Best computer shop in the CSRA by far. Quick, easy repair and very knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Dylan for his expertise and ability to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a repair or computer advise in general.
Not sure what the crazy ladys issue was regarding her ac cord but Ive had multiple phenomenal experiences with the Computer Exchange in North Augusta...to include the manager who has been nothing but professional, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to help me. Ive had a computer repaired following a disastrous Orange Juice spill, bought two new computers from them and had both my wifes and my sons computers repaired when I thought I would have to buy new ones. Theyve save me money and been more than fair with their prices and assistance. Please ignore the first review on here...its not indicative of the stores knowledge and service.Happy customer for two years now.

The guys at Computer Exchange in North Augusta really know what they are talking about. I took the Computer Security class recently and Chase did a great job explaining a complicated topic included really easy things I can do to protect my PC and improve PC performance. Also, they answered my questions and helped me fix some problems I had been having on the spot!Ill be going there for all my PC needs from now on!
Everytime I go to the store in North Augusta with a problem, I am told the range of issues I might be facing, how long it will take to resolve them, and about how much it might cost. The end result is that the cost never exceeds the estimate, and if it does, they let me know in advance why and what steps they will take to resolve it. They demonstrate the utmost integrity and competence.
Lost some thumb screws to our computer case and needed them as soon as possible. Since the internet was out of the question I started calling around trying to buy a few of them. These guys here said since I only needed a few theyd be more than happy to help me out by just giving me them. Great friendly customer service. Thanks a lot guys.
Terrible experience with manager lacking responsibility for their error in having a very simple task to do: remove hard drive disk from computer! They do not follow industry protocol. Save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

I had a computer that would boot up but not display. The monitor would start to boot up, and then go dark. So I took it down and they diagnosed it as a bad graphic card. I was short on money to get the card that I really needed, they worked that out for me. Took it home, and it didnt work, took it back to them just before closing and they stayed late to make sure it worked. Took it home and still did not work. All this happened on a saturday.Monday morning i took the computer and the monitor down there, and sure enough the problem was the monitor. My old graphic card still worked with a different monitor. So was mis-diagnosed.. When I said i wanted to return the graphic card and trade it for a monitor, they said there would be a restocking fee, I mentioned that it was mis-diagnosed, and they waved the restocking fee, in addition the monitor came out to be a little over 10.00 more than the graphic card was. I had spent all my funds just to get the graphic card, told them I could not afford anymore, and they discounted the 10 bucks.So even though it was a mis-diagnosed, and I cant find fault in that, as I told them the monitor was powering on, and then going dark, and it would even work in safe mode, did not sound like a monitor problem. They worked with me in a very professional manner, even though I know I was a pain some of that time.So Kudos to your managers and staff. (This was in the north Augusta store btw) There were a number of staff members in the two days that helped me, different people monday than there was on Saturday, so I dont remember all their names. I think Brian was one, Tony was one, and the other 3 I do not remember names.. sorry about that.signed one very happy customer. 5 stars for excellent customer service!
