Easy to find. Very friendly service. I got 6 yrs out of my last interstate battery, so I wanted to make sure I replaced my battery with another interstate battery. They had exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, installed the battery for $5.00. Even with paying the $5.00 installation, the battery was cheaper than what I would of paid for an equal battery at a big box store with less of a warranty.

Whole family been buying batteries from here for years. Had an issue with my battery today and was told I had to leave it for a couple of days for testing……even though it showed it was no good right then. Can’t do without a battery for two days…..who can. A friend warned me about this place. All is good until a battery goes bad and they won’t take care of it.

Very friendly service! They have all things battery! They replace watch batteries, have phone batteries, car batteries....you name it, they have it! They also carry flashlights and some tools. They are near Exit 5 on I-20. Very helpful!!

Very nice when you get there. They make sure you are helped as soon as you walk in. They took my battery out for me and changed it. Very quick, didnt even take ten minutes. I highly recommend this place if you need a battery.

I bought an interstate battery in October 2018 because of their warranty and the battery kept dying, even after repeated recharge. 5 months later (March 2019), I took the battery to the North Augusta store where they tested the battery and pronounced it dead and admitted it was still under warranty, but demanded the receipt before they would honor their warranty. I read their warranty and nowhere does it say I MUST present the receipt to validate the warranty, but that I MAY present it to establish the date I bought it. They admitted they could determine the date by the sticker on the battery and looking up the serial number, but they did not do either and would not honor their warranty.

Great experience. They come out to your car before I got out of the car. They check your battery and asked what would you prefer used or new. I preferred a new battery. The warranty was for 5 years.. 2 year free battery if it is malfunction with the battery. 3 years it is probated. You can go to few different battery company to redeem your battery if it malfunction.

This use to be a good place to go now it’s all went down hill. Ted whom claims he’s manager is a complete knuckle head. I would not recommend business with this “Christian” company. What happened to all the young people who were awesome who worked there?Disregard the one star this place is a no star for me.

Usually i recieve great customer service but today i felt the guy Ted was very rude for no reason... I bought a battery was not able to use it so i tried to return it. Apon my purchased when i ask can i return it the guy told me yes as long as it was not connected to anything. However, that was not the case i lost the recepit but the battery has interstate battery all over the box and battery itself they refuse to take it back because of no receipt that made no sense...when it has the name of the company stamped all over it with trademark stickers... Worst experience ever.. Wont shop there again...
