My father ordered 3 kites a week ago and paid extra for priority shipping. All he got was an email confirmation that they received the order. He ordered these so he could have fun with the grandkids who are in town and are now leaving tomorrow. When he called customer service today they told us that one of the kites was on back order and they were holding the whole order until that kite came in. The representative my father spoke to said they had emailed to let us know that the order was delayed. They did not. Then offered to refund my fathers money instead of making the situation right because my father didnt sound like a very nice person and they didnt want to deal with him anymore. Yes, my father was a little disappointed but he wasnt being disrespectful he just said that they needed to work on their communication with customers.Very poor service! Order from a different company!!!

Great kite ship. This guy knows his kites. He puts me to shame and ive been flying for years. Great selection of kites from beginner kites to high end pro kites. Great prices too.

My wife went in today to get a replacement rod for one of our kids kites. This was the only kite store in the Boston area we could find. She was treated very rudely by the owner since shes, apparently, not a serious kite hobbyist.He doesnt even care that hes lost any of our future business. Perhaps hell lose yours.

I returned an order back in April, 2015. I was exchanging the size of Kit rods I ordered. Its the middle of July and I still havent received them. I have been calling daily/weekly for the past 2 months. I am getting the run around. I am told I will call you back, I will email you, Ill take care of it today. I am extremely frustrated at the customer service. Ive been doing business with FunWith Wind for several years and though they have taken up to a month once in a while for me to receive my order, nothing like this has happened before.I will revise my review when my kite rods show up.

The owner is very noligable and helpful hooked me up with parts from a yard sale kite flys awsome my kids love it. Hooked the kids with there own set me up with easy flyers. Thank you for all your help.. looking to get more the owner makes kite flying fun again..

Ordered some framework online via their website. They not only didnt mention it was not in stock, the cart never emailed me confirmation/receipt, they didnt communicate, and it has been over 3 weeks and they still have yet to answer questions or respond.I have called several times, guy on phone assures me he takes all orders seriously, and that he will email me. No emails come a week later, I call him again, angry again, he says all of his framework orders for this item have shipped, that I should have gotten an email and my tracking number should be on my account in their website.It still says flagged by customer service I have no tracking number there, he said he would email me when he figures it out, I still have yet to get any sort of communication back.I am sick of it, I will not be ordering from here again, and I will recommend that most of my 2k+ member organization avoid them as well.Very unprofessional.

8 days after paying for the kites, I have been charged $ 48 extra with not even contacting me. He claimed that it was for the shipping when his website showed 0 USD shipping costs when ordering.His explanation was: Dispute with your credit card company. End of issue8 days after paying for my purchases, he charged me $ 48 more without explanation. He refused to pay me back saying try to claim my bank
