We moved to SC from PA and were in need of a generator to service our home in the event of a power outage. John was very attentive to our requirements, made sure that all our needs were met, was responsive to every phone call, coordinated all installment processes (electric, gas, equipment) and made it all ascetically pleasing in our yard.
