Love everyone that works here. The hubby works at the plant and this is our familys home base Starbucks. Never had an issue. Staff is very courteous and professional.

Great store friendly employees but the getting asked for your name every time you go through the drive though is weird and honestly feel like it’s uncomfortable for everyone. The employees are friendly enough without it. It feels incredibly awkward to introduce myself for a week straight and honestly throws me off every time because I’m expecting to hear “what’s can I get you” or something like that. Not “what’s your name”Especially in a drive through. It goes without saying not everyone going through a drive through to get caffeine wants to socialize. And again, the customer service was great before. It feels so awkward and forced. I feel so bad for the employees. I would hate having to do that so bad especially since people are going to ignore the question and just start to order which is standard. I feel like theres some incredibly annoying out of touch management behind this. Like I’d even understand asking for a name for the order after the order if it’s necessary but it’s just so awkward going to a drive through window and hearing “Hi my name is blank, what’s yours?” Like what? Getting buddy the elf vibes.

Clean Starbucks location with plenty of parking and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff

Since we decided to go inside because of the long line in the drive thru the 3 workers in there were able to take our order fast. I must give it to them for their wonderful service with as busy as they were today. And it gave me a reason to get a been there mugs from them too.

Bessie and Heather and honestly everyone here are the bestie!!!!! This is the most consistent and best location I ever go to for drinks and I go to Starbucks literally at least once a day between Aiken,SC all the way to Evans, GA so that’s saying a lot.

Usually have no problems here but today they forgot something and when I kindly reminded them one of the workers inside was rude about it and mocked me like I couldn’t hear her through the open window.

Love this place. We honestly need a second one in Aiken. Everyone is so friendly and the breakfast amd coffee is amazing!

My daughter & I visit more since they have been making every drink exactly the way we order. The iced white mocha with sweet cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle is amazing.

Im not a coffee person but will pass through to get a nitro with mocha added, for the caffeine to help me when driving long distance. Lastnight I went back to the drive thru window to ask if it had mocha in it be ause it didnt taste like it had any chocolate . I didnt realize their system was down, but despite them having some system issues, Russell had a very professional attitude and helped me by giving me chocolate flavoring I could taste. He was very friendly. I hope the supervisor sees this and recognizes him for his great customer service, having a good attitude, even through what seemed like a difficult time they were having.

This Starbucks NEVER and I mean Neverrrrrrrrr has any of the refresher bases. I can never get the drink I want and have to drive even further to another Starbucks to find one, just gonna give up at this point. Like do y’all not order enough. It’s 9:30 in the morning you should have enough stick to last throughout the day.

Rude employee working the window today. They made my drink wrong and argued with me instead of just making the drink correctly. They reluctantly agreed to fix it after I pointed out that I was a previous Starbucks employee for 7 years and I knew it was made wrong.

Ive been coming here in the evenings 3 times a week for two months now. There only 2 NICE young ladies that are at the drive-thru window. I have only encountered each of them once. But I wish it was more because the other heaux that are leads at drive-thru are not friendly. Customer service sucks with a get out of here tone. Even at the speaker. Starbucks isnt like this in GA. Ill just go to those locations

Terrible customer service. Starbucks used to be a good place but idk what happened since Corona. I have not been in a while but do not plan to ever be back after my experience today. They screwed up our order completely. After charging my card 23$ they explained that they can not take anything back in the drive thru but would be glad to remake my drink as ordered in a new order. Gave us the wrong food. 1 wrong drink. Very unhappy.

I wish that the kept all of the snack items stocked. It would be great if that they had more seating & if they got some that were comfortable but the pumpkin spice latte was good, 3 shots with almond milk and extra pumpkin shakes on top.

Nice Starbucks with good service. Its a little tough to find as its off the main road and up the hill. But this also makes it kind of hidden from all the other places nearby and the busy road. Has a drive through as well.

The people who work here are sweet, however, I’m so tired of my coffee being different every. time. I. go. I get a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Sometimes it tastes like caffeinated water, sometimes it’s sweet, sometimes it’s extremely bitter, sometimes it tastes like syrup, sometimes it’s fine. It’s so frustrating when I’m paying almost $6 for a coffee and I have no idea whether I’m going to be able to actually drink my coffee on the way to work or if I’m gonna have to trash it after one sip. I know big companies don’t care when they lose one customer, but I would work on training your employees on consistency.

Just had to change my stars and my review!The line wait is way too long to always get up to the window and have my drink be wrong. Almost everytime. Today was the worst and the barista was rude. Had to drive down to Dunkin’ to get the extra ice and flavor for my coffee I already purchased at Starbucks. 🙄At this point it’s just annoying bc when the drink is made right, it’s wonderful! I just never know when I get there if im going to have a good or bad experience at this point 🤷🏼‍♀️

I moved here a few months ago, I’m a stay at home mom with two kids. So I come here at least twice a week. Everyone that works here is SO friendly. Being at home all day and not knowing anyone in the area, it is refreshing to talk to these people who are so polite and nice. They have never messed up my order either which is a plus. Definitely a great Starbucks

No comment on the coffee or food. It’s severely standard and average coffee blends or freezer to warming oven pastries and sandwiches.But Wow. Did they hire a torturer to redesign this Starbucks? Gone are the comfortable chairs and long corner tables; replaced by metal stools and harder than hard wood chairs with no arms, everywhere.I’ll be going to New Moon across the bridge in Augusta from now on.

