Friendly staff and quick service. I was expecting to be without my car for several hours and about 2 hours later my car was done and I got a text message and a phone call about it being done. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs a window replaced. Keep up the great work.

I had an appointment for 10 am for a windshield replacement. I was told they were busy and despite having an appointment, it would be around 1 and a half to 2 hours. 4 and a half hours later my car is still not ready and no one can give me a good reason for the delay. They did not start working on my car until at least 2 and half hours past my appointment time, and I get different information from different people each time I call for an update. Would not recommend and will not return.

I have tried multiple venues of reaching this company for a warranty appointment. Their website wont let me schedule this appointment and no one answers at any of the customer service numbers. This has been the most frustrating experience I have had since the start of COVID. All they have to do is answer their phone, return my text or email me. YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER YOUR INITIAL CONTACT WITH THEM. THE JOB THEY DID ON MY WINDSHIELD HAS FAILED AND THE CRACK IS MOVING AGAIN. I WANT THE WARRANTY WORK SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY.

Wonderful experience! Initially I had told Safelite the wrong year for my car so we had to reschedule. The price went up due to (Im assuming) newer year glass required. That was a shock, but Torrance (Torrence?) and the awesome manager were able to get some discounts for me and saved me a pretty penny! The replacement only took about an hour and I waited in the customer waiting area. Everyone was wearing masks so thats a plus too! I definitely recommend Safelite North Augusta.
I arrived a little early and as I parked my vehicle, one of Safelites techs was taking the car he had finished out of the service bay. Im guessing they went ahead and started on my windshield because I was quoted 1.5 to 2 hrs for the new windshield to be installed. My appointment was at 4p, and I was pulling out at exactly 5:05p. All the employees I encountered were very courteous and task driven, I saw no supervisor...they didnt need one. I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE.**My only question is why does it cost more if I bring my car in than if your tech comes to me? (Just seems backwards)

Had my windshield replaced here, due to a bad seal. Made an appointment online. It only took one day for them to get a replacement windshield in. I made an appointment the next day and they had it replaced within an hour.

They are awful. My back glass still isnt installed. Got a call this morning saying a tech had family issues go I g on and could not come today. That I had to make another appointment for nxt week. And thia is the 3rd time my appointment has been changed. I will never think about using satellite glass for any glass repairs.

I had an 8:00 appointment I showed up 15 minutes early sat in the waiting room with zero customer service nobody there for over a half hour after my appointment time before I finally walked out.The employees knew I was there very poor customer service very displeased with this location.

I live in Raleigh NC and was visiting family last weekend in Augusta GA. About 30 miles from Augusta, a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I booked online and unsure as to what to expect being from out of town. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lady who directed me to park and wait inside. Shortly afterwards they got to my car, she came in and explained the process. Due to the extreme heat that day she came back to me to let me know they would need to run the air to cool the window which was fine with me. A short while later they came back to me and said I was set and ready to go. Upon checkout she told me she vacuumed the front as a courtesy which I greatly appreciated. I was also informed that should the repair fail, the money spent would go towards a replacement if needed. I think Ill be alright because it looks great!! The folks at that location were friendly and professional and I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend stress free. Thank you!!

I had my rangers windshield replaced. They had found rust that didnt allow them to replace it, so I had to take it to a shop and get it cleaned and painted so they could replace it. I informed the man who had come out that the car would be ready in the morning and he promptly returned and immediately starting putting in the windshield. Did a wonderful job with no complaints! He even stayed there after he had to clock out, dedication there. Eric is the man!
Gave us the wrong glass for our Toyota because our insurance told them to give us whatever. Our cruise control then wouldn’t work because we have adaptive cruise control and we had to go back for them to give us an actual Toyota windshield so it would work.
Quick and easy! They come to your house which is amazing! They only charged like $30 extra to come to our house as well. Well worth it to not have to load the kids up for a 30 minute drive, then sit in a waiting room for an hour. Then 30 minutes back home. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. It rained like crazy for 3 days after they put it in and no leaks.

Went in for a new windshield on my classic Cadillac. The previous owner had done a hack job installing it years back, but this shop took extra good care of my baby today and made things right.Bryant and Jerrod were courteous and respectful to everyone that walked in the door; very impressed. Michael came out to install by glass in my GMC Canyon on 1-21-17, a rainy Saturday. I pulled the truck in my garage and had a pleasant conversation with an excellent young man. It was great to get my windshield replaced an it was an honor to meet this young man. He is a credit to Safelite Auto Glass.
Though they didnt have to, they came over the day before the rear window was to be replaced to vacuum glass shards from inside the car and cover and tape the window. The day of the repair they were on time, very professional, and replaced the window within 45 minutes of arriving. The fit of the new window was even better than the original factory fit. Thank you!

