A number of these reviews must be either fake or from people who never ate real food since they were born. The food at this place is disgusting, extremely fatty, with very dubious freshness of the meats, and with a weird stench that is typically given to food by sloppiness and by a kitchen that does not get cleaned. They have signs saying they have pizza slices, but in 3 times I went there during my lunch break from work, I was always told they didn’t have any slices. Food is not only ghastly, but also way overpriced. I paid $14 for what they call the bacon cheeseburger rueben sandwich, and I literally had to throw away the second half, extremely greasy, soggy, tasted like nothing, and the patties were very suspicious in terms of freshness. The sandwich also had the same rotten stench of the cheese pizza I got on a different occasion, one of the times they didn’t have slices, so I had to order a small pizza pie to be baked from scratch, normally a guarantee of freshness right?…. NOT! what a stench that pizza had, couldn’t even tell what it was, and I didn’t feel too well after eating it. Do a favor to you liver, heart/arteries, and wallet, and stay away from this place.

The only complaint I have is that they are a little pricey they food is amazing and I dont think its ripping me off, but I always feel the sting when I buy food from here. The salads are very generous portions though and can probably be consumed as 2 meals which would make the price per meal less. If you can afford it, you could eat here Daily and never get sick of it!

This establishment does not welcome the disabled and if you have a service dog, expect rude treatment and abuse.

Hesitated between 3 and 2 stars then noticed the dough was raw at the edges. Not bad calzone ..but also not good. Seemed flavorless which is odd as it had so much going on inside. Side marinara also super bland. A little pricey but decent size ...would have been great with just a few minor improvements. So easy yet no one took the time to do right.Will give this place another try. Hopes high for something better.

First time ordering here. Ordered small onion ring; aside from them being cold (but then it is cold out, put bag in micro to warm them up)they are awesome, crisped to perfection, generous portion, amazing homemade onion rings. Subs were awesome chicken finger provolone cheese and sauce was generously stuffed to both ends of a fresh sub roll, the steak and cheese was generously stuffed right to both ends; and to top it off delivery was quick. Our new to go place for sure.As with most on line ordering I would recommend more options for toppings. Chicken finger sub should have cheese options and marinara option. Past experiences putting info in comment box tends to get overlooked.👍👍

Always has been good when we pick up a pizza, but that wasnt the case with my delivery. Ordered three large pizzas 2 of which were over cooked, burnt on the bottom and the ends were too hard to bite into. The third seemed to have been dropped or something as all the toppings had slid to one side. Very disappointing as it was like $50 in pizza.

I have never written a review for a restaurant before mainly because it is your own personal taste and everyones tastes are different, until now.Take out and delivery has been spotty over the last year for a majority of the restaurants we have ordered from.We have gotten delivery from J&M the last year and everything has been hot and fresh and delivered earlier than the estimated time.The mozzarella sticks are out of this world! Tastey, hot and crunchy at delivery. I normally get the meatball sub, delicious! My SO gets the steak bomb, always loves it. Today I took a bit of a risk for me, I ordered an Italian sub. OMG! The amount of meat was impressive to say the least. Unfortunately I had to work very late today so ours was the last order of the day. I have to say that their end of the day bread was the freshest bread I have gotten even early in the day at most places. Kudos to you J&M! We will certainly be customers for life! Just moved to North Andover. Tried their food and have been hooked ever since. Only issue I had was when my wife ordered the black beard sandwich. First time they gave a ton of fries, second time not many at all. They corrected the issue and hasnt been a problem since.Their pizza is absolutely delicious. Their french fries are delicious as well. The BLT sub I had as you can imagine, was delicious. I cant wait to try their pasta. Im a tough critic when it comes to food. It could easily be my second job. But I will say, their food is damn good. I would recommend J & M subs to anyone.

Ordered lunch for the office and had no complaints, everyone loved the food. Let me tell you, this place has amazing customer service and an even amazing variety and quality of food. 5 Stars!

Very rude. Girl who works there doesnt know how to take an order properly, and when an uneaten, messed-up food item is brought back to be made correctly they have the audacity to talk down to the customer and defend the brainless employee. Wont be going there again.

Food here is good, they have some pretty delicious options. My 3 stars reflects that they have a 10% Covid charge to their food ? They never closed during Covid lockdowns ?

I’ve long been searching for a pizza that would compare to my beloved NYC slices I would have as a kid. This is the place! Not only is the flavor amazing but it’s consistently cooked to perfection. The workers are always friendly and you really get a family vibe here.Additionally the garlic knots are to die for. I look forward to trying the cinnamon sugar knots!I know where my deliveries are coming from on pizza nights henceforth!!

Every time I call in an order for pick-up or delivery the people who answer the phone and take my orders are ALWAYS so nice! Then the delivery is always perfectly handled (the timing, the temperature, the packaging, the pleasant delivery person...) even the order itself is never wrong!! The burgers are awesome, our favorite. I just wanted them to know I really appreciate them.😁👍👍

Got the Niko Sandwich and it was impressive. Salty Prosciutto, Crunchy Breaded Chick Cutlet, sauteed bell peppers, and fresh sliced mozzarella. Even the braided Italian bread added to the taste in a way that was unexpected. Ill definitely be back, and I hope I remember to order the Honolulu Pork sandwich I intended to get this time (Niko was written on the specials board, and ingredients caught my eye, NO REGRETS!)

Great place for lunch. Had one of their speciality sandwiches They provided plenty of meat and cheese on fresh bread. The pizza slice was hot and tasty. Plenty of food at good prices served by friendly workers. The seating is limited, so it could get crowded.

I stopped by this place Thursday with my brother, sister and our kids. We absolutely loved it. Small hometown feel, AMAZING food, reasonably priced, great staff, the people were nice, pleasant, respectful, food was perfect, place was clean, fast friendly service.My only regret, we didn’t get the opportunity to stop by to order other items on the menu. I recommend this place and anytime I am visiting family in the area again, I will certainly make it a point to stop by this place for some more wonderful food. When the food is done correctly, its amazing. However 75% of the times weve ordered from them weve had to call back. Our latest pizza night is what provoked this review. Every single time we order a pizza, we specify well done. This is now the second time weve had to send it back, do to barely being cooked let alone well done. The pizza got here and half of it was missing the cheese and toppings because it slid to the other side. Aside from the food mess ups, their delivery times are insane.. always. It could be 2pm on a Tuesday and 2 subs take 45mins-an hr wait for delivery. Or 7pm on a Friday, same thing if not worse. Unfortunately we havent found a place with a consistently good pizza in the area. But after several chances we definitely wont be ordering from here anymore.

It was good until their delivery person failed to do his job.. spent 2 hours waiting for our crews food and when I called the person I spoke to was rude and didn’t do anything to make our order happen.. unreal .. nothing I dislike more than terrible customer service, never coming back here again .. looks like Depot pizza it is for now on ..

Ordered 4 subs for paving crew. Everyone loved them including me! Would order there again. Friendly staff as well. Big sign on wall reads its ok to eat a whole pizza yourself made me feel better about where my life is at.

I sent my son for a sub. A simple request for a receipt. Strangely cashier says we dont do receipts. Everyone gives. Receipts. Then she said dont roll your eyes at me. Oh boy Hard to find good help..i would choose another place there a dime a dozen..good luck