During this stressful time I wanted to ask a simple question only to have the manager of the store yell at me that I couldn’t come into the store. My intention was to ask a question only about where to get my mobile order. After being tested rudely. I sat in the drive thru line when I got to the window asked to speak to the manager which happened to be e same individual I expressed my dissatisfaction on how he treated me and he states I quote “ok I’m sorry” in a very sarcastic tone then walked away without even giving my my order. I am disappointed in the attitude and lack of customer appreciation. I frequent this Starbucks and now don’t desire to do so.

I took my daughter to Starbucks after school and when we got up to the window Mr. Drew greeted us with a smile and great customer service. He said, my drink was on the house. Really! What a surprised this was. It made me feel special. I have to say Starbucks in North Augusta has great people working there and I will return. Thank you again Mr. Drew for the special treatment you give to your customers. Starbucks has a wonderful employee working for them.

All around good place for coffee; no matter where you are, you can find Starbucks there.

I visit about 5 or 6 in the area just for a change of location. Love the Green Iced Tea lemonade. Wish youd bring back the Black Tea Mango Lemonade, was my favorite.

Clean space, perfect for studying or grabbing a cup of coffee with friends. Love the sound of coffee grinding while I write. The atmosphere reminds me of a pleasant stroll through the Backcountry of Columbia. Mind you, it is a coffee shop. But it is more than that when you use your imagination. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet ambience full of passerbys and folks looking to stay warm with a fresh cup of joe.

I was treated Rudely by one of the employee in the North Augusta store .. I asked questions about the BOGO drinks and they asked each other about it... then She makes my coffee wrong and when I asked her about it she said I ordered that way .. I said no I didn’t an She insisted that It was my mistake then dumped the drink in front of me ... she said I’ll make another but She had a bad attitude... your coffees are very pricy so customer that are willing to pay that much money should be treated very nice ... so you know there’s other good coffee places in North Augusta you are NOT the only one that sales Coffee

Starbucks, The staff are very professional and friendly. I typically get coffee for my wife while she is at work. The times I do get coffee or a green tea the beverage as been great. Only recommendation I have is the enlarging of the parking lot. Other than that great staff, good drinks and clean environment.

I enjoyed my stop-off at this location. There was a quiet, cozy vibe. Folks inside were paired off having pleasant conversations. The young lady behind the counter was helpful and curteous and made my visit a treat.

I come here a lot to use their wifi and charge my phone, occasionally I order a drink. The baristas here are so friendly! They make an effort to remember their guests names and orders and I always feel genuinely welcomed here.

Good ambience. Music is low enough that you can wear headphones and listen to something else or have conversations without raising your voice but loud enough that you can hear and sing to it. Theres a good amount of tables and plugs for studying which is always great!

The definite Go-To Coffee

The drive through line blocks the entrance into the parking lot, little annoying. The staff was super nice, order came out quickly and correct.

Although I usually drive-through, I always see people sitting inside and outside with coffee and food...So happy-looking. Their coffee items are delicious, and they have recently added gluten-free items to their breakfast menu. This opens Starbucks to a host of people who couldnt eat there before, like me.

Perhaps they have new employees in the evening and weekends, because whenever I go during this timeframe, something goes wrong. I ordered online, when I got there the drink was made, but it was the wrong thing, they remakde it and ask me to taste it, because they are new. I taste it and while it wasnt awful, it didnt taste like what I was expecting. They asked if I wanted them to remake it, Im thinking, are you going to magically learn how to do it correctly? Ill take this and be on my way. My second experience was waiting on a drink, the barista apparently hadnt learned how to make drinks for the customers inside and the drive thru at the same time. My cup was just sitting there for 10 minutes because there were people in drive thru. Luckily, a manager came out to help another customer with an issue and was able to lend the barista a hand... geez

No vegan food, but good coffee even though they need to keep holiday flavors around year long because the rest of the syrup flavors pretty much taste the same.

Y’all are the best. I cheated for a while and went to Dunkin’ just for the hype and I’m so glad I came back. No other company can compare to y’all. And Aaron (I believe that’s his name! Works early mornings!) literally makes my day everyday. The sweetest employees even during the busy rush hours, I never leave dissatisfied or without a smile on my face!

Cashier this afternoon was good but barista was totally not qualified for the job. Left before even getting my drink. Free waters for drive up were more important than customers waiting ibside.