These people take a lot of time. I had them do a job for me once before and they didnt vacuum a lot of obvious glass that was still lying around. They took about 4 or 5 hours. I just called them again yesterday about a windshield on my truck. The appointment was 9:30 A.M. I was on time. It was 12 P.M. when they called me and told me they couldnt do it because there was too much rust. They saw the rust on top of the truck (it is an old truck) and it had nothing to do with the windshield. They had not even removed the trim from around the windshield when I looked at it myself. What upset me most is that they called me three hours after my scheduled appointment with them. It seems that they would have looked at it sooner. I removed the trim myself and showed them that their was no rust around the windshield. They told me that it was going to be under the seal itself. I though that was strange considering my windshield didnt leak. They told me that if they removed it and found rust up under it that I would have to have it towed. I told them I was going to use a different company. I used Auto Glass Now They came out and were punctual. They left within an hour. They did a great job and showed me that there was no rust under the seal. They said that the people at Safelite probably saw that it was an older truck and though it would be too difficult so they didnt want to do it. I will now recommend Auto Glass Now to everyone I know. I think there are some slow and lazy workers at the Safelite in North Augusta. They seem to only want the easy stuff. It was a challenge for them to do my wifes car a year ago and it is a newer car. Like I said at the beginning, the job was slack and they took 5 hours or so to do it. I could go on about that experience but, I think I have said enough.
They did a excellent job, cleaned up any broken from the cracked windshield. No problems have come up since the replacement.

For 2 days now I have been essentially on hold. I made an attempt to set up my windshield replacement yesterday morning but was placed on hold 4 different times. Couldnt find my information that I had set up after being transferred to other CS reps. Then at my own fault decided to set it up myself online last night..I had success but when it came to actually getting the job done.. it didnt happen. I called and again after giving my information I was placed on hold. The technician called while I was on hold and said with rain in the forecast he could not be held liable for the work.. it is partly sunny out. I pulled up the weather app and there is a 30% chance. Still sunny!I exited the call and was still on hold with the Service center. When someone came back 18 minutes later I asked to talk to the local store and I was placed on hold again..Im not impressed and I wasted a bunch of time.Looking for a different company to use now!
I had an appt for a tech to come fix my windshield. The time frame was between 12 p.m. -5 p.m. The tech didnt show up until after 6. So I paid extra for someone to come late. There was no call, text, or e-mail that the tech was in route. When he came he stated to my husband that he had the wrong address, but if he would have called I could have directed him to my home. And not to mention he had the wrong windshield. I was lost on how he had the wrong windshield. When my appt was made I entered the right phone number, and the correct year, make, and model of my vehicle and I also left special instructions to call when tech was on the way. So how were all these errors made? When the tech came the next day he was early and did a good job. But for all the mistakes of someone at your company I had to pay $275. Sad to say next time I will just go elsewhere next time

The technician confirmed my appointment first thing the morning of my appointment to make sure I would still be available at my assigned time. He arrived that evening almost exactly on time and was courteous, professional, and very friendly. Torris cleaned and installed my windshield in less time than I had been quoted and vacuumed my car. Had my back sliding glass window replaced in my 2014 f250, the technician who replaced it was extremly professional and curtious. He kept me informed on what exactly he did and how the job went. Drop off and pick execution was flawless.
Had them put windshields in 2 vehicles, two different technicians. Both of which damaged the paint. Going on 3 weeks waiting for a resolution, keep getting the run around. The manager is in a meeting, we will have him call you, the manager is out of the office, we will have him call you.
The staff was very courteous and took care of me well. If youre waiting on your vehicle, be prepared for at least an hour.
THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! Put a windshield in my truck the stupid thing was leaking like HELL! So they send a tech to fix it WITHOUT A NEW WINDSHIELD which is GENIUS because they already know nothing will go wrong right.... so of course the whole windshield has to be replaced! So they set up an appointment for 2 days later... ready for the best part?? They never even called me to tell me that lol!!!!! So then I get to talk to a wonderful lady at their office who hangs up on me coz Im upset about the whole situation! Hands down most horrible service ever! Lets hope trip number 3 fixes the issue.. but next time and if I were you take your business somewhere else!

Schedule appointment last week for Saturday between 8a-12p. Technician called at 8:30a and said he would be here between 10-11. Called Tech at 11:45a and he is still not here. Said he would be here soon.We cancelled the appointment. Horrible customer service.

Unprofessional, SafeLite team members quoted me 5 different quotes. I took my vehicle to the location. They told me the price was $1400 then $900. Insurance company called SafeLite I spoke to a rep. He said $350 plus $30 and we will come to you. Made the appointment. 30 minutes before schedule, they called and said they window has not came yet and it would be $900. I have never experienced unprofessional in this magnitude. I am very disappoint with SafeLite Reps and the North Augusta Team. My glass is still not fixed I will not be using SafeLite and do not recommend you use them either. NO STAR at all..

I usually have good experiences with safelite, maybe its just this location.y experience was pretty ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment early as I thought I would beat the rush but they started work about 20 mins after my arrival. I sat in the waiting room listening and watching all of the staff laugh it up in front of my vehicle. The office even emptied out. You may be limited in choices because of your insurance. Just be advised that this location is subpar.
They can replace your windows are your windshields as long as there isnt any damage to the body around the area where the windshield are windows needs to be fixed.
