the store to offer light bulbs and fixtures at incredible prices. I enjoy chatting with the owner too. Highly recommend.

Owner is really nice and usually there - I forget his name.I’ve been here 4 times over the last year, always telling myself they aren’t going to have what I need, but walked out with it every time.
