NETR installation team arrived on time and immediately initiated assessment of each location for installation of ductless AC - mini-splits (5). All workers presented themselves in a professional manner - introducing themselves and their roles.Following assessment it was amazing to observe the plan of approach - very systematic and it became obvious that teamwork was very much a part of each role. Equipment to be installed brought into the appropriate room to which it was being installed. Supplies were readily available within the well stocked company vans/trucks (3/4). No wasted time having to leave and get supplies.Areas where work was conducted was always picked up and all debris removed. Actually bring their own hand held vacuum and cleaning up.Day 2 & 3 all members of this team right on time (7am). This team arrived with a plan for the day. There was always time for us to ask questions and we always received clear explanations.Day 3 upon completion of installation & test run we were given a 1:1 class on the functions and proper use of of AC/Heater units. Danny and Brianna work great together and their work was professional. They were at my house by 6:45 and the electrician, Sonny and his partner were shortly behind.Danny and Brianna showed great care when entering my home. They were very respectful and wore shoe coverings and laid out canvas on my floor. They vacuumed and collected all trash from the installation.They explained the system to my son and I in great length often having to repeat themselves as we asked questions. We feel that we can operate the system with ease and care for the easy maintenance as well.The system is extremely quiet. One would have a hard time knowing it is even running except for the welcome heat coming out of it.I videotaped Danny explaining how to perform maintenance and I believe that this video should be made available to all new customers. Most people are visual learners and his less than 2 minute video put me at ease as to how to care for my system.N.E.T.R. is a company that informs you every step of the way from first telephone call to end of job.I like that I can speak to a live person if I have a question immediately.It was a great experience and we met some fine and trusting people. We were very comfortable leaving the house to go to appointments we had. Couldnt have asked for a better team to come through and do my mini split work on my home. They were the only company to come out and let me know it was a job they could do. Both the estimator and the scheduler were very up front about the time frame for scheduling the job and communicated well. The job was performed on time by a very professional crew. They were courteous, professional, and communicated well. Since I was working from home during the installation, this was very important to coordinate my work day for when they needed to be in my office area. The installation in the attic and individual rooms was extremely tidy and the crew cleaned thoroughly after completing an area. Overall, Im extremely pleased both with the installers and the system that was provided (Mitsubishi mini-split with hyper heat).My only criticism is that the electrical inspection was not scheduled to be done before the electrician left and the job was completed (two circuits added to the house for the system and service outlet require an electrical permit and inspection). This resulted in an additional day needed to allow entry for the inspector and electrician at a later date. Since Im working from home, that wasnt terribly burdensome, but could be an issue if a homeowner needed to take time off work for the installation/inspection.

Jeff was fantastic! He took a very tricky mini-splits installation and made it look easy. We had four zones installed. He worked two days by himself and got as much done as two people. I was extremely impressed with the installation job that was done ay my residence! Most times technicians will check with you at the beginning of the job, get a vague idea about what you want and then check back at the end of the job to see if everything was satisfactory. Both Ivan and Danny checked with me several times during the installation to insure that things were being completed according to my requests and expectations. When the job was finished, there were no surprises and things came out even better than I had anticipated. The work is top quality! Everything is neat and organized. The admin folks helped us secure a MassSave loan and navigate the install planning. Ivan was outstanding on the installation itself. Had been considering split unit ductless for years, but didnt like the thought of pipes running up side of the house. Visited showroom for some ideas, and Chip came out to house and laid out an install plan with pipe running through basement and up through closets to minimize need for exterior runs. Max and rest of install crew was great--- on time, kept debris to a minimum, took the time to cut around baseboard so pipe was flush to the wall. High quality, professional installation. Very happy with entire process from discussing options for types of units, installation options, and installation itself.

Old house built in 1884 for which 3 localizing heat pump units were installed centered on one compressor. The process by NETR was accomplished on time with punctuality and efficiency. Papers needed for Mass Save submission were presented at time of payment. Recommend highly. Competitive pricing was not obtained; therefore I could not comment on that aspect

They were very punctual, very thorough and very professional. Their attitude, friendliness and work ethic was excellent. They totally exceeded our expectations. What a great experience we had. I know this company has many crews doing installations but I will bet Dana & Damon are the very best N.E.T.R. has. I would highly recommend N.E.T.R. to put in your ductless mini split system.

Not only do I love my mini splits NETRs customer service is outstanding. First, the installation was done by a technician named Jerry, who was everything a customer could want -- on time, personable, included me in decision making (where things should go), clear in his explanations, and he left without a trace of work having been done, except of course my mini splits.A year later I needed to have one of the mini splits exterior work to be moved in order to do a deck project. What made it a little complicated is that it had to be coordinated with the contractor. Although by the time I called they were scheduling 8 weeks out, Peter diMaria made arrangements for a tech to come out much sooner and at the time it was best for my contractor. This technician, Donald, went over with me the task at hand, understood what I was asking, but then suggested an alternative way of working it which saved me literally $ 1000.00. His earnestness and creativity turned a kind of difficult task into a completely do-able one that coordinated with my contractor perfectly.Everyone I have had any contact with at NETR has gone out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend them!

Brian and Apprentice Todd did an outstanding job of repairing our heat pump units. Very professional in every way:courteous - concerned about not tracking in water or dirt with coveringtheir shoes when entering house - both wore masks - extremelyknowledgeable about what they were doing - took time to explaineverything about the units and the services they were providing.Also took time to make sure units were cleaned and check everythinga few times to make sure all units were running properly before leaving.Very impressed with their work as I always am with using NETR.

We had our annual service performed today. The tech arrived exactly as scheduled, and was very professional. He followed all the covid safety guidelines and clearly explained all the procedures that he would be doing. He appeared to do a thorough job and made sure to keep the work area clean. He was able to perform the service quickly even while answering all the questions I had.
