Great service and availability of parts. I drive past 4 of the bog box stores to get to Ricks. Best prices and service in the area.

My battery was dead, i tried to go to a couple of retail stores (Kmart, Wal-Mart) thinking to but my own and save money. No luck. So then i called 4 or 5 auto parts stores in my area, and compared prices. All, except Carquest, offered proces between 140 and 160 dollars. Carquest offered 123 and took an additional 17 dollars off if you let them install the battery and keep the old one for the core. The installation was free and my bill was 106$, quite a savings. It took less than 15 minutes. They were very pleasant to deal with and also professional. I will be going there again, and Id recommend them too