I visit Starbucks daily throughout state and such. I have never encountered such rude unhappy employees as I have at this location. I order a simple ICED LATTE and had to wait 15 plus minutes to be handed a HOT LATTE. When I stated the obvious (yes I was a little peeved) as my other drink had been ready for 13 minutes or so. The barista said thats not the way it was rang up. Not my problem sir then he started slinging cups and slamming ice tray drawers. Trust me I will be calling the main office on this young gentleman. That also proceeded to talk smack about me to the rather large lady in yellow and checked slacks.

Had a blueberry muffin and water. I had a friend that asked me to meet to help with some stuff and honest I still think that two bottles of water and a blueberry muffin should not cost me the same amount as a meal in other places you pay for the name not the quality in my opinion

When the staff tells you to give them a minute and finishes talking with another employee about their personal life is not professional.

It was a terrible experience.Heres how it all went down; my 15 and 11 year old daughters wanted to use Starbucks gift cards they received as Christmas gifts, so we went to Starbucks in North Augusta SC.I let them go in and 20 minutes later they still havent come out with their drinks, so I go in. The employees had forgotten to make one of my daughters drinks and my daughters were too shy to say anything.I approach the counter and get the employees attention and informed them of what was going on, and they made her drink and gave the weakest attempt at an apology I have ever seen, but the stories not over.Me and my children get up the road about 20 minutes and Im informed that the other daughter, who was not the one with the forgotten drink, had actually ordered 2 drinks and only received one, so there really was another forgotten drink! So I had to go all the way back to Starbucks to get it straight.1 hour and 3 drinks later and everything was taken care of. Must be a new record for the longest amount of time to fill an order.Troy McKinney

This is my favorite Starbucks EVER! I come here to study almost every single day, and there’s almost always a table open! The environment is very cozy despite them remodeling semi-recently. The music is a very good mix to satisfy a wide range of tastes, and it’s not too loud to where it hinders concentration abilities! The absolute best part about this Starbucks though is the amazing baristas! Most of the baristas know me by name and greet me when I walk into the door, and they know my regular order so I don’t even have to tell them what I want half of the time! They even recognize my voice in the drivethru sometimes! Marley is my favorite barista ever, even when she’s swamped with orders she still takes time out to talk to me and ask me about school and we always have a nice conversation. She knows my name and drink order! She’s very cheerful and friendly, and always greets me with a big warm smile! It makes my day, and it creates a very friendly environment! Ryan is awesome, he is so funny, sassy, and always just cheerful and pleasant, not to mention that he knows my name and drink order! I sit here for hours everyday, and he knows so many people’s names, orders, and details, and always takes time out of his busy rush to greet people and just make them feel a warm welcome! I think very highly of that. Anthony is really cool. He’s worked to remember my name and he is just very pleasant, funny, and cool as a cucumber. Alex is such a sweetheart. He’s very soft spoken and he has great drink suggestions when I’m stumped! He’s very descriptive and just amazingly helpful. He is super nice and funny and just a pleasure to be served by! Zoey is so sweet! She’s one of those hot mess people in a good way, I can tell, and she’s just so nice, and remembers my name! One time my card kept getting declined, and she just let me have a free one! She, along with all of the other baristas, really seem to have a great bond amongst one and other. Austin is pretty fantastic. He is so polite and nice, and he along with Marley take the time out to bring my drink to wherever I’m sitting instead of me having to get up and get it! I think that’s just really, really cool. They almost always make fantastic drinks, but if there’s ever a little blip and I end up not being fully satisfied, they make it again without a second of hesitation! I like to experiment with drinks at times, and they never get agitated with my stuttering or stumped - ness at the register, which makes me feel really secure considering that I’m very indecisive. They don’t make you feel pressured to decide, and they’re always very helpful by asking what kind of drink you’re looking for and/or offering suggestions! When you give tips, they’re always so genuinely thankful and grateful, it makes the You feel like a million bucks because you’ve made a group of people so happy! Also, if the baristas are unsure about some aspect of your drink when they’re making it, they just ASK! Instead of guessing and acting stuck up and then getting the order wrong, they simply just ask the customer for clarification, which makes everyone very content and comforted! I haven’t mentioned all of the baristas simply because I don’t know all of them on the level that I know the ones who I mentioned, but I know them well enough to know that they are all freaking awesome!!! I love this Starbucks and I love these baristas! You need to take time out of your day to come experience this amazing establishment! Starbucks Corporate, if you’re reading this, THESE AMAZING BARISTAS NEED A RAISE!!!!

I love Starbucks but this location was terrible. I ordered an Americano which was delivered warm not hot. I asked them to remake it which they did...still lukewarm. The lid was defective with several holes on the rim that leaked coffee. I asked for a new lid and showed them the defect. They gave me a new defective lid. Staff was aloof and seemed inexperienced. I will never return to that location.

Great service. I was not a fan of the drink, however. The Witches Brew Halloween special drink is just not for me.
