Went to this place to find a mattress because I have back pain. Mikel was incredible. He really helped my husband and I to find a mattress that would benefit both of is. O wanted a firm mattress and my husband wanted something in between. He was very honest and I didn’t feel any pressure into buying. He made sure what my options were and how to approach them. He also helped me with process o purchase, warranty, and trial of the purchase. I highly recommend this place especially Mikel with his 30 year of experience in this field.

I have been looking around for a mattress online for a while, just happened to walk into mattress firm to see what they had. Mikel who ended up being our salesman, and he did an outstanding job patiently making sure our needs and endless questions were being met. Overall we had a great experience buying our next mattress, and it was nice to run into a real professional who was knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his priority.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve only slept on my bed one night, but so far it’s better than the old memory foam I had. I also feel like the company will be there if anything goes wrong with my bed.

I have been looking for a mattress for the last coif days and was just not satisfied with the service at just beds and big lots the two stores closest to me !!! I was heading to get dinner and decided to stop at mattress firm in North Augusta. When I walked in the store I was greeted with a friendly and warm sales person by the name of Shawn!!!! When I tell you I have never experienced the most Exceptional Service in my life!!! Shawn exceeded my expectations and although I was on a budget I exceeded my budget making a valuable investment at mattress Firm!!!! I will be a forever customer!!!

Purchased a mattress with metal base. When the salesman completed the order he recommended a mattress protector at a discounted price, which I agreed to. I didnt realize that he hadnt included the protector in the invoice until we got home with the mattress and base and I realized that we didnt have the protector. Upon returning to the store the next morning I was informed that the protector wasnt included in the purchase, and in looking in the system that it looked like the salesman was giving it to me free with my purchase. But, the new salesperson at first thought that they didnt have any in stock, then saw that they were in stock and offered to sell me one. Very unhappy with my experience overall. We will be purchasing another mattress next month but will NOT be purchasing it from Mattress Firm.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience purchasing a mattress. I’ve purchased more than the average person due to military in the past and items being damaged. HOWEVER Mr. Mikel Cooper at this location was beyond amazing. He helped me over the phone for the mattress that I was looking for and when I arrived in the store was incredibly helpful in matching the online price I saw for Memorial Day. There are competitors in the area BUT no one beat the price or customer service at this Mattress Firm location.

The salesman was very helpful. He didnt have what I needed on the floor, so he brought one in from the stockroom and opened it so that I could make sure that was what I needed. It was, so I paid for it and he generously carried it to my vehicle for me.

The Lady that was working greeted me as I walked in, she was amazing showing me the diffrent mattress and box spings sets, she finally showed me one that was on sale and I fell in love with it, but loved her pleasing personality, but my set is to be delivered on Sunday and I cant wait, thanks for a job well done, ❤❤

Shawn was awesome! I needed a mattress for a guest room and he helped me find something well within my budget—he even found us clearance box springs. I checked out less than 10 minutes after walking in with next day delivery!Shawn also prepared me for the delivery by telling me what to do if anything wasn’t to my liking. We had a minor issue with one of the box springs, but because Shawn walked me through everything, I knew to call him directly before accepting delivery. Shawn immediately resolved the issue. He followed up the next day and the box spring was replaced within days.Will 100% be going back to Shawn with any future bed purchases!

The color coding for softness was quite helpful and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this store. They were very efficient in getting everything set up. Hauled off all the packaging too. Could not have asked for a better experience overall

Joel was awesome! We spent at least an hour in store laying on beds and flipping and turning and trying out so many mattresses and styles and base adjusters and he was super helpful and SO FUNNY! We enjoyed our time with him and never felt pressured for anything, which made the buying so much easier for us. I personally hate feeling pressured for a big purchase. Will definitely recommend him for people searching for a new mattress!!!
